Chapters 17. He's Not Worth It

Meanwhile, Rian also felt confused and worried about the state of Sharmila who suddenly left the house. He tried to contact Sharmila and her family but did not get an answer. Finally, Rian decides to look for Sharmila with the help of his friends.

Rian felt very sad when his mother introduced another girl to him. During these few days, Rian felt a headache and high fever, so he decided to go home to his parents to rest and take care of himself. However, when her mother arrives with another girl, Rian feels increasingly depressed and loses hope of reuniting with Sharmila and her son.

As Ruli introduces the girl, Rian feels there is no hope of restoring her relationship with Sharmila.

Ruli asks others to do something to Sharmila, as she is upset by Sharmila's attitude of always trying to maintain her relationship with Rian. However, Rian disagreed with his mother's actions. He thought that his mother could not impose her will on others, especially in such matters.

Rian tries to explain to his mother that Sharmila and her son are not the cause of his illness. Instead, they were the only things that made her feel happy and have a spirit of life. Rian feels that he must take responsibility for his mistakes and must try to repair his relationship with Sharmila.

However, Ruli remained stubborn and would not listen. He felt that Rian was too weak to deal with this situation, and he had to do something to separate Sharmila from Rian. Rian's mother feels that Sharmila is one of Rian's main obstacles in life, and that he must be separated from Rian in order for Rian to achieve his happiness.

What Rian said made her mother even more angry and asked people to do something to Sharmila.

"Why are you so stubborn, Rian? It's for your own good. If you marry the girl I choose, you will definitely be happy."

"What's wrong with those girls? They are beautiful, smart, and come from a good family. They're a lot better for you than Sharmila."

"You can't keep going after someone who doesn't respect you. Sharmila's just using you, Rian. He doesn't care about you."
