Retirement Thugs
Adel did not go straight to his house, but instead the girl stopped by the subscription bookstore where she first met the Emperor.
He walked casually down the sidewalk from the angkot stop not far from the bookstore. Adel deliberately undoes his intention to go straight home because there is nothing he does at home, which there will only make his thoughts and feelings worse if it is faced with Satya.
Suddenly from behind, Adel was embraced by someone, "Diem, don't make a fight." Said someone that guy.
Adel almost jumped in surprise, trying to let go of the hand of the Emperor who was embracing him.
"What the hell lo?! Not released?!" Adel said quite loudly.
"Gue said diem, have you not seen in front of two thugs?!" The Emperor whispered half a whisper as he continued walking by embracing Adel.
Adel looked at the Emperor and sure enough, there were two ferocious-looking thugs, about forty years old watching the two from a distance.
As he passed by, the Emperor greeted the two thugs, "Misi bang, pick up the new dick home." He smiled and half looked down.
The thug patted the Emperor on the shoulder, leaving the young man terrified and standing stiff and ready to put up the horses in case something bad happened.
"Be careful the ducks are guarded, here a lot of thugs roam. I'm also waiting for my son to come home from school." Say one of those thugs.
"Friends? Isn't he himself a thug?" The emperor asked in his heart.
The emperor watched the two thugs from top to bottom, both the fierce-looking person and the tattoo-filled body made anyone frightened when they saw him. But who would have thought, the two people are actually good people who help guard the place around from young pubescent thugs who like to make a mess.
As if aware of the Emperor's thoughts, another explained, "Not to be afraid, we are retired thugs so we will not do scary things."
"Rubber! Moreover, we have a family and have a daughter, so where might we embarrass our son with such things. Let the past pass and be made a lesson and an experience. The important thing in old age is that we repent and live better." Said one of the other retired thugs.
"Yes right, hahaha it's so funny, how could we have been like that." His friend chimed in with laughter even to the point of shedding tears.
The two retired thugs glanced towards the Emperor and also Adel who just silently watched the two laugh. Realizing that the Emperor immediately showed his laughter.
"Haha." The Emperor laughed with a forced laugh, he even nudged Adel's hand as a code to let Adel laugh like him, and it was immediately captured by Adel and both of them laughed even though with a made-up laugh.
"Yoi bang, I'm old and enjoying my old age is bang." The Emperor closed his mouth as reflex said that line, which made the two retired thugs glare at him.
"Dead me!" The Emperor muttered softly.
"Hahaha that's right." Who would have thought that the two of them laughed at the words of the Emperor.
"Haha bang, if that's our first bang. Haha." The Emperor said with a made-up laugh and went with Adel, leaving the two nostalgic.
The Emperor was unaware as long as he walked, his hands still faithfully embracing Adel's shoulders.
"Kok me deg-degan?" Adel said from the heart.
"Why did he? Don't be afraid that you're going to be horrifying yourself that they're retired thugs." The Emperor who saw Adel silently said nothing.
Adel interrupted first who made the embrace of the Emperor regardless, "That strange thinking about them is elo not me." He said then walked quickly.
"Wait for it." The Emperor shouted half-runningly after Adel.
