Negative Test, Pregnant?

It is not always night, for there is a morning ready to illuminate with a million warmth.

So is life that is not always dark, because there is a happy who always waits at the end of the road.

It takes patience indeed in passing, but rest assured that patience will always bear sweet fruit, it is a promise of God.

A year has now passed since Akmal's arrival. As promised at that time, he lived and built a business with his wife. At first he was confused what business to start, but on the advice of Aisyah, Mama, his two-in-law and Zafran, finally his choice fell on the restaurant business.

The business that Akmal once said was not easy, now feels so easy after getting guidance from Zafran and Ibu Shalwa who are very good at cooking, and who are very good at cooking, plus Aira who incidentally studied in the department of culinary arts finally has a container to channel her abilities freely, no longer in the bridle as the restaurant where she worked before.

Today, exactly 10 months since the restaurant was officially opened, and the turnover is not kidding, especially every Friday Akmal and Aisyah agreed to free food as a way of alms, make their sustenance more smooth and blessed.

However, despite having a restaurant business, Aisyah still teaches at Tahfizh Qur'an school as usual. Like this morning, Aisyah was getting ready to go to teach. However, for some reason when he came out of the bathroom his face looked sad.

"What's wrong with you, honey?" akmal asked as he approached Aisyah who was bowed uninspired.

"I'm not pregnant yet, Mas" he replied softly while showing a test.

Akmal now did not answer, he only held his wife while stroking her head.

"Darling, you don't get too sad like this, you drop. Maybe God wants to see our efforts and patience again. The important thing is that we have effort, we have drunk the potion, we have effort every night, too" Akmal said, accompanied by a soft laugh at the end of his sentence.

"Importantly we are still healthy, still able to breathe, still able to share the benefits to others, it is the greatest gift that God has given, so do not let because of one thing that God has not given, he said, we're going down." Akmal stopped his words for a moment then took off his embrace and looked at Aisyah's face.

"Listen to me, even if we don't have children yet, I will stay with you and not share love, because I only love you, hmm? Smile, Honey. Your smile is my spirit" said Akmal, making Aisyah smile and re-hugging her husband.

"Thank you, Mum. Thank you for accepting all my shortcomings," he said slowly.

After having breakfast with Akmal, Shalwa's mother, and Aira, Aisyah left for school by motorbike, he still chose to go alone with his motorbike because he felt faster until without worrying about traffic jams. Akmal, Shalwa's mother, and Aira will leave for the restaurant at 8.

"Akmal, is Aisyah pregnant?" shalwa's mother asked as she stared at Aisyah's departure.

"No, Ma. Aisyah had a test but the result was negative" Akmal replied.

"It's weird, even though my mother saw the shape of Aisyah's body and the way she walked like a pregnant person," said Ms. Shalwa.

"What the hell, Ma?"

"Yes, Mama's serious."

Akmal momentarily fell silent, in his heart he hoped that what Mother said was true. However, the man immediately shook his head slowly, he did not want to hope first, it is better if he was fully engaged in God's provisions.

Lunch time has arrived, which means the restaurant will be more crowded by people who want to eat lunch. No exception Zafran who often came just to have lunch with his small family after picking up Khaira who had entered Primary School.

Along with that, Aisyah arrived after returning home from school. He passed Zafran who was carrying Umar, and Ainun who was holding Khaira's hand.

"Assalamu 'alaikum Khaira and Umar, Ummi's nephew came again" said Aisyah greeting so kindly.

"Eh, isn't her mom called?" chirps Ainun.

"No ah, males," joked Aisyah, making the mother-of-two snort. "Kanda, Mommy. Come on in" he let them in.

"Eh, yes, are you pregnant?" ainun asked as she looked at Aisyah who was walking in front of him, making the woman instantly turn towards him while shaking her head.

"You guys sit here, I'll order special food for you guys" Aisyah said, not wanting to discuss the issue of pregnancy. To him, discussing it would only bring his mood down.

Aisyah went straight to the back after dropping Ainun and her family off in their seats as usual, walking into the kitchen looking for her sister-in-law.

"Aira," called Aisyah when she saw her sister-in-law preparing the ingredients that the chef would cook there.

"Yes, Brother?" ask the girl.

"Please order a special menu for Zafran and his family well, my head is dizzy, I'm going upstairs for a break."

"Ready, Brother. Let me cook it straight away to make it more special," said Aira as she pointed at him.

"All right, thank you, Dad, Deck." Said Aisyah and left immediately.

"Assalamu 'alaikum, Mas" said Aisyah as she opened the door to Akmal's room.

"Wa'alaikum greetings, come in, dear." Akmal immediately stood up to Aisyah who looked tired.

"You rest here firstwell, I'll finish my work first after that I'll drive you home." Akmal brought Aisyah to rest on the sofa in the room. Not long after, Akmal had finished his work. He approached Aisha to wake her up.

"Darling, I'm done, let's go home."

"Hmm, yes, my mother." Aisha slowly rose from her sleep and was about to stand up. However, not yet standing perfectly, Aisyah's body immediately collapsed unconscious in Akmal's embrace.

"Astaghfirullah, honey? You why?" Akmal who was so surprised immediately carried Aisyah's body in bridal style and then immediately came out of his room.

"Akmal, Ayesha why?" asked Shalwa's mother who saw the son holding his daughter-in-law while walking quickly to the back exit.

"Aisha fainted, Ma. Akmal will take her to the hospital" Akmal replied in a slightly raised voice due to her distance from the mother.

"Mama's coming." The middle-aged woman immediately ran after her son and got into the car and held Aisyah's head.

It did not take long, the car driven by Akmal had now arrived at the hospital, and Aisyah immediately received treatment from a doctor.

Moments later, the doctor came out of the room. Akmal and Shalwa's mother rushed to him.

"Doctor, how's my wife doing?" ask Akmal.

"Alhamdulillah, the Father's Wife is fine, she is just exhausted, a common thing to happen to pregnant women," replied the doctor.

"What's pregnant?" Akmal's eyes immediately felt hot, and slowly began to feel blurred by tears when he heard the news of Aisyah's pregnancy.
