Chapters 14. Feelings of affection
Rian was sitting on the couch watching TV at his house, while Sharmila's six-month-old son was playing on the carpet. Rian felt the warmth of the child, the smile and joyful cheerfulness shown by him.
The child had grown close to Rian from the beginning, and seemed to be part of his family. Rian loved Sharmila's son very much, although there were still heart wounds in him because of what happened to Sharmila.
