Am I in love?

Kevin takes Marry to a cafe near Marry's apartment.

Kevin and Marry ordered a cup of coffee.

"How can you have a picture of me?" Kevin asked as they both sat in chairs.

Marry was silent and smiled cynically.

"It doesn't matter to you? Many other girls have photos of you, even with their hot poses in bed, you never ask." Tukas Marry sipping his coffee.

Kevin smiles.

"Why smile?" Marry asked while frowning.

"You look beautiful." Kevin looked at Marry.

Marry swallowed his saliva. His heart beat twice as fast, and Kevin's gaze seemed to strip him.

For a moment Marry was silent, they looked at each other, immersed in each other's thoughts. Marry wet his lips and tried to control himself.

"Thank you." Marry said, hurriedly turning his eyes.

Kevin was getting amused at Marry's behavior. I don't know, he's starting to feel like this woman in front of him is different from anything he's ever known before.

Marry is not as sexy as Brenda, or Mila, or Vanya, and any other girl she has ever been with. Kevin who always judge women by appearance and has had his own standards against women.

However, after meeting Alice and Marry. Kevin felt his assessment of women turned out to be wrong all along.

Marry has a beautiful face, her body is not as sexy as the woman she has ever dated. However, seeing Marry holding Alice, or when joking with Alice, Marry looks very beautiful. Her maternal aura emanated, and somehow Kevin liked it. I don't know, since when did that feeling appear, he never knew.

"So, is Alice my daughter?" Ask Kevin in the normal tone possible.

Marry who was downcast, straightened up his chin and looked at Kevin with a sharp look.

"No!" Mary answered briefly. Marry lied on purpose. She did not want to have any relationship with the man in front of her.

Kevin took a deep breath. It should have been a comforting answer for her, having no responsibility towards Alice. But Kevin was disappointed. She wished Alice was her daughter.

"Is that your lover's daughter?" Search Kevin.

Marry was silent for a moment. And he nodded, for some reason he did. And Marry was relieved, even though he was lying.

Unknowingly a thin smile fell on the corner of his lips, as he saw Kevin looking disappointed.

"So where are you going Alice?" Ask Marry.

"I'm going to take him around the tech museum in my office. And if it's allowed again, we'll spend some time playing games after that in my apartment." Kevin Sahut.

"Aren't you at Terence's opening party?"

"I'll have Joe represent. My parents have also come to attend."

"Bas on a bad cousin!" Marry muttered.

"What did you say?" Kevin asked with a face pura dislike.

"You're a bad cousin!" Mary replied while advancing her body.

"Terence is my cute little cousin. I know she used to be bullied by her friends. I was so shocked when she had Claire's lover, that beautiful one. And rich." Kevin said it as if to himself.

"And they are my friends." Marry Imbuh.

Kevin looked at her.

"You're a witness to their relationship?"

"Yes. I know them and know their closeness. I have dreams just like them." Tukas Marry's.

Mary remembers Justin. Suddenly she missed her old boyfriend. Marry still remembers that prom night. Justin waited until late at night. Marry came, but did not meet him on purpose. How could he have found Justin wearing party clothes with such a bulging stomach. He was heartbroken after that.

Marry glared, staring at the street from the cafe window.

Kevin continued to watch the woman in front of him. He knew, Mary was thinking something. In his heart he did not fully believe Marry's confession, having seen it like this.

"So, did you allow Alice to be with me this weekend?" Kevin asked, breaking Marry's daydream.

"Yes. Alright. I'll prepare all Alice's needs. And earlier, I apologized if she inconvenienced you. And I hope you can drive home in the afternoon, so Monday can go back to school." Marry Sahut.

"good. Thank ye. Alice never bothered me. He is a great game playmate! And you don't have to worry. I'll take care of her tomorrow. I promise I'll deliver in the afternoon." Kevin replied with a smile.

"What changed you? Kevin with the kids? Will there be a lot of gossip later? Why that woman? With that beautiful model?" Search Marry.

"Brenda mean?" Kevin chuckles.

"I'm bored with them. Ever since I knew Alice, I felt that my life was more colorful. More fun, and excited. He's a cheerful, smart, and hassle-free kid. Although, she is not your biological daughter, however, I feel like I have an inner bond with her. I don't know how to explain it. However, I can feel it clearly." Kevin Said.

Marry smiled at Kevin.

"We'd better get back, it's late at night. Poor thing, Alice I live alone."

Kevin and Marry are out of the cafe. Cold air blows until it pierces the skin.

Kevin took off his suit and put it on Marry.

For a moment they both fell silent in the same position. It was the first time their bodies touched each other.

Like being stung by a thousand volts of electricity, Marry's body stiffened.

In Kevin's mind, he wanted to hug and kiss Mary's lips and do even more. However, immediately pushed aside far away those mischievous thoughts.

Kevin tidied up his body, then returned to his position next to Marry.

The two of them walked next to each other, speechless.

"Have you ever had a real lover?" Marry asks arriving, and surprises Kevin.

"Oh. Hmmm...." Kevin still thinks back to his past.

"I have many close friends, and yet, I have never considered him to be my lover." Answer then.

"Then those women?" Marry asked curiously.

"They're just entertainment. And I've never felt a real fall in love." This time Kevin said something honest to Marry. In that instant he was also somewhat regretful with his confession to Marry. However, it's too late. Marry knew the secret.

And sure enough, Marry laughed out loud at Kevin's confession.

"No way!" He said in his broken laughter.

Kevin smiled, as he looked at Marry who was laughing freely at that moment. Tucked into happiness, when he saw the laughter on Marry's face.

"Am I in love with this woman?" Ask Kevin in your heart.

"You easily get close and sleep with a lot of women. Nothing can captivate your heart? Aren't you a couple of times with models and artists?" Marry asked curiously.

"I told you, we're just having fun. After that, bye! We're back with each other's lives."

Mary laughed again at Kevin. And again Kevin was happy to see Marry looking happy at the time.

"You don't have to take me inside. Thank you for dropping off, and lending me this." Marry took off Kevin's suit, and gave it to Kevin, as they arrived in front of the apartment.

Kevin accepted the service and re-worn it. Kevin nodded and looked at Marry.

"Thank you for allowing Alice to spend the day with me tomorrow. Thank you for a delicious dinner and accompanying tonight."

The two looked at each other.
