Aisyah walked down the hallway of the hotel with Ainun, until she stopped right in front of the room door where Ainun was standing.
"This is your room key." Ainun handed over another key card to Aisyah.
"Well, aren't we in the room like we used to?" aisha asked a little astonished.
"Yes, but that was before you got married, now you have a husband, later if he wants to do it you will be safe, safe for singles like me," seloroh Ainun was accompanied by a small laugh behind him which instantly brought out a red tinge on the face of the veiled woman.
Husband? Aisyah almost forgot that she already had a husband because she never once communicated with the man she should have called the husband.
"Have it done, you'd better get in your room to rest first, we'll be in the hospital in 30 minutes." Without warning, Ainun pushed Aisyah towards the room that was right next to her room, not forgetting that she opened the door for Aisyah.
On the other hand, Akmal seemed to be getting ready to fly to Indonesia tonight. Because tomorrow morning, he has a meeting with his business partner that requires him to meet directly and cannot be represented.
"Ma, Akmal is leaving first. Please tell Akmal the development of Bang Zafran, well," said the man while kissing the hand of Ms. Shalwa and then continued into the hands of Sofi's hand.
"Tante, Akmal left first, God willing after tomorrow's meeting Akmal will come straight back here" he said and immediately got a nod from Sofi's mother.
"Akmal, do you know where to stay?" shalwa's mother asked him to give an ultimatum indirectly, because all this time he felt that his son and daughter-in-law were still awkward with each other.
"Aisha's house, right?" the man replied slowly so as not to be heard by Zafran who was telling a story with Aira.
"Good," said the middle-aged woman briefly.
After saying goodbye to Ms. Shalwa, Ms. Sofi, Zafran, and Aira, Akmal immediately left the hospital for the airport.
Shortly after, Aisyah and Ainun arrived at the hospital. They only come together, while Khaira lives with Ibu Lina and Kiai Rahman, as their own advice objected if a child like Khaira was brought here and there cross country.
"Assalamu 'alaikum, '" said Aisyah entered the room followed by Ainun behind her.
"Wa'alaikum salam" replied everyone there.
"Aisyah, Ainun," Sofi's mother and Shalwa's mother immediately stood up as the two women approached and kissed the backs of their hands in turn.
"Who? Did you meet Akmal?" shalwa's mother asked Aisyah.
The veiled woman frowned while shaking her head. "No, Ma" he answered.
"Gosh," said Shalwa's mother immediately pulled Aisyah's hand to speak together. "Have you never communicated? Akmal had just left the hospital to go to Indonesia," he continued with a frown that shrank deeply.
A surprised expression was clearly visible in Aisyah's eyes, but she did not know what to say at this time, her tongue even felt faint to just answer the question from her in-laws.
"Honestly, mom, son," asked Shalwa.
"Ma-sorry, Ma. Aisyah was afraid to contact Akmal, it seemed like she did not like this marriage," Aisyah's great-grandson as she bowed.
Shalwa's mother let out a rough breath while shaking her head.
"Son, you know you married suddenly without careful preparation, but if you are like this, and Akmal did the same, when you can be close, when you can be close, even a familiar word would be impossible for you." Shalwa's mother paused her words for a moment when she saw her daughter-in-law bowed in fearlessly raising her face.
"Y-yes, Ma. Insha Allah Aisha will try to be a good wife to Akmal. Please pray, Ma," said Aisyah.
"Surely, son," replied Shalwa's mother.
Shortly after, Aira approached her mother and sister-in-law.
"Sorry, Ma, Akmal why did you go back to Indonesia?" ask Aisha carefully.
"Want to meet your sister, dong. But it seems like fate hasn't allowed you to meet yet" Aira replied to Aisyah's question.
"Huss, you are!" Shalwa's mother admonished her bug princess so as not to carelessly talk.
"Akmal will be meeting tomorrow with his business partner. Mama told him to sleep in your house, but you're here."
"Let's go, Ma. Let me know the taste of Kak Akmal, who told me not to contact Kak Aisyah first," said Aira who immediately got another reprimand from Ms. Shalwa.
Meanwhile Ainun immediately invited Sofi's mother to talk about the purpose of their arrival.
"Mom, sorry in advance, has Mr. Zafran found a kidney donor?" ask Ainun. She and Ms. Sofi were sitting next to Zafran's bed who had been asleep for a few minutes before they arrived.
Sofi's mother seemed to be letting out a lethargic breath. "No, Son. We're still trying to find him."
"Look, Mom. I had a friend in Cairo who was a doctor. Incidentally there is a patient who suffered brain death for more than 5 years. By both parents, they have let go, and they are willing to make him an organ donor, they want his child to be able to benefit others until the end of his life, as when he was alive," Ainun explained.
"really? but does his kidney fit?"
"Just calm down, Mom. They have done the previous examination in collaboration with the doctor here, and thank God the results are suitable. Even the patient had come here with my friend" Ainun explained.
Unexpectedly, Sofi's mother immediately bowed in gratitude, then got up and hugged Ainun.
"Thank you, son. Thank God, God has answered Zafran's mother's prayer and patience" said Ibu Sofi still in the same position with a trembling voice.

Elsewhere, Akmal had just arrived at the airport. He was still so confused as to where he should go on this late night. Amidst his confusion, the notification of the incoming message on his phone reads.
Aisha
Assalamu 'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
This is Aisyah, now that I am in Singapore with Ainun, sorry for not asking you for permission, I thought you were here, but it turns out that your mother was in Indonesia. Overnight at home, usually Abi has not slept at this hour, Khaira must miss you too. My room is on the second floor. Happy resting.
Akmal pulled both ends of his lips when he saw the message from the number he had been keeping but dared not contact him. There was a sense of happiness and relief to get the message, although later he did not find Aisyah in his house, at least he knew the whereabouts of his wife if only the in-laws asked him.
True, Aisyah was indeed a sholehah woman who knew how to position herself despite being in a place she had never imagined before.
