The Feelings of Adel Part 2

"And did you forget who I really am?" He said while showing a grin.

The Emperor showed a different side, No! He wasn't even the Emperor that Rendra knew. Love blinds anyone who holds it.

"Conscious Kai! Satya is not a random person!"

"Five years ago! Five years ago, I managed to uncover the evil of love that no one can reveal!" The Emperor interrupted by pointing the five fingers of his right hand.

"Does you remember now?! For years papa betrayed mama and lived with unfounded hatred! During that time also papa accused mama of betrayal, whereas papa himself who betrayed mama by marrying Rani, the woman who has destroyed the household of mama's dreams!!!" The Emperor continued with excitement.

Rendra could not reply to the Emperor's words, the middle-aged man was very weak if reminded of his past mistakes.

The Emperor patted his own chest hard enough before continuing, "I want papa not to underestimate me, especially when it comes to Satya, a cruel and cunning man who has destroyed your life until he had to give up his household for the sake of papa who prefers Rani the damn woman!"

Rendra yelled at the Emperor not to cross the line, the man was afraid that Adel would find out the truth he had been hiding all along, "Slow down your voice, Emperor! If Adel hears, he'll-..."

"Will what? If I hear, what am I gonna do?" The Emperor and Rendra both gasped in shock when hearing Adel's voice, the girl suddenly appeared in the middle of the debate of the two.

Adel was no longer able to hide his tears, the tears of the girl had already poured down his cheeks, "So this is the secret you are hiding from me?

"J-so my parents were the cause of Papa Rendra's divorce with Aunt Anika?!"

Adel fell to his knees, his body instantly becoming helpless. His energy was lost when he heard the harsh reality that the Emperor told Rendra.

Rendra quickly helps Adel to sit on the sofa and calm himself down. Disappointment mixed with sadness that Rendra felt towards the Emperor. Rendra could not blame the Emperor for everything he said, but what Rendra regretted the most was that Adel had to know the truth this soon while Rendra was waiting for the right time to tell Adel, at least when Adel is ready as a whole.

"How could this have nothing to do with me?! Mom made me an excuse for Papa Rendra to marry her!!!" Adel stood up, against the words of the Emperor.
