The Arrival of Aisyah

The news of the success of Zaid's son's operation that was done that night made Aisyha quite relieved. Therefore, after performing the Aisyah dawn prayer and Ainun decided to go straight back to their city by plane because Aisyah had to go back to school that morning.

Aisyah and Ainun now arrive at the residence of Kiai Rahman in the morning precisely when Kiai Rahman and Ibu Lina are having breakfast. So they immediately went to breakfast together.

"How's the kid operating, honey?" ask Lina's mother.

"Alhamdulillah smoothly, Ummi," replied Aisyah.

"Good salute to you, son. Your heart is really good, not everyone who is in your position can do the same. May God bless you, son," said Kiai Rahman.

"Aamiiin, thank you for your prayers, Abi," Aisyah replied with a smile.

"Oh yes, Ainun, what are your plans after this, son?" ask Lina's mother.

"I want to find Ummi's job, I want to teach" Ainun replied.

"Teach here, son. The cottage still lacks teachers," bargained Kiai Rahman.

"Really, Abi? I will," replied Ainun enthusiastically.

"Alright, from today you can enter your files, Abi will wait in the office" said Kiai Rahman.

"Ready, Abi," Ainun replied so excitedly.

After having breakfast together, Ainun decided to return to his home to prepare the files he would put into the pesantren. One more step, the girl's dream to become a teaching team in the pesantren will be realized.

Ayesha now goes to school to teach children to memorize the Qur'an. However, this morning the woman felt something was lacking. The little girl who always greeted him when he entered the classroom was now non-existent.

"Have you seen Khaira?" Aisyah asked her classmates, but no one knew.

"It's weird, there's no way Zaid could take her again, is she sick? If that was the case, Sofi's mother should have immediately notified her, but this does not exist. Where the hell is he?" aisha is confused.

Not wanting to make the other students wait for her confusion, Aisyah decided to start the lesson this morning until the lesson was over.

I don't know how many calls he made to contact Ibu Sofi, but until now only the voice of the operator who faithfully received the call.

"Why are they missing the news? Tumben?" monologue while riding his motorbike to go home. However, out of curiosity, Aisyah turned her motorbike towards Zafran's residence to ensure the condition of her future in-laws and children.

From outside the fence, the house looks quiet, there are only loyal guards standing guard near the fence.

"Assalamu 'alaikum, sir. I'm sorry, I'm asking you, Sofi and Khaira where are you?" ask Aisyah to the security guard.

"Wa'alaikum greetings, oh Mother and little lady this morning went to Singapore to meet Mr. Zafran and Akmal.

"What was there until Sofi and Khaira went there?" asked Aisyah again more and more curious.

"I also do not know, Mom if the problem," replied the Security Guard.

Feeling that she had not found the bright spot of her curiosity, Aisyah decided to go home first.

What business made them all go to Singapore without any news at all? while their marriage is approximately one month away and there is no preparation at all that they do include registering their marriage at the KUA office.

The Singapore

Sofi and Khaira's mother are in the hospital's hospital room where Zafran is being treated. The man's condition worsened to make him have to undergo hospitalization.

The middle-aged woman could not help but cry when she saw the pale and weak condition of her beloved son.

"Son, actually since when did you get sick? Why can't you tell me everything, son? What do you think your mother is, son?" cerocos Sofi's mother in between her cries.

"I'm sorry Zafran, Ma. Zafran just didn't want to make Mama a lot of thoughts and stress thinking about Zafran. God willing, Zafran will be fine" said Zafran in a weak voice, as he rubbed the head of Khaida who had fallen asleep beside him.

"Then how is this, son? Your marriage to Aisyah is only a month away, you haven't even taken care of anything" Sofi's mother asked.

Zafran's hand stopped rubbing Khaira's head. "Ma, please tell Aisha that if Zafran wants to annul this marriage, Zafran does not have the heart to make Aisha marry a sick man like Zafran," replied Zafran bowed lethargic.

"Don't, Honey. I'm sure Aisyah will accept you for who you are, son. She's a kind and sincere woman" Sofi's mother argued.

Really the middle-aged woman really did not want all her plans to be canceled, but on the other hand she also did not have the heart with Zafran or Aisyah.

Meanwhile, Akmal who just got the results of the kidney match examination is now walking so vigorously to the Zafran nursery.

Tok tok tok tok

"Assalamu 'alaikum, Bang. Thank God I finally found a suitable kidney donor for you," he said as he approached Zafran and Sofi's mother.

"Alhamdulillah," said Sofi's mother grateful and happy.

Unlike Zafran who actually displays a flat face while staring at his cousin's sister.

"Bang, congratulations well, soon you will be healthy again," said Akmal immediately greeted Zaftan's hand. But for some reason, the man just looks unhappy, making the smile on Akmal's face dim.

"What's up, Bang?" tanya Akmal who was a little surprised with the response shown Zafran. Very different from his expectations.

"Who is the one who donated his kidney?" asked Zafran while looking straight ahead.

"He .., he asked me not to tell him his identity, Bang," Akmal replied.

"Oh so, then say my thanks to him" he said flatly.

Day after day, after the doctor announced that the surgery would be done one more month, Zafran was more and more pessimistic to be able to marry Aisyah, even the man became dreamy, so much he thinks about right now.

As at this time, after carrying out his routine blood washing, Zafran was again pensive on his bed. Sofi's mother who saw him was sometimes confused by his son.

"What's wrong with you, son? Mama noticed it looks like you're thinking a lot" Sofi's mother said.

"Ah, it's okay, Ma. Zafran was just a little dizzy after washing the blood earlier. Oh yeah, where's Khaira?" ask Zafran.

"So he was walking to the park with Akmal" Sofi's mother replied. "Tell my mom, honey, at least that way you feel like a useful mom" she continued.

"Ma, why bi...." Zafran's speech was cut off when he heard the knocking sound of the door from outside and in the next second the door opened.

Zafran's eyes instantly bulged when he saw who the money came from this time. "A-Aisyah," he said when he saw the figure of his future wife coming, he said, he was more surprised to realize that Aisha did not come alone but with her father and mother and a woman he had never seen before.
