38 Ch: Ami Vs. Kankuro

The battle between Shino and Zaku Abumi takes place exactly as in the anime and Shino easily grabs the spot for the third stage.

The stage was immediately cleared with everyone preparing for the third battle.

Ami was shocked to see his name on the electric board, let alone his opponent was someone Sanada told him to watch out for.

Among all the Chunin Exam participants, Sanada has made a list of who to avoid.

Gaara is clearly on the "short surrender" list, while Kankuro and Temari are on the "watchful and careful" list".

An explosion shook the stage. Kankuro reacted quickly enough as he somehow avoided the explosion.

Ami hears Hayate announce his victory and makes a peace sign with his hand pointing him at Sanada.

Although Ami like Hibachi was not interested in pursuing a career as a ninja and was very satisfied with his job at the restaurant, he had other reasons. His opponent this time was not a fellow from the same village or anything. There was no need for him to hold back.
