Secretary Interview
After a week, Belva will return to work at Agastya Property. After a few days ago, Ridwan gave three candidates to a new secretary for Belva. Today, Belva will directly select one of the three candidates to become his secretary.
Once he has arrived at the office, Ridwan also came and delivered Curriculum Vitae (Data himself) from three selected candidates who will undergo an interview test later this time.
“Bos, these are the three shortlisted candidates who will undergo an interview test today. Bob can see first his data,” said Ridwan who handed three months of blue map to Belva.
Belva's hand was stretched out and received a map from his secretary. “Good, I'll see first. Oh, yes .. later you join to accompany yes Ridwan. At least you will work together and share tasks, so you also see which is better to work with,” said Belva.

After Ridwan, Belva also read one by one map containing Curriculum Vitae from three candidates who will take part in the interview today. At exactly 10:00, Ridwan went back to see Belva and invited the CEO to interview three candidates. “Ke meeting room, Sir,” said Ridwan this time. Without further ado, three candidates selected from the previous selection process were welcome to enter the room and face Belva directly. The three men are named Selly, Gita, and Anisa.
“Good day everyone, can you introduce yourself briefly. Names and advantages you have for working as a secretary at Agastya Property!” Questions asked by the CEO. “Please, from the one on the left and later on onwards,” connect Belva again.
“Good day Sir. My name is Selly. I am a person who works hard and wants to learn. I am sure it can work well in Agastya Property,” replied Selly who is quite confident in answering questions from Belva.
“Good day Sir. I'm Gita. I am a fresh graduate and still have not had much experience. However, I want to try, learn, and adjust to be able to work in the company Mr.” replied Gita politely. The woman had just graduated from college, so the Gita qualification still requires a lot of orientation to work professionally.
“Good day Sir, I'm Anisa. I am friendly, hard working, able to organize work, and meticulous. I am confident with the positive value I have, I can contribute at Agastya Property,” Anisa replied.
Furthermore, some questions were given by Belva starting from why they signed up for the position of Secretary, can they operate Microsoft Office, and various other questions. Belva this time is so selective because he wants to get the right secretary who can organize work and work hard for Agastya Property.
Start Selly answering questions from Belva, followed by Gita. Until finally, it was Anisa's turn to give an answer and presumably Anisa's answer was more appropriate with Belva's current thinking.
“For me motivation is very important. I believe that self-motivation first is the key to being a good secretary, being a disciplined individual, and being able to inspire yourself to success. However, I am also encouraged to grow and learn in this company. I will work with the best I can and contribute to the development of Agastya Property,” Anisa replied.
“Alright, the three of you have given a good answer. Now, you can go home. In this week the company will contact you and convey the results of the recruitment for this secretary position,” said Belva.
After doing the interview, Belva returned a little discussion with Ridwan. “If you how is Ridwan? Who would you like to partner with for cooperation in secretary position?” ask Belva to Ridwan.
According to Belva, at least the new secretary will be able to work with Ridwan. Share the burden of work and also have good communication skills.
“If from the answer anyway, allows Anisa because she already has experience as a secretary before,” replied Ridwan.

Finishing all his work today, Belva wanted to go home early to meet his wife. Presumably Belva could not leave Sara for long especially his wife was pregnant.
