The Aisyah Love Pier

The Aisyah Love Pier
If It Is a Mate

After finishing lunch together, Mr. Andreas decided to go straight home. Other than there was nothing else he needed to talk about, the middle-aged man felt uneasy after getting a poignant answer from Akmal earlier.

“Sorry sir, I ask permission for a moment, I want to talk to Mr. Akmal," Via told Mr. Andreas as they wanted to get out of the VIP room.

For a moment Mr. Andreas looked at Akmal and nodded his head at Via. "Alright, I will wait for you in the car" said Mr. Andreas then immediately out of the room.

Fadil who understands the situation finally parted out first because he wanted to give privacy to his boss.

“Akmal,” call Via in slow voice.

"I don't think we have any business to talk about" Akmal said flatly as he stepped out of the room.

"Wait, Akmal." Via quickly blocked Akmal's hand and the man's reflexes instantly jerked his hand until Via's hand slipped from his.

“Akmal, give me a chance to talk!” said Via slightly raising his voice.

“Nothing to talk about,” reject Akmal again.

“I admit first I did wish you a favor with Mr. Andreas, I'm sorry for that. But you should know, the reason I did that yesterday was because of the compulsion of Akmal, my sister was sentenced to a rare disease, and at that time I needed a lot of money for her treatment, I can't possibly ask you because you also have to pay for your mother and sister" Via said with a trembling voice and tears that began to gather in his eyes.

Akmal paused for a moment to digest what the woman before him had just said.

Akmal let out a rough breath. "So you also said that I work as a fisherman? I can't believe that you're putting me down in front of Mr. Andreas just to draw his sympathy" Akmal said.

“I'm sorry, I was really forced to do it,” Via started crying in front of Akmal.

“Whatever, whatever the reason at that time, I have no business with you at this time,” Akmal said then stepped out of the room again.

“Akmal, give me a chance to come back to you, please, I still love you,” cried Via coming out of the room, making all the restaurant visitors turn their heads towards them.

Akmal slightly laughed wryly and then resumed his steps to leave Via without looking back. Makes the woman cry. He did not care if he was now a spectacle of everyone in the restaurant.

Along the way home, Akmal was more silent, it was clear the man's mood was not good. While Fadil who had been driving since then could only pay attention to the boss sitting next to him using his tail.

To be honest he was curious about his boss's job before entering the company, is it true that he is a fisherman?

“Are you also curious about my work before getting into the company?” akmal asked as if he knew the curiosity that was perching in Fadil's mind at this time.

“Sorry, Sir,” he said is not good.

Akmal smiled for a moment then let out a rough breath. “I did not have a basic in the business world, I used to study at a cruise high school, and I worked as a helmsman on a tugboat, ships that transport coal from certain areas are then moved in bulk carier after someone buys it" explained Akmal.

While Fadil is still focused on driving while listening to his boss's story.

"Well, the income is of course different from being a CEO in the company but I am grateful because with that I can send my sister and meet the daily needs of my Mother and Sister every month,” Akmal explained.

“I am not a fisherman, but I really do not like people who demean others just because of their work," Akmal explained, making Fadil immediately nod his head in understanding.

In Singapore, Zafran was watching TV with his mother. The man looked so relaxed as if he had no burden whatsoever on his mind.

"Son, Mama is curious about your heart right now" Sofi's mother opened a conversation between them.

"What are you curious about?" zafran asked with a smile on his face.

"Is your heart okay after releasing Ayesha?" ask Sofi's mother.

"Of course, even Zafran was relieved to be able to unite Aisyah with a man who sincerely loved her without taking issue with her status and flaws," Zafran replied so calmly.

"Then what are you, son?"

"Ma, the soul mate will not go anywhere, after this incident, Zafran increasingly convinced that Aisyah is not Zafran's soul mate. The proof, Zafran struggle to get the word 'iya' from Aisyah takes a long time, not to mention the pain that yesterday made Zafran feel increasingly distant from Aisyah. Very different from Akmal who did not take long to just get the word 'iya' from Aisyah." Akmal stopped his words for a moment.

"If God had destined Zafran to meet a soul mate in this world, God willing would have met, regarding when and where, we leave everything to God" Zafran continued.

"Your heart is too airy, son. My mother learned a lot from you. Hopefully your soul mate will not be much different from Ayesha, even better than Ayesha."

"Aamiiin, thank you Ma for not opposing Zafran's decision to release Aisyah at that time."

"Yes, son, my mother understood your situation at that time" said Sofi's mother. "Oh yeah by the way, aren't you interested in Ainun? Mama saw that he was very good, your kidney donor was the one who realized, even though we were nobody," continued Ibu Sofi as she smiled herself imagining the beautiful and shady girl's face.

"Hahaha, Mama can, if he is Zafran's soul mate, surely we will unite, and if not for sure we will be further away," Zafran said in between his laughter.

The day is getting late, the blue sky is now changed into orange which is quite beautiful and soothing when viewed. The breeze that afternoon was blowing so gently made the veil of a woman who was sitting in the swing in front of her house appear to be waving slowly.

"Ummiii," Khaira called to Aisyah who seemed to be sitting enjoying the atmosphere that afternoon.

"Yes, dear, here sit beside Ummi," Aisyah asked as she pulled Khaira's hand to sit together on the swing.

"Ummi, Papa and Oma Kok have not come home yet, Khaira kangen very much," Khaira fought with his shoulder face.

"Well, dear, God willing, soon Papa and Oma come home, the important thing is that Khaira always prays after praying for Papa's healing," aisyah said while embracing Khaira's little shoulder and was answered with a nod by the little girl.

Aisyah momentarily fell silent, she then remembered something.

"Oh yeah, honey, Ummi wants to say something to you."
