Suddenly Papa
Do You Like it?

Mrs Ruth welcomed Mrs Max with joy. They hugged, and Mrs Max gave a kiss of affection on Mrs Ruth's right and left cheeks.

"Where's my grandson?" Ask Mrs Max.

"Terence Maih in the office, Ma. Maybe the afternoon has just arrived." Mrs Ruth's.

Marry came in with Max's bag. Then bring into the guest room located near the middle room.

"Hallo, Grandma!" Claire's voice echoed as she walked in and saw Max's mistress.

Madam Max turned his head, and was momentarily stunned to look at Claire. Claire smiled, then gave a hug to Madame Max.

"Jeez, is this you Claire?" Madam Max asked fascinatedly, while holding Claire's arm.

Claire nodded with a smile.

"Where are your thick glasses and braces? You are so beautiful now! Grandma hardly recognized you anymore." Madam Max said as she shook her head.

Claire smiled broadly as she hugged Madam Max. Once again Madam Max gave a kiss to Marry's best friend.

Then Claire turned to Marry who was just standing in the corner of the room. Claire walked up to Marry and pulled her hand and stood in front of Madame Max who was frowning.

"If she is, does Grandma still remember?" Claire asked as she glanced at Marry.

"Grandmother remembered where I had met her." Madam Max muttered as one hand propped up her chin.

"He's Marry, Ana's daughter, Terence's best friend, too." Mrs Ruth approaches Mrs Max.

"Ana, who took care of me first?" Ask Mrs Max.

Madam Ruth nodded her head.

"Aw... Yes, you are indeed similar to Ana. You and your sister used to come here and accompany your mother to take care of me. I remember, you used to make good carrot cake. You said with special sugar for old people, so I can enjoy a lot." Madam Max chuckled as she looked at Marry.

Marry approached Madame Max. He knelt down, so as to align with Madame Max who was sitting on the sofa.

Madam Max held onto Marry's face and stroked gently. For a long time, Marry had never felt the gentle touch of a Grandma like that. Once, once with Nana, when she was stressed when Alice was sick and fussy. Nana stroked her face gently and calmed down.

"I am so sorry for the loss of your mother. At that time, I did not have time to visit my daughter Tracy in France."

"It's okay, Mrs Max. Now it's time to have fun with your grandkids." Marry looked at Madame Max.

"I've been here a long time, but Morgan or his wife ain't nobody here! It's true to forget his parents." Mistress Max complained while sighing. He looks disappointed.

"I've contacted Morgan and Vicky. I've also contacted Emily and Kevin. Maybe they'll come here soon." Mrs Ruth softly comforted Mrs Max.

Before long Marry's phone vibrated, a message came in.

Sorry, I took Alice to Aunt Ruth's house. If I'm not in the apartment, you can pick her up at Aunt Ruth's. Or will I drive Alice straight to your house?

Message from Kevin. And was immediately answered by Marry.

I'll pick you up at Mrs Ruth's.

Marry brought the utensil back after accompanying Madame Max to lunch.

Max tells the story of Marry, Terence, and Claire's childhood. Sometimes recalling the time when her mother took care of her painfully and patiently when Madame Max was sick, after losing her husband first.

Marry only smiled when he heard the story of Mrs Max.

While Marry is in the kitchen, Kevin arrives with Alice.

You can imagine how shocked the reaction of Mrs Ruth, Mrs Max, and Claire when she saw Kevin with Alice whose clothes were tangled and dirty, then her face bruised, temple torn.

"Whose son is with you?" Madam Max asked as she peeked at her grandson's cheek.

Kevin brought Alice closer to Madam Max.

"Secondly, Alice, this is my very chatty grandmother." Kevin looked towards Alice.

"Hi Grandma, I'm Alice." Alice said cheerfully. His eyes sparkled and his face was cheerful.

"What happened to you, son?" Madame Max asked as she gently touched Alice's bruised face.

"Good, Alice!" Marry shouted as he walked into the living room.

Marry immediately moved to Alice and hugged her daughter.

"You fighting again?" Marry asked while looking at Alice.

Alice just nodded.

"You're fighting him, huh?" Ask Marry.

Alice nodded weakly and lowered her head, afraid that her mother would scold her.

"Good! If someone is bothering you, and you are not wrong, then fight him. Mama's proud of you!" Said Marry softly while blinking one eye at Alice.

Alice, who was afraid, stared at her mother in disbelief.

"Come on, mama's treating your wounds." Marry said as she carried Alice to the toilet.

"Mrs Ruth, can I ask for a cure for a wound in the health box?" Marry asked the owner for permission.

Madam Ruth nodded.

Everyone in the room looked at Marry and Alice who had passed into the toilet.

Kevin just stared in disbelief at Marry's treatment of Alice. He subconsciously smiled as he looked at Marry's back as it passed from before him.

"Wow, that's little Marry. He never changes." Claire murmured.

"Grandmothers remember, when you were little. You came to the house, yelling for help because Marry's lips were torn from fighting against the man who bullied Terence. Then your clothes stink." Chirps Madam Max.

Mistress Ruth only sighed when she remembered little Terence first.

"You're the victim?" Ask Claire Kevin.

"The kid is very naughty. I was always disturbed by them. Marry helped me. He and Terence were best friends first." Bright Claire.

Kevin nodded.

"I used to be so ugly, Kev. No one wants to be friends, no one even wants to join me at lunch. Finally Marry and Terence would like to accompany me. Really being my friend. I used to be fat, wearing braces, wearing glasses. I don't know what was on my mom's mind at the time, dressing me up like that." Claire laughed fondly in memory of her childhood.

"Not look like it ever was?" Knock Kevin while pretending to investigate Claire's face.

Claire hit Kevin's arm in agitation.

"Certainly changed! My mother owns a salon, there's no way her son is allowed to be ugly. And my teeth are also finally good after the agonizing braces." Claire chuckles.

"What about Marry?" Ask Kevin quickly. Claire squinted her eyes, grinning at Kevin.

"I've seen your and Terence's transformation from childhood to now. Aren't you guys friends?" Kevin stuttered, looking for an excuse.

"Marry from childhood was always beautiful, she was tomboyish, and brave. He's the one who always fought the bad boy. In fact, not just me and Terence, but some other friends who were bullied, were always helped by him. But, now that she's a mother, her aura is growing more mature and more beautiful." Answer Claire.

"Are you interested in him?" Claire asked while teasing Kevin.
