Chapter 50: The Warm
Eryk didn't lie when he said everyone was asleep. The condition of the house is so quiet even when a taxi arrives there is still no one out.
Gaea chose to sit behind the driver, he was a bit surprised to see Eryk sitting next to him, he thought they were not getting along?
"Where are we, sir?" ask the driver politely.
"The Enzo Hotel is located near John F Kennedy airport in Queens" Eryk said.
"Okay sir" said the driver, then drove his car out of Eryk's house, and into the crowded street.
Gaea had never been to the Eryk family hotel before, so he was curious about what it would be like, considering it was a five-star.
Does the Eryk family's hotel ownership fall to their uncle because Eryk's father died and Eryk was too young to take care of the hotel alone?
Enzo's family hotel there are many, Gaea thinks does Eryk also manage all of them? Eryk must have been busy.
"Eryk?"
"Hm?"
"You have a lot of hotels, but I've never seen you out of town taking care of your hotel? If you don't mind of course." said Gaea.
Eryk closed his eyes, as if imagining something, "Because I only have one hotel."
"Oh." Gaea then understood so the other hotel was still under the control of uncle Eryk.
"I'm trying to take over the rest of my hotel" said Eryk coldly.
Sounds difficult like, the family hotel is already famous Enzo, he thinks Uncle Eryk will not be that easy to restore ownership rights to Eryk hotel.
"Eh?" Gaea flinched as Eryk shifted his position to sit closer to her then leaned his head against her shoulder. He lyrics Eryk who was beside him, the young man's eyes closed.
'First Rainer kept Eryk. Why am I a shoulder slipper anyway?' gaea asked in his heart.
Even so Gaea had no intention of disturbing Eryk because honestly he did not want to end this rare moment, let alone they would separate so he wanted to be close to Eryk longer. He glanced at the young man's hand, and idly placed his hand over Eryk's palm, and surprisingly Eryk clasped his hand tightly.
Gaea's heart feels above the clouds now, is it selfish of her to think Eryk has the same feeling? Sad they split up?
Whatever it was Gaea was very happy, and clasping Eryk's hand back was no less tight, looking at the hands of those who were clinging to each other with a smile on her lips during the trip to the hotel.

Gaea came out and was amazed at the view of the Eryk hotel. Outside the hotel there are many trees to look more shady not to forget some red rose trees such as the typical family Enzo was in front of the hotel.
Eryk came in first, followed by Gaea and Rainer.
Gaea was amazed again to see the conditions inside that were no less luxurious, the walls were painted light brown with yellow lights to make the room feel elegant and warm.
"Good night, Mister Eryk, welcome back" said one of the female receptionists. "Can I help you, Mister Eryk?"
"Mary, I want to ask for the key to my room that I ordered this morning" Eryk said.
The waiter named Mary nodded, looked up at the row of keys behind her, then handed it to Eryk, "Here, Mister Eryk."
Eryk gladly accepted the two keys, then handed them to Rainer and Gaea one each, "You two rooms are on the seventh floor" he said. "I'm not sleeping here, my job is done."
Gaea accepted it, looked at the golden key and then glanced at Eryk who was chatting with Mary and the other employees about work as if avoiding saying goodbye to them.
Eryk will go out of this.
They're not gonna see each other again.
Gaea still did not want to part, yet wanted to; thought, thought! He got it without a second, "Rainer, you go first, I'm gonna go to the toilet for a second."
Rainer nodded, "Well me first then be careful, Gaea" he said then walked to where the elevator was.
"Um, Eryk do you know where the toilet is?" ask Gaea.
"After this reception hall" said Eryk.
Gaea glanced at Rainer who had already entered the elevator, and when the elevator door closed, he immediately pulled Eryk's hand, dragging the young man towards the other elevator door.
