CHAPTER SIX: KING ARIC SHADOWCASTER

"We have to take him home, maybe he came out of the palace area without the knowledge of the soldiers who guard at the gate of the palace," proposed the other soldier.

Suddenly one of the soldiers spoke, "Wait! The family of King Aric had no such child. Her hair was blue, it was likely that she was from the Andoran Kingdom and ventured into this place."

The soldier knew that the Andoran Royal family had blue hair and was white. So he thought that Roni was part of the Andoran Royal family. Roni is the son of the people of Eldoria.

The three soldiers looked at each other. They seemed to be exchanging thoughts through the eyes. Until they finally agreed to his friend's proposal.

"That's possible. Well, then, we'll just let him in here. We must not deal with the Andoran family" said one of the soldiers and was approved by the other three.

"Let's go home and report this to King Aric Shadowcaster!" One of the soldiers led the other three soldiers to return to Eldoria Palace.

The four soldiers simultaneously pulled the reins of the horse, as soon as the horse they were riding galloped away from the market area. The four horses' footsteps rang out loud and shook the ground.

Evelyn and Elan are still hiding behind a tree, both of them seem so relieved after the departure of the four soldiers who apparently did not bring Roni.

"Congratulations ..they did not bring Roni," said Elan as she stroked her chest.

"Yeah, I was scared when the four soldiers approached Roni" Evelyn said. "Let's save Roni before the others wake up." Evelyn then came out from behind the tree.

Elan came out and walked over to Evelyn. They then ran towards the place where Roni was unconscious. The surroundings were very quiet and the people who had fainted were unconscious, Evelyn and Elan took this time to immediately bring Roni to safety. The two help each other lift Roni's body.

"You just lift Roni's foot. I lifted her up" Elan told Evelyn.

"Sure," Evelyn replied as she held onto Roni's legs and lifted her up.

"Why did you bring me here?" Roni asked when he realized he was not in the market, but on the river bank.

"Did you not remember the incident you experienced in the market earlier?" Elan asked instead of giving an answer.

Roni was confused and did not understand what the question from Elan meant. He doesn't remember anything. As he remembered, he was selling in the market and then suddenly woke up on the riverbank together with Evelyn and Elan.

"No, shouldn't we be selling in the market?"

"How to explain it, O Lord." Evelyn looked frustrated at Roni's question.
