Not the Seeds That Should Be
Chapter 8. Ruli's anger

After learning the fact that her grandson was not her own flesh and blood, her mother Rian felt very angry and disappointed. He felt like he had been deceived and wanted to know more about the person who had planted the seeds in his son-in-law, Sharmila.

Ruli decides to have a meeting with Sharmila and her parents to find out more.

When the meeting began, Rian's mother immediately asked in a sharp voice, "Who has planted the seed on you, Sharmila? Aren't you going to marry Rian, back then?"

Sharmila, who already knew what was coming, lethargicly replied, "Yes, Mila... Sharmila was already pregnant when she married Mas Rian."

"Oh, so this kid isn't Rian's flesh blood, is he?" Rian's mother asked in a high tone. His face was red withstanding anger.

Sharmila nodded lethargicly, "Yes, it's not Rian's son."

"Who is impregnating and whose seed is your son, Sharmila? Tell me!" Rian's mother asked in a high voice.

Sharmila was silent for a moment, trying to hold back her tears. Finally, he said, "That's it, that's it. It's an unimportant relationship and it's over, Mom."

"Who is he? Is he still in your life?" rian's mother asked in an even sharper tone.

Sharmila and her family are very surprised by Rian's mother's accusations, they try to defend themselves and explain that Sharmila and Rian were indeed married when Sharmila was pregnant. However, Rian's mother does not believe and still considers them to be impostors.

The situation gets worse when Rian's mother starts asking Rian to divorce Sharmila. Rian is very confused because he already loves Sharmila very much and does not want to leave her. However, Rian's mother is very stubborn and unwilling to stop until Sharmila is abandoned by Rian.

Both of Sharmila's parents, Darto and Puji, his father looked anxious and uncomfortable with the situation. Sharmila's father tries to ask her mother Rian to calm down, "Ma-af, but can we talk calmly?"

But Rian's mother did not accept and ignored the request, "Answer my question, Sharmila! Who's she?" asked Ruli furiously.

Sharmila was silent for a moment again, trying to hold back her tears. He knew he had to say it, even though he was afraid of the consequences. Finally, in a soft voice, he replied, "He, he is Alex."

"What's? Alex?" rian's mother was surprised. "That guy you've been close to?"

Sharmila nodded, trying to explain, "Pardon Mila, ma. Mila, mila knows she's made a big mistake, but Mila doesn't want to hurt anyone. Mila never meant to make Rian mas or anyone get hurt."

But Rian's mother didn't accept, "You lied to me, Sharmila! You and your family are fraudsters. You ruined my son's life and my family's. I can't let this happen."

Ruli's chest went downhill as her anger had peaked. He did not accept being treated like this by his son-in-law and both of his besi.

Darto tried to protect his family. He actually knew it before the wedding day.

But his mother Rian remained dissatisfied, "Nobody could resolve this well. We've been lied to by you. I can't let a woman like this conceive my granddaughter and grow up with a dishonest family like you."

Everyone in the room felt sad and tense. This situation was unexpected and no one knew how to resolve it properly.

Sharmila finally realizes her mistake and apologizes to Rian. He also resigned to his fate, in case Rian would divorce him. But he himself asked Rian not to involve his parents who would bear the shame.

After being confronted with the truth that the child she was born to was not from Rian, Sharmila felt very sorry for everything that had happened. He feels guilty for disappointing Rian and bringing shame to his family. However, Sharmila was already aware of her mistake and was ready to accept any possible consequences.

Not only that, Rian's mother also began to invite other members of her family to support her demands. They consider Sharmila a traitor and unacceptable in their family.

The situation gets more complicated and full of drama, as Rian cannot make the right decision about what to do.

Amidst his confusion, Rian tries to find the right solution so as not to sacrifice his family or Sharmila and his son. He decided to seek advice from legal experts and psychologists in order to make the right decision. He also spoke with Sharmila and her family to try to resolve the issue properly.

Although it was very difficult, Rian finally found a way out of this matter. He decided to apologize to his mother, trying to persuade her.

Rian, who was at first very upset and disappointed with Sharmila. However, after talking to her mother and pondering back, she realizes that she loves Sharmila very much and does not want to lose her. Rian decides to give Sharmila a second chance and mend their relationship.

However, Rian's mother cannot accept this circumstance and continues to force Rian to divorce Sharmila. His mother felt very embarrassed if it was revealed that the grandchild was born not from his own flesh and blood. He constantly asks various questions about who the biological father of the child is and finds out about Sharmila's entire history.

"Ma, please give Rian time to decide on Rian's own life. Mama doesn't have to interfere."

Rian is very upset with his mother's attitude and asks that her mother not interfere in his affairs with Sharmila. However, her mother persists and asks Rian to divorce Sharmila. Rian is very stressed because of this situation and feels trapped between love for Sharmila and responsibility for her family.

"You think, by thinking to yourself you can make a good decision? No Rian! Your brain has been washed."

Sharmila, at the same time, felt extremely afraid of her fate. He knew that the mistake he had made had turned his life upside down and made Rian feel extremely hurt. However, Sharmila did not want to give up so easily. He feels that he and Rian can go through this problem together and improve their relationship.

Sharmila finally decides to meet with Rian and apologizes in person. He showed his remorse and promised to change himself for the better. Rian, though feeling a little hesitant, finally decided to give Sharmila a second chance.

However, Rian gives Sharmila the condition that she must resolve the matter on her own without involving her family. Sharmila agrees and promises not to disturb Rian's family again.
