Funeral

The emperor kept Nara asleep while she was still sitting, until she was jolted awake by the sound of an alarm from her cell phone.

The emperor massaged his temple because he felt dizzy, the young man had only slept two hours, "Ah yes I set an alarm at three in the morning. This morning I have to help with Nara's parents' funeral."

The emperor looked at Nara's face for a while before finally turning back from remembering something, the young man took the phone he had already in his pocket in a frenzy.

After trying it four times, there was no sign that Adel had raised the call from the Emperor.

"Ayeah, at this hour he must not wake up, I just send a message." The Emperor then typed something on his phone screen.

Hi, not awake yet? I'm sorry I just got to tell you, things are really messed up here. Nara lost both her parents, Nara's condition was quite severe. Today I will take care of the funeral of both Nara's parents, come to the funeral at two this afternoon. Take good care of yourself. Again I'm sorry.

The Emperor let out a long sigh after sending the message, putting the phone in his pocket, "I'm sure you can understand, Del."

At two o'clock in the afternoon, today many relatives and people covered in all-black clothes came together to watch the funeral process of both Nara's parents. On the other hand, Nara was unable to attend the funeral due to her unlikely condition. The girl did not even know about this funeral because of her unstable mentality. Nara was just waiting at home with a few people who did not come to the funeral.

"Tante and Anggara are good people ma, Kai didn't think they'd leave so soon." The emperor said to Anika who was also coming to the funeral.

"God loves them more, son, mama's worried about Nara in the future." Answer Anika.

"Sister Emperor!" From the back there were those who called out to the Emperor in a voice that was not too loud.

Adel nodded with a smile when he saw Anika was also beside the Emperor, "Tante." Sapa Adel who returned a smile from Anika.

The emperor turned his head and found Adel already behind him, "Hey just came?"

"He couldn't come because his condition wasn't possible, he was at home." Answer Emperor.

Adel only nodded slowly after getting an answer from the Emperor. Now, no one further said, all silent in silence watching the funeral of the two people who were well known by many. Some families also cried following the departure of the Anggara couple.

When the people returned home at five in the afternoon, the Emperor walked with Anika and Adel. When the three of them had just set foot in Nara's house, they were immediately surprised by Nara who ran up to the Emperor and immediately hugged the young man.

"Emperor where have you been, I've been waiting for you." Nara said with tears.

The Emperor was so shocked that he raised his hand, "Sorry for making you wait." The Emperor replied awkwardly.

Not only the Emperor, Adel who was there was also surprised, but Adel could only silently watch the scene in front of him, the girl was holding her chest as if there was a strange feeling that passed through her heart.

"What'sthis? Why does it feel so strange to see the closeness of the two of them." Adel said in his heart.

The Emperor glanced at Adel who was beside him with a sad look as if he wanted to say not to worry and think too far. The Emperor took Nara into his room and left Adel still in his place.
