Adel's Feelings

Arriving at Rendra's house, the young man with a tall body rushed to the room where Adel was resting, apparently the girl he loved so much had regained consciousness and was waiting for the Emperor to return.

Rendra who was sitting at the side of the bed turned to the side of the door when she knew the Emperor had arrived, "Come here, Adel has been waiting for you ever since." Rendra waved the hand that the Emperor followed. Then the middle-aged man gave space so that the Emperor and Adel could talk together.

The Emperor grabbed Adel's weak-looking hand, "How are you doing now? Is it better?" It felt like gently rubbing the cheek of the sweet girl.

Adel nodded lightly then replied, "It's been better than before."

"Ah it's my fault, I should have listened to what you said earlier when asking to go home, if I knew you were sick, I wouldn't have forced myself like this." Said the Emperor who was so sorry.

"I didn't pass out because I was sick." Adel bowed deeply as he said so.

While the Emperor put on an astonished face, "You mean? I don't understand."

Adel lowered his head even more, his hands even gripped the bed sheet he was in, "I was too scared, I was afraid to see the fact that brother was really papa Rendra's biological son."

The Emperor widened his eyes, until that moment the Emperor had not told him about the truth of the relationship between him and Rendra, but how Adel could know about it.

"I-that means, you..."

"Yes, before my brother brought me here, I knew that my brother was a papa child but I couldn't be sure about that. Until in the end my brother invited me here, to the house of papa Rendra." Answer Adel.

The girl closed her eyes tightly and gripped her bed before continuing, "Tell me, is my concern true, brother?!" Adel asked without daring to look directly at the Emperor's face.

The emperor who had run out of energy could only sigh deeply before replying, "As you think, it's all true."

Adel who was previously closed now opened his eyes wide after hearing the Emperor's answer that was so shocking to him, the girl began to sob while hugging both knees.

The Emperor could not say anything, the young man was only able to calm Adel by gently rubbing his back, just like Adel, the Emperor felt the same destruction.

"W-why do I have to love a child from my own papa?!" Adel's crying broke.

"But still, Papa Rendra whom I have considered more than my own biological parents, I may love her son whom I should consider my brother!"

The Emperor was silent, he consciously understood Adel's feelings, the young man finally asked a question that made Adel feel a dilemma, "So what is your decision after knowing everything? You want to keep fighting with me, or stop here?"

Adel looked at the Emperor so intently, it was true that he loved the Emperor very much, but his logic refused to continue the relationship.

"I-I don't know." Answer Adel briefly.

The emperor clenched his hands hard,

"If I could tell Del, I'm not disappointed that you had a family relationship with papa, but what makes me angry is, our relationship that everyone is opposed to because of our parents' past." The Emperor's mind shouted out loud.

The Emperor gripped Adel's shoulder quite tightly, "Look at me! I will oppose all those who reject our relationship!"

The emperor was silent for a moment, he strengthened his gaze before continuing, "Even if I have to fight your parents, I will!"

After saying so the Emperor left the room leaving Adel troubled.

Apparently Rendra had heard the talk of the Emperor and Adel from outside the room, the middle-aged man was standing intently on the side of the wall that separated the bedroom from the living room.

"What makes you so sure you can fight Satya?" Rendra's question made the Emperor quite surprised, as the young man was unaware of the existence of his papa.

"When was papa there?!"

Instead of answering, Rendra continued, "You don't know who Satya is, that person is a terrible person. He can justify any means to achieve his goal, do you think he will approve of your relationship after knowing who you really are?!"

Unlike before, this time the Emperor looked quite calm, even he showed a grinning smile, "And have you forgotten who I really am?"
