Guilt makes me lose my way. I don't even know if I should be happy, sad or even angry to accept this sudden marriage.
I admit, there's love in this heart for him, but I don't know if this love will ever return or just clap one hand.
I fear that the wounds of the past will again hurt me later because of the marriage relationship that is still in the shadow of the man who was once her future husband.

It was a warm, sunny morning, bringing back the lost light that night. Akmal looked pensively alone at the hospital garden. His gaze was straight forward as if he was staring at his future.
"Son," said Shalwa's mother immediately sat beside her son.
"What's wrong? What makes you look so early in the morning?" ask Shalwa's mother.
I heard a rough breath from the man. It was clear that his forehead was shrinking, a sign that something was troubling his mind.
"Tell me to your godmother, son. Mama doesn't promise to give you a solution, but at least by telling me the burden on your mind can be a little less."
Akmal turned towards the mother who was looking at him. "Ma, can Akmal lie on Mama's lap?" ogre.
Shalwa's mother smiled sincerely towards the son. "Of course, son. Come here." Come here." The middle-aged woman patted her two thighs softly allowing the son to lay his head there.
For a moment Akmal closed his eyes feeling the comfort and warmth that never changed from the affection of his mother. He is an adult, but he cannot deny that after all, Mother is the most comfortable place to return when longing and problems come.
The already tight hand gently rubbed Akmal's hair, letting the son feel calm even for a moment.
"Ma, is Akmal's decision to marry Aisyah right?" A question finally came out of the man's mouth after a few minutes of silence.
"Why are you asking me that, son? Zafran asked you himself, right? It means he's sincere. Then what's wrong?"
Again the man exhaled his breath. "Somehow Akmal always felt guilty about Bang Zafran, Ma."
"Why is that?"
"Because Akmal married the woman whom Bang Zafran loved, Ma," Akmal replied lethargicly.
"Son, love does not necessarily become the reason for the union of two people. Do you know that God arranged the soul mate?" mother Shalwa asked, feeling Akmal nod his head slowly.
"This marriage of yours is proof that God will bring the betrothed closer and keep the unmatched away. Although Zafran had proposed to Aisha, if Allah had destined Aisha to be your soul mate, then nothing would have been impossible, Son, and it happened yesterday" explained Ms. Shalwa.
Again a breath was heard from the man.
"Son, even if your marriage is sudden, keep going well, remember your obligations as a husband, do not be a negligent husband. Try to love Aisyah, because mama sure, Aisyah is a sholehah woman who knows how to put herself even in a desperate or sudden situation, of course she will learn to love you as her husband," the middle-aged woman advised her son.
"Yes, Ma," Akmal's great-grandson.
"Originally Mama knew, Akmal had fallen in love with Aisyah long before Zafran proposed to her," Akmal said of course only in his heart.
⚓⚓⚓
Not to mention that his mind was currently in a state of turmoil because of his sudden marriage with Akmal, plus Akmal's cold attitude towards him. Somehow the fate of his marriage was ahead, he did not even dare to contact the man. Never mind calling, his cell phone number he doesn't have.
The veiled woman felt a little funny, first when someone would propose to her, she would ask a question first. However, what is this? The man who married her yesterday never heard that question. He did not even know whether the man knew of his flaws or not.
"I leave everything to You, O God, may my marriage this time be my last marriage and bring happiness, to me and to everyone" she said.
Aisyah now walks into the house, of course with a greeting first.
"Ummi, call Khaira who immediately ran over hugging Aisyah's waist as the woman arrived at the living room.
"Where's your test, honey?" asked Lina's mother who had accompanied Khaira to play in the family room.
"Alhamdulillah, smoothly Ummi," replied Aisyah. "Haira's been eating?" ask her to the little girl who still hugged her waist tightly.
"Then, Ummi."
"Sholat?"
"It was the same with Grandma."
"Ih, what a pinter is Khaira," he praised as he gently stroked the little girl's hair.
"Ummi, Temenin Khaira napping dong, Khaira sleepy nih," whining girl iu so spoiled.
"Alright, let's go to ummi's room," Aisyah asked. They also now walk barsama into Aisyah's room which is so clean and neat.
Aisyah laid Khaira's body on the bed and gently rubbed her hair.
"Ummi, why has Papa been on his medication for so long? When is Papa cured and able to come back here?" khaira asked as she looked at Aisyah who was sitting right beside her.
"Darling, Papa is now being tested by God. God wants to know how much patience Papa in dealing with this disease. We pray Papa well so that Papa can recover quickly," replied Aisyah.
"O Allah, heal Papa quickly, so that Ummi can soon become Mama Khaira" said the little girl as she raised her hand.
Aisha gulped her saliva roughly hearing Khaira's last prayer. Even his tongue was now confused as to how to respond to the little girl's prayer. There is no way he said 'aamiiin' while he was married to Akmal, Om of Khaira.
"Kok Ummi not amenkan?" Apparently the little girl had been waiting for the 'aamiiin' from Aisyah.
"E-eh, yes aamiiin" he said. "For Mr. Zafran's recovery" he continued in his heart.
"Khaira can't wait to call Ummi Mama," said the girl so excited and closed her eyes with a smile that still adorned her face.
Aisyah again fell silent while looking at the face of the little girl who was now breathing began to sound irregular, a sign that she had fallen asleep in her sleep.
"I'm sorry ummi, honey. Ummi is just an ordinary human being who can do nothing to fulfill your wishes. Ummi used to think that maybe God did make ummi your mama, but qadarullah, the allegation was immediately refuted when the one who uttered the qabul ijab in front of Abi yesterday was Om you and not Papa you."
