It's been a while since doctors examined Zafran's condition in his nursery. Everyone who has been waiting since began to feel worried about the state of Zafran which was the cause of the long time doctors examined.
"Why was the doctor so long inside?" ask Sofi's mother to start worrying.
"Patience, Ma'am. Maybe many are examined by doctors, so it's a long time," said Shalwa, mother of Akmal.
Sofi's mother took a deep breath and then exhaled slowly. "Hopefully," he said trying to be patient and think positively.
"Sister, which candidate is Abang Zafran anyway? That one or that one?" aira whispered as she raised her chin towards Aisyah and Ainun, coincidentally their current distance was a bit far away.
"Which do you think, Deck?" Instead of answering his sister's question, Akmal asked back.
"Hmm, if I'm the one with the brown hood," Aira replied as she looked at Ainun.
"Kok you said that?" Akmal furrowed his brows while looking at the younger brother.
"Yes because it is beautiful, heheh," replied Aira. "Eh, but the one wearing the veil must be beautiful too, visible from her eyes, but ...." Aira hung up her words while looking at Akmal and Aisyah alternately.
"But what?" Akmal was curious about his sister.
"But, he fits the same big brother anyway," continued Aira, making Akmal immediately turn his face to cover his face which was originally white now looks flushed.
For a moment he was silent, but immediately he shook his head quickly when he realized his mistake. "Astaghfirullah, this is not true" he said.
"What brother?" asked Aira who accidentally heard her brother say but not so clearly heard by his ears.
"You're wrong, Ai. Bang Zafran's candidate is wearing a veil." Akmal immediately straightened out the words of his sister, making the girl immediately look back at Aisyah.
"Oh, I was wrong, which means I don't have the talent to be a fortune teller," he said, causing Akmal to immediately pull the girl's nose beside him in a fit of anxiety.
"Basil kiddo, learn well there to quickly become a scholar, a brother to work so that you go to college well, not to learn to be a fortune teller of love," said the man.
"Yes yes, what the hell, just kidding can't," the girl grumbled as she waved her lips, making Akmal even more anxious to see her beloved sister's behavior.
Shortly after, the sound of Zafran's room door rang, and the doctor came out from inside. Akmal and Sofi's mother immediately approached her with a burning curiosity.
"How's the test going, Doc?" ask Akmal.
The doctor did not immediately answer, he looked confused, even to the point of frowning.
"Sir Akmal, can we talk to you for a second?" ask the doctor.
"Oh yes, Doc," Akmal replied.
"Doctors can I know what you're talking about?" ask Sofi's mother curious.
The doctor momentarily glanced at Akmal to ask for his approval.
"Come aunty," Akmal asked. They went to the doctor's office to speak privately.
"What's up, Doc?" akmal asked as he sat with Sofi's mother in the doctor's room.
"Look, Mr. Zafran already knew that the father would donate his kidney," said the doctor.
"What?" I cried Sofi was so surprised. "Your alarm ...." Sofi's mother looked at Akmal with teary eyes.
"It's okay aunt, human kidneys will be two, if donated one is not a problem," Akmal replied casually while wiping the back of Mother Sofi.
"Then how do you respond, Doc?" akmal asked the doctor.
"What?" pekik Akmal and Sofi's mother who returned were shocked.
"I'm sorry, sir, Mom, I tried to persuade Mr. Zafran, but he still did not want to get a kidney donor from his family" explained the doctor.
Akmal and Sofi's mother took a rough breath and looked at each other.

Akmal and Ibu Sofi now walk together without a word, it feels to step alone is very heavy at this time. However, however, they still had to speak to Zafran to hear the reason, even though they already knew what the man was going to say.
Now they arrived at Zafran's room where everyone was waiting inside.
"Sister, Brother Zafran is looking for you," said Aira immediately approached Akmal when he saw the older brother arrive with Mother Sofi.
Akmal stepped slowly closer to Zafran with a sad look, his chest actually feeling tight at the moment. It felt like he wanted to scold the man, how could Zafran not want to be helped by him, would he let his body hurt like that?
"Accl ..."
"Why refuse?" akmal asked flatly before Zafran continued his words.
The man was even trying hard to resist the turmoil in his heart that made his eyes now feel hot.
"Sorry, ak...," Zafran said again interrupted.
"Have you felt so good that you didn't need my help?"
One tear escaped to her cheek. The room that contained many people was now quiet. Akmal no longer cared about those who saw him crying, let them take him as a crybaby, whose heart was clearly now beset by a great sense of tightness.
"I just don't want you to sacrifice any more for me, Mal," Zafran said quickly before his cousin's sister cut him back.
"Victimized?" Akmal laughed bitterly, he momentarily bowed down to wipe his tears and looked back at the man who was lying before him at this moment.
"I have never sacrificed because I never made myself a victim of being forced to do so or out of pity, I did it because I truly loved you as my brother, and what I have, as long as I can share, I will share with you, Bang," he explained at length with emphasis.
Akmal threw his face to the ceiling of the room to hold back the tears that again wanted to spill themselves. His hunting breath was holding back the emotions that were growing in his chest.
Likewise with Zafran who is now silent with eyes that begin to dew after hearing the words of Akmal. How much is the affection of his cousin's sister that he was willing to share even though it could hurt him later on?
"Akmal, listen to me" Zafran said, making Akmal turn back to him after he took a deep breath and threw it away slowly.
"Thank you for everything, I'm so happy to have a sister like you, you know? I also love you as my sister, that's why listen to my request" Zafran continued, wiping his eyes quickly before his tears spilled.
"What's that?" ask Akmal.
Zafran did not answer. He turned his head towards Aisyah who was now looking at him with a sad look, even her veil was wet, a sign that she had just cried.
"Aisha, please come closer for a while," Zafran pinta quivered.
The woman in question immediately obeyed Zafran's request, now it was clear that the woman's beautiful eyes were not as white as usual, her eyes looked slightly red at this time with traces of tears still imprinted in her eyes.
Zafran slowly took a deep breath while closing his eyes, then threw them away slowly.
"Aisha, forgive me for being so weak, forgive my cowardice, you may hate me after this, but you should know, I'm doing this because I love you and I want you to be happy," said Zafran with a trembling voice, making everyone in the room feel confused, not least Aisyah and Akmal who now knit their eyebrows.
"Aisha, this very second, I canceled my sermon, you are now free to choose with whom you will marry. If yesterday I treated you in a good way, then now I release you in a good way."
