ROYALTY: The Lord of the Glorious Water Element

ROYALTY: The Lord of the Glorious Water Element
CHAPTER TEN: ANDORA IS BEAUTIFUL

Evelyn and Elan were sitting by the river, on the green and dense grass. They pensively observed the river water with sadness, not excited, and clearly drawn expressions of sadness on their faces. Clearly you already understand the cause of the two teenagers are sad. Yes, they have lost Roni, a friend and brother to Evelyn and Elan. Without Roni their lives seem to mean nothing.

Since childhood they have been good friends. Complement each other when happy or difficult. When they play together, laugh together, joke together, and feel sad together. But now things are turning 180 degrees. No laughter, no jokes, no Roni smile that always makes Evelyn and Elan happy. They may be able to recollect Roni's departure, but not with memories with Roni that have been intertwined for years. Beautiful memories that Evelyn and Elan will not forget.

Now Evelyn and Elan learn to let someone go, even if that person is the one they love so much.

"Elan, I miss Roni so much" Evelyn said as she threw a pebble towards the river with a sad face.

"Yes, I miss him a lot too. Had it been that time, we protected Roni and forbade him from hiding in the river. But what can be done, we also can not do anything in front of the royal soldiers. I'm so sorry Evelyn." Elan said at length, expressing her sadness. Then Elan leaned against the tree trunk behind her back. Exhaling a long breath, Elan let out all her complaints.

"I'm also very sorry to lose Roni. I feel like I'm not a good friend to him. We can't protect her when she needs help" Evelyn added. Then the girl stood up, turned her back, and stared at the rushing river water. Not feeling his tears dripping when remembering his friendship with Roni. He let the breeze blow away his long, tangled hair.

Roni forgot her sadness at remembering Evelyn and Elan some time ago when she passed the main road to the Andora region. On the horseback ridden by Henry, Roni looked very happy. This was the first time in his life that he felt the sensation of sitting on a horse's back while enjoying the beautiful scenery around him.

Even more amazing, when Roni saw the homes of Andoran residents who are much more luxurious than the houses in Eldoria. The difference is very striking. Even the houses on the outskirts of Andora City seem very livable and luxurious. Very contrasted with the house of residents in the suburbs of Eldoria which is very simple and impressed like a hut, except in the center of Eldoria City which is inhabited by nobles.

Roni was really impressed and amazed to see all this. He began to speculate that life in Andora must have been very prosperous, peaceful, and prosperous. The Andoran suburbs seem to have no economic hardship, even though they lead a simple life.

"The city of Andora, its real beauty!" roni exclaimed involuntarily, his eyes closed and both of his hands raised high, merging with the sky.

That caught Henry's attention. He slowly looked back, asking, "Is this the first time you've seen Andora City?"

Under the vast blue sky, Henry's horse, Jack, stepped up gracefully, wading through the small streets between the residential areas, bringing the two into a quiet conversation without any sense of hurry.

"Yeah, this is my first visit to Andora City. I was amazed to see the beauty of the houses of its inhabitants" said Roni with a smile.

"Yes, Queen Andora is fair to all her people. He did not want any of his people to live miserable. You saw it for yourself, didn't you?" added Henry. Sometimes he held his horse back from running. The horse was thirsty and made him want to drink quickly.

"I saw it myself. It's amazing" replied Roni.

Now Henry and Roni pass through a market located in the middle of Andora City. Roni's eyes were dazzled as he looked at the dazzling merchant's stalls, awakening the admiration within him. The market in the City of Andora, like a different world, far surpassed the simple market in his homeland, Eldoria. Here, every stall is a painting of beauty, every merchant is a dancer in the stage of life.

Henry instigated his horse's steps as it passed through the crowded market area. While the horse neighs in protest because of the thirst that seemed to make it tormented.

"Look Jack, we'll take you to the river soon." Henry stroked the mane of his horse which was shiny brownish in color.

"Hey you understand the language of horses?" Roni was surprised to find Henry who seemed to understand the behavior of his horse.

Henry laughed, replying, "I've been friends with Jack since I was ten. Of course I am very sorry for his behavior. What about when he wants to eat, when he wants to drink, and his other behavior."

"Wow, your friendship with Jack is amazing" praised Roni who was amazed.

"It's amazing." Roni was back to praise.

"In the meantime, we'll be out of the market. And I'll take Jack to the river" Henry said.

"River close to the market?" Roni curious.

"Not really," Henry replied briefly.

After Henry and Roni left the market area, Henry led his horse to a small road that connects to the river. The river was far enough away from the market, so Henry pulled the reins so that the horse would run and they would quickly reach the river.

"Come Jack, run! The river is waiting for you!" Henry spoke loudly to make Jack excited, galloping through the wind coming from the opposite direction.

Henry and Roni arrive at a river that looks stunning. The water is very clear, even with the naked eye we can see the fish that roam in the river. Green plants that propagate on the riverbed also increase the beauty of the river.

Roni came down from Henry's horse. He half ran to the river. Instantly Roni was so amazed and amazed to see the beauty that was right in front of his eyes. He unceasingly expressed the word, "Wow!"

Although since childhood Roni has been accustomed to seeing the river in Eldoria, but this time is different. Much different. The river in the Eldoria region is not as beautiful and not as clear as this river. This is the first time Roni saw a river that is so beautiful as a real natural painting.

"Awe seeing this river? The expression on your face is very predictable," Henry said as he led his horse to the riverbank. His horse drank the river water immediately. His thirst was unbearable again.

"Yes, I'm so impressed. I've never seen a river this beautiful before. The river in Eldoria is not this pretty. I'm really amazed" Roni said so excitedly. Then he crouched down next to the river stone while touching the river water with his fingers. Instantly Roni was surprised when he felt such a cold sensation. Reflex he immediately stood up.

"Hey, this river is very cold huh. Like ice water," Roni said as she wagged her hand to ease the piercing cold.

"wait. You're saying the river is so cold?" Henry was amazed by Roni's attitude.

"Yes I feel it myself." Roni was honest.

"How is it possible? Do you have any magic?" Henry thinks Roni has the magic power of the water element.

Because anyone who touches the river water in this place and feels a sensation that is so cold, then it is likely that he has magic. This river is a magical river where the water cannot be controlled by magic even once. Therefore, the river water will react to be very cold when touched by people who have magic power in the form of water elements.

Roni was surprised to get such a question from Henry. As much as possible Roni had to hide about his magic abilities from everyone he just knew. He did not want Henry to know his abilities and could have made Henry stunned.

Roni also reasoned. "Oh no. Maybe I'm not used to touching the river water in this place."

"Don't lie. When I first met you, I saw a different figure than you" Henry said, stressing every word.

"What do you mean!?"
