Secrets of Lakefront House

Secrets of Lakefront House
CHAPTER 69. CELEBRATING VICTORY

The goddess came out from behind the counter and greeted him with a warm smile. "I'm so glad you're here, Detective." Did Aunt Goddess invite him? She held out a flower to him. "Please call me a hero."

Jilena observed the gazes of the two of them intertwining with each other. Something seemed to be fizzing between them. "Shall I put it in the water for you, Aunt Goddess?"

"Oh, yes, yes .. please, dear." Dewi handed the bouquet to Jilena, her eyes fixed on the hero detective. "Do you want to drink something cold, sir?"

Jilena glanced at Sarah and Ramira, both of whom had stopped cutting fruits and vegetables and were watching the conversation between the Wira and their aunt.

"Es tea, if anything," said Wira.

"I'll get it for you" Sarah offered to go to the kitchen.

“Why don't you just sit in the chair in the breakfast room?”

The doorbell rings again. "Oh, I'll open it," cried Ramira hurriedly. Jilena glanced down the hallway leading to the front door, wondering if it was—Jonathan. Ramira opens the door and finds a smiling Keenan coming with his son.

"Did you bring your swimsuit, and your son?" Ramira asked as she led them back towards the kitchen. Keenan was already preparing when Ramira mentioned swimming.

"There's a beautiful big pool out there." Ramira pointed towards the large door with a French design between the kitchen and the large room, where the crystal blue water could be seen through the glass.

Ramira introduces Keenan and his son to Wira, as Wira knows everyone in the small town.

"All we're waiting for is your son, Jilena, so we can start grilling the meat on the grill" said Aunt Dewi.

My boy? Jilena didn't think of them that way, but she liked the call. "I'm sure they're on their way."

Before long, the doorbell rang again. Jilena was cutting the watermelon, so Sarah volunteered to open the door. “I think it's my turn to open the door."

Jilena rinsed her hands and arms as she watched Sarah move into the living room. He picked up a towel and stood in the hallway, waiting with anticipation. Sarah opened the door, but as the sun shone behind them, Jilena could not see who was standing at the door. Three tall figures—two men and a child. If one of them is Jonathan, who are the two men?

Jilena watched as Sarah stood talking to them a little longer than Jilena expected, but soon they all stepped in and closed the door, approaching the living room. A smile immediately spread across Jilena's face as Jonathan and Vino were seen walking in. Another man was Jonathan's age, his hair was dark brown and he was a few inches shorter than Jonathan.

"Jilena," Jonathan said, "this is my cousin Luke. Remember I said he would come to this town and stay for a few days, he was thinking of applying for a position with the Lembayung City Police. I hope you don't mind me bringing it. ”

"Of course not." Jilena extended her hand to him. “Welcome, Luke.”

Luke grabbed Jilena's hand and shook it, but the look in his eyes immediately turned back to Sarah, who was standing next to her sister, smiling with a grin. Sarah's eyes were as sparkling as the eyes of Aunt Goddess when the Goddess was first introduced to the Hero when she arrived at the party. Jonathan seemed to notice the same thing. As his gaze returned to Jilena, he winked at her. “Well, now everyone is here,” said, “ayo—start this party!”

Jilena observed the backyard and found them in the rose garden. The aunt is showing the Wira a rose garden. They both smiled and seemed to be enjoying each other. A warm feeling of satisfaction took a sip in Jilena's heart. Finally, he came back to the family and he loved it. Watching the men playing in the pool with their boys made her happy.

His mind briefly flashed to what his own son might have done on that warm night. Jilena placed the dishes on the terrace table and stepped back inside. He went to the fridge to stack the seasoning for the hamburger on the plate. After taking out a few items, he bowed and grabbed in the faraway direction—trying to reach for the mayonnaise. Without warning, a pair of hands slipped around his waist and he gasped.

He turned to find Jonathan smiling at him, a few drops—water dripping from his black hair, falling onto the tile floor.

“Vino wants me to throw you in the pool. Do you want to play in the pool? ” Sneak her teeth against Jilena.

Eyes widened. “Yes, Jonathan—no now. But I promise, after dinner I will put on my bikini and you are welcome to throw me into — if you dare. Agreed?"

“Bikini, yes?” Jonathan pulled her into his arms, sliding his hands around her again.

"I'll hold you back for that."

"You can hug me with whatever you like, Jonathan, just hold me tight."

He doesn't need to be asked twice. Her arms wrapped around Jilena and she kissed her lover in passion. Jilena's lips pressed against Jonathan's, she felt as her heart thumped and her legs began to limp, her body overpowered by passion.

"Papa?" vino's voice rang out as the boy stood in front of the open door, his body wrapped in a towel. Jonathan and Jilena quickly let go of their passionate embrace and each took a step back in shame as Vino saw them kissing.

"Hey, buddy," Jonathan said as he rushed over to his son.

"I have to go to the toilet."

Jonathan lifted Vino into his arms and shrugged his shoulders. Jilena smiled grinning.

"Duty call." Jonathan said.

Her lips curved into a smile as the man's kissing effect stuck to her, and she grabbed the handle of the refrigerator to calm herself down.

"Where's the bathroom?" Jonathanasked. While breathing, he answered. “Through the large room, at the end of the hallway, the second door on the right.”

Jonathan runs with Vino and Jilena returns to pick up the condiments as the doorbell rings again. Who'sis that? All the guests were there. He walked through the hallway and opened the door. Noah stood in front of him, his hair shining from the afternoon sun behind him. "Hello, Jilena."
