CHAPTER TWENTY-THREE: THE DEBATE OF TWO TEENAGERS

Roni woke up and coughed. Spreading his gaze around him, he asked, "What happened?"

Prince Henry replied calmly, "You've just sunk into a lake. I saved you."

"Drowned?" paro Roni does not believe. As he remembered, he was running on the lake water and then did not remember anything until he suddenly woke up on the lake with Prince Henry.

"Yes, you drowned while you were practicing at the lake. But no problem, just forget about it, the most important thing is that you survived now" replied Prince Henry who deliberately did not tell Roni the truth. If told, Roni is certainly confused and will not believe it just like that.

"Well, I believe I drowned, my clothes got wet." Roni replied while looking down, finding her clothes completely wet. His body shivered a little cold.

"You seem to be cold. Let's go back to the palace, and take a bath." Prince Henry then stood up and immediately took Roni back to the palace.

"Well, we go back to the palace. I feel uncomfortable in wet clothes like this." Roni stood up. Her wet clothes made her uncomfortable when she felt drops of water falling from her clothes onto the grass.

"Yes of course" replied Prince Henry who was now walking in front of Roni.

The two passed through a fine stone road that connected to the palace courtyard. The road was quite wide and seemed to be enough for four horses to walk side by side. On each side of the right and left of the road there are beautiful ornamental flower plants. Some round-shaped lights also appear to decorate in some places, as lighting at night. Not to forget the shady trees also always complement the stone path, thus adding to its beauty and coolness.

"How do I get back to the palace wet like this?" Roni looked at her clothes with concern.

Prince Henry smiled. "Don't worry, you're not alone, my clothes are wet, but I have a solution. We can find a quieter route, so that not many people see us in this wet state."

The two of them also walked through a shortcut to the palace that was not so crowded. There were only five soldiers standing guard at every corner and that was regardless of the whereabouts of Prince Henry and Roni.

"You have to take a shower in the soldier's bathroom, because if you take a bath in your room, your wet clothes can make your room dirty" Prince Henry told Roni.

"Yes, I understand, but how can I change clothes? My clothes are in the room" replied Roni.

"I'll get it." Prince Henry was like casting a spell, suddenly there were already clothes on top of his palms, along with the effects of the magic slowly fading away. "Wear these clothes." He gave the clothes to Roni.

"Well, how can you do that magic trick?" Roni was amazed to see the ability of Prince Henry who can produce clothes quickly.

"Yes, this trick is also part of one of my magic abilities" he said with a smile.

"Actually you have how much magic?" ask Roni who is curious.

Prince Henry smiled and replied smartly, "I have some pretty helpful abilities. However, many things are more important than magic. For example, how do we live life and help each other."

Roni nodded in understanding. Sensing that behind his extraordinary magical abilities, Prince Henry also put forward more profound values.

"You didn't change your clothes?" ask Roni.

"I changed clothes, but in my room. You know, I'm gonna go to my bathroom right away." Prince Henry then put his hands together in front of his chest. A miracle arises, with Prince Henry quickly disappearing and teleporting to his bathroom.

Roni who witnessed it to the point of astonishment and amazement. "That's amazing! Do I have the ability to disappear like that? I don't think so" the monologue.

Without a second thought, Roni stepped quickly towards the warrior bathroom that happened to be not far from where she was. Immediately after, he rushed inside the bathroom before the soldier on guard realized his whereabouts. Unexpectedly, Roni was shocked when she met the soldier who had just come out of the bathroom.

"Oh, I'm sorry" said Roni when she realized the soldier was just as shocked as she was.

The soldier was silent for a moment in front of Roni. Staring at Roni seemed to exude admiration, yet he covered the admiration with his flat facial expression. Actually the soldier was amazed because he had never seen Roni before. Then the soldier thought quickly, that maybe Roni is a royal family who rarely went out of the palace.

Without a word, the soldier immediately exited the bathroom. His indifferent impression made Roni a little awkward, but then he smiled understandably. Then Roni continued her steps towards the bathroom.

After making sure no one was around, Roni immediately started her bathing activity. The warm water flowed, easing the coldness he had previously felt. Meanwhile, his thoughts drifted to the meeting earlier and speculated about his identity.

Roni, not knowing that his brief encounter had led to a conversation among the palace soldiers, finished bathing and immediately put on the clothes Prince Henry had provided. Then Roni came out of the bathroom with new clothes, while her clothes were dirty and wet, she put in a special basket of dirty clothes. Later there will be a palace janitor who brings the clothes to a special washing place for royal family clothing.

Roni walked quickly through the corridor of the palace and continued her steps towards her room. Simultaneously, he met Edward in the hallway of the palace. His encounter with Edward makes Roni awkward. Especially because Edward who could not accept the presence of Roni and consider Roni is just a commoner who hitchhiked live in the Andora Palace.

"You should be self-conscious and not enter the Andora Palace! You're just going to trouble Prince Henry" Edward quipped right in front of Roni.

Roni was a little surprised, the rest were not. Because he already knew that Edward did not like it.

Then Roni replied, "I didn't come here to trouble anyone, Edward. Prince Henry himself brought me to the palace, and I'm so grateful for that." Roni tried to convey calmly, although it seemed that this meeting would not end well.

Edward gritted his teeth, then snorted cynically. "You think Prince Henry cares about you? You're just his entertainer, nothing more!"

Roni held back her emotions, trying to stay calm. "At least, I don't make assumptions without knowing the real facts. Let Prince Henry judge."

The two of them stared at each other intently, as if channeling emotions through the eyes. Before we finally get back to the debate.

Edward shook his head with a cynical look. "I'm not sure why Prince Henry cares about you. You're just a commoner's son."

Roni tried to keep her composure, "There may be things that are more important than social status, Edward. Prince Henry saw something of me you might not have seen."

Edward just looked at Roni coldly, without giving a response.

Prince Henry passed by the corridor and watched the exchange of words between Roni and Edward. He approached them with a calm smile. "What the hell is going on here?"

Edward looked at Roni and said, but as if insinuating Prince Henry. "Just talk about how far Roni can get protection from Prince Henry in this palace."

Prince Henry looked at Edward seriously before turning to Roni, "I brought you to the palace for good reason, Roni. Let me handle this. Come on, let's go to the dining room, it's lunch time. I'm sure things will get better."

Edward looked at the departure of Roni and Prince Henry with an annoyed facial expression. Then he chose to continue his steps, leaving the palace hallway which became a silent witness to his debate with Roni.

Meanwhile, Prince Henry, who was walking beside Roni, tried to calm down. "Don't think too much about Edward's words, Roni. He needs time to accept your presence."

Roni nodded, appreciating the support of Prince Henry. They continued on their way to the palace's dining room, where a lunch together would soon be held.

"Ah, how can I expel Roni from Andora Palace!?" edward shouted loudly in the quiet and silent backyard of the palace. There's no one there at all.

Edward was angry and upset. To channel his anger, he lifted a piece of soil into the air and slammed it into the ground until the chunk was crushed into small pieces of soil.

Edward has the ability of the earth element, in addition he also has the science of telekinesis that can move various objects.

"How could Prince Henry care about the boy?" edward muttered in an annoyed tone. "I must find a way for the Royalty to no longer be in this palace!" his yell.

Edward then sat down on the chair right under the tree and pondered for a moment. His mind was filled with hatred and dissatisfaction.

Suddenly it comes across a bad idea in his brain to forcibly expel Roni from the Andoran Kingdom. "Hehehe, in a moment, you will leave the Andoran Kingdom, Royalty."
