#70 Crying All Day
Sania barged into the treatment room, she was already impatient to meet up with Steven.
"Stev..," Sania rubbed Steven's head, hugging and kissing the boy nonstop.
"I'm sorry, dear Mama, if you're wrong with Stev, I'm sorry but I beg you Stev not to run away from home."
"I'm sorry Stev, ma'am, it worries me. Mama must've cried to the point that mom's eyes were swollen from losing Stev."
"Mama is okay baby, mama is willing if you have to cry all day even the most important thing for mama is you and mama can both continue."
"Don't leave my dear mother!"
Steven nodded and hugged Sania tightly, he realized what he was doing was the wrong thing and made the person he loved the most so sad.
Tomi watches as the mother and son share their feelings, knowing that Steven is not her biological son but that his affection for Steven outweighs his love for himself.
"Stev papa also apologizes if papa is wrong with Stev ya."
"Papa Tomi is the best father for Stev and Stev doesn't want another father" Steven told Tomi.
Steven is disappointed to hear that he is the son of Sania and Zaki. He was angry with his mother why betray Papa Tomi when papa Tomi was very good to them.
Actually this is a misunderstanding, the boy does not know if Zaki is his real father. Steven's thoughts are quite the opposite, he blames Sania for thinking that Sania has betrayed Tomi.
Mentari and Siska are still fast asleep on the couch, they may be so tired that they do not know the arrival of Sania and Tomi in Steven's nursery.
"Let it be Fan, they look so tired." Prevent Sania when Arfan wants to wake Mentari up.
"It looks like Sa, they slept after dawn."
"You yourself how Fan, you must not have slept at all right?" Tomi understands that Arfan has not rested at all since he arrived at the club and has to come looking for Steven.
"Don't worry about me Tom, aren't we used to this?"
"Thank you Fan, we've always been troubling you!"
"That's Tom, don't hesitate. Aren't we a family, it's appropriate that we help each other."
Arfan was still waiting for Mentari and Siska to wake up from their sleep, until ten in the morning they had not yet awakened. They're ditching college today because they're so tired.
After a long time, Mentari slowly grumbled her eyes, faintly seeing the figure of Sania and Tomi next to Steven's bed.
"Amboy girl who is this, the sun is already high yet awake too!" Arfan teased Mentari who was so conscious from his sleep immediately changed the position of his body from lying down to sitting, his eyes widened because of the shock that there was someone else in Steven's room.
Mentari immediately ran to the bathroom because they were embarrassed to see the face of his pillow. He had forgotten not to wake Siska who was still asleep.
Now Arfan and Mentari are on their way back to the club after driving Siska back to the dormitory. Arfan's face looked very tangled, his body seemed to be very tired.
"Why shouldn't we just stop first, it seems like big brother is very tired. Take a break for a minute, brother." Mentari's proposal when they were just a few meters out of the dormitory area of university Z.
Arfan who understands the concerns of Mentari, finally looking for a place near the campus to be able to park his car because if forced can happen things that they do not want. Arfan does feel less fit, his body has not rested at all since yesterday.
"I'll book a taxi for us to go home!"
They decided to go home by taking an online taxi only to be more comfortable and not worry about something happening on the road.
Not long after, the taxi they ordered arrived. Arfan sat with his head resting on Mentari's shoulder. For a moment the man was asleep.
"Miss seems like mister is very tired!" the online taxi driver tried to open a conversation with Mentari by staying focused on driving.
"Yes uncle, we are very tired and it is impossible to continue the journey by driving alone."
"It's better that way, miss, so as not to harm other riders on the road."
They arrive in front of the club, Mentari tries to wake Arfan up.
"I'm still sleeping Mentari,"
"Let's move to my room!"
Mentari signed Arfan into the club after making a payment and pinned a star on the app for the taxi driver who had just delivered them.
Mentari laid Arfan on the young man's big bed. Mentari rushes out of Arfan's room, but Arfan pulls his arm until he falls over Arfan's body.
"Sister...,"
"Stay here, accompany me to sleep!" Arfan hugged Mentari's body and was unwilling to let go of the girl.
Arfan fell asleep in an instant, Mentari wanted to escape but he could not get out of Arfan's arm.
Tired of trying to escape, Mentari finally fell asleep beside Arfan. He is also still sleepy because sleeping on the sofa even makes his body feel sore.
At the hospital, Steven was so happy to see his father and mother smiling again. She couldn't imagine if anything happened to her when she ran away last night it was certain that papa and her mother would be moody every day because she felt guilty.
Zaki comes to see Steven, he brings Steven's favorite food.
"Hi Stev, are you okay?" Zaki approaches Steven after being invited by Tomi and Sania.
"I'm fine, um,"
"You know Stev, last night I was so worried about you."
"Om good can Stev ask for a request?"
"Let's just say baby, om will definitely try to grant it to Stev."
"Say Stev, what do you want, baby?"
Steven took a breath, "Om Stev please don't disturb mama yes, mama already has papa so om can't snatch mama from papa. Om still wants to be Stev's friend, right?"
Zaki seemed to have been struck by lightning by thousands of voltages, he never expected Steven would say such a request to him.
Zaki smiled wryly, "Stev dear, om never once bother your mama, om and mama are just friends dear."
"No... I heard myself if om ask mama to give a chance to om, which can be so om. Pity papa Tomi if om goes with mama."
"Is this why you ran away from home, baby?"
Steven nodded, "I thought that if you had betrayed me, then I was angry with you!" steven's plain answer that made Zaki's heart even more sliced.
"You believe the same, baby, you'll never rot Stev's mom from papa."
Zaki comes out of Steven's nursery with crumbling feelings, no more hope of having them back.
His cruelty in the past turned out to make a child who did not even know anything felt that he would seize what was really his right.
Arfan and Mentari were still asleep until the night before, the sound of a phone ringing on Arfan's phone made both of them gasp.
Arfan picked up the call without seeing the caller id first.
"Hallo..," said Arfan.
"Arfan, where have you been, what time is it why haven't you picked up grandma yet, don't we have a dinner appointment?"
Arfan sat down, he almost forgot the promise he had made himself if Grandma had not called him.
"Almost I missed it.., ." said Arfan.
