A huge explosion rang out all the way to where Heiliao and Huo Bing were fighting. The explosion managed to stop their fight and forced everyone to look at the direction the sound of the explosion was coming from.

Behind Heiliao's dull, dirty face, a smile faintly appeared on his face. Huo Bing as well. Even though he looked almost translucent, his face still gave a bright smile.

The boy succeeded, he thought.

However, Heiliao did not move from his place. He did not catch up with Huo Bing nor the snakes. He stared at the sky for a few moments. Then his jaw opened letting out a fierce sharp roar.

Simultaneously when that roar sounded, a huge black hole appeared in the air. Heiliao roared for a while before stopping. But even if it had stopped, the snakes still felt Heiliao's voice in their heads.

Many fearful gazes were directed at the black wolf. While the one being stared at was just silent with a satisfied smile hanging on his face.

Shortly after the roar sounded, a figure emerged from the black hole. A wolf. But it's not finished, not even close.

After the first wolf, the other wolves started to come out one by one from the black hole in the sky. They landed swiftly then looked at their messy surroundings, and finally found the black wolf who was standing on top of a pile of snake corpses.

"Kill all the snakes."

That was all that came out of the black wolf's mouth. But the newly arrived wolves immediately carried out their orders without asking. They killed all the snakes in their sight. Then, after there was nothing left, they immediately dispersed and looked for the snake to carry out the orders of their leader.

After the wolves split up, only Heiliao himself remained in that place. But the black hole in the sky was still open without showing any sign of closing.

Then, a claw stepped through the hole, and slowly appeared a wolf figure that gave off an authoritative aura.

"Lang Shan's."

The wolf called Lang Shan approached Heiliao and only stopped when the distance between them remained a few steps away. The wolf bent one of its front legs and lowered its head.

Lang Shan, one of the wolves who was most loyal to Heiliao. When the master of that space disappeared even then, only Lang Shan and a few wolves did not doubt him. They returned after killing all the snakes except the leader. But they were quite surprised to find their leader lying on the ground with wounds all over his body. They looked at each other and finally the decision was left to the most senior Lang Shan among them.

Lang Shan decided to bring Heiliao and Xika back to the land of the wolves. As he walked to lift Xika up, the ground under his feet trembled.

The wolf immediately retreated and how confused he was when he saw that out of the ground under his feet was a human. The human initially did not notice Lang Shan and stepped out after being convinced there was no movement anymore.

After that, other humans started to come out of the hole. If counted, the total can reach one village. Why are these people hiding in the ground? Lang Shan was confused.

Then, one of the residents saw Lang Shan, and the other residents finally realized the existence of the wolves that did not make a sound.

Lang Shan turned around and looked at the other wolf. It's just as confusing as them. Why these humans?

As the citizens got closer to Lang Shan, several small figures ran out. They looked at Lang Shan and the wolves curiously.

One of them whispered, "Like Heiliao's brother." The others agreed.

"I know this kid." said Lang Shu, who did not mention Heiliao. He did not dare to mention Heiliao name carelessly without any respect, so he chose to mention Xika.

"You know Xing ge?" asked a little girl with round eyes at Lang Shan.

With some hesitation Lang Shan nodded, then he saw the little girl jump in excitement.

"Fan Mu, don't come near!"
