Day 45: Sasuke Vs Gaara (1)

In the fighting arena, Sasuke now stands with a duck butt hairstyle as usual.

Just yesterday after Sasuke finished his training, Sanada decided to give Sasuke a special hair-growth supplement so as not to embarrass himself during the Chunin Exams.

However, her clothing style now has some changes from the original. She no longer wears black clothes like in the anime, but instead wears a kimono, like in Shippuden with a difference of red fire patterns on it.

"Second fight, Uchiha Sasuke Vs. Gaara, Start!!"

The battle had begun, and the two immediately took up a fighting position.

Sasuke unsheathed Yubashiri and soon entered Total Concentration Breathing mode. He would not take the initiative because he knew that against Gaara, he had to be very careful, or just his death was waiting for him.

Gaara, on the other hand, did not wait and instead immediately emptied his sand gourd.

The sand turned into a giant sand arm, and right after that, it charged towards Sasuke.

An inexplicable sense of danger emanated from the sand, but Sasuke was still able to maintain his composure.

"Kagura Shinokami: Enbu."

Hum!

Sasuke took the Yubashiri in his other hand and waved it forward.

Cut out.

With a flame on the sword, Sasuke managed to display the power of Hinokami Kagura in front of everyone present.

The fire aura that came from the combination of Hinokami Kagura and his manipulation of fire chakra collided with the powerful sand arm.

THE EXPLOSION!!!

The flame meets Gaara's sand.

The two entangled each other for a moment before Sasuke's slash defeated Gaara's sand.

Everyone looked over in astonishment as they discovered that the sand arm of Gaara, which had just looked extremely frightening had been obliterated so easily.

Had Sasuke been evasive, it would have been another matter, but instead, Sasuke immediately clashed with him to then defeat him.

Kakashi stared blankly at the scene in the battle arena.

It was completely different from what he expected. He knew Sanada was good, but he never expected that in just one month, Sanada could polish Sasuke to be like this.

"So this is all you got? I thought you were stronger than this, but it looks like your threatening gaze was just to show off?" Sasuke said in an attempt to provoke Gaara.

Hearing Sasuke's sudden words, the sand trio felt like they were dreaming.

Which crazy bastard would provoke Gaara like this? Does he have a death wish? They think in their hearts.

On the other hand, Sasuke did not care what the audience thought of him. He saw that Gaara was not responding to his provocations and an evil smile appeared on his face.

It seemed like one month of training with Sanada was enough to change Sasuke's personality a little.

"Don't be too uptight; but I know after this, you'd say that we can't live under the same sky, right? *Sigh* is a cliche third-rate criminal."

Sasuke's voice echoed only to be greeted by the silent and awkward atmosphere of the spectators.

And other than Sanada who was currently trying his best to hold back his laughter, everyone seemed a little lost with the words that Sasuke had thrown out.

Sasuke took a deep breath, utilizing his breathing of total concentration to his current limit, and started by blinking towards Gaara.

*Swoosh*

"You know what they say to people like you? Has eyes but fails to recognize Mount Tai. I think those words are perfect for you right now."

Under the sunlight, Sasuke stabbed Gaara's figure but it soon turned into sand because it was one of Gaara's sand clones.

The sand tries to counterattack Sasuke, but Sasuke easily avoids it.

It got to the point where countless sand surrounded Sasuke, but with just one slash and Sasuke escaped.

Gaara reappeared a few meters away from Sasuke but his face was now far from calm.

A little boy whispered unrecognizable words while fighting. Strange and cruel methods of battle; his teacher must have been extremely humiliating.

This guy didn't even put him in his eyes.

Damnit.

Embarrassed. That's what Gaara feels right now.

He wanted nothing more than to kill Sasuke in front of him and have his blood splattered everywhere.

He needs a bloody lesson.

"Mom-s... I'll give you good blood.."

Gaara's expression turned frightening as he whispered something about his mother.

Without wasting any more time, Gaara quickly controlled a large amount of sand to attack Sasuke, trying to directly smash him under the sand.

"Mother? You mean motherfuckers? Well, you really have the face to do that.."

Sasuke glanced at the sand for a moment and sneered.

After all his training with Sanada, the way Sasuke treated Gaara was now nothing more than a paper tiger.

Sasuke disappeared from his place as he pumped chakra to his feet appearing right next to Gaara at the next moment ready to brandish his sword.

"!!!!"

Gaara's body screamed as if it felt an immediate danger.

The sand that had been sent was pulled back as it created a shield around Gaara.

However, Sasuke's slash was a bit too much to be blocked by the sand shield.

His sword had just been able to pierce through the sand shield and hit Gaara directly, striking him to the point of making him crash into the venue wall.

THE BAMMM!!!!

Gaara lost two confrontations against Sasuke, but despite that, he was not seriously injured. The sand armor on his body was able to negate the damage from Sasuke's attack.

Sasuke's grin was getting wider watching this. The last two strikes were enough to measure the distance between their forces, and it was time to become real.

Sasuke rushed to Gaara, and Gaara continuously used his sand to block Sasuke. It was not very helpful as Sasuke could easily avoid them as he quickly approached now just a few meters away from Gaara's location.

Clang!! Clang!! Clang!!

Fire and sand continue to clash with each other, but Sasuke is able to resist any attempt by Gaara to stop him
