A great strong wind hit everything. But it seemed that the wind had no intention of hurting Xika and the others. The wind blew away the chains and the ground that shackled Xika's hands and feet until it shattered into pieces. Not only that, the knives that came from the Green Viper girls were also knocked down.

Xika also did not feel any hostility in that wind. He frowned and put on an alert attitude, despite not moving. So was Xingli and Shu Mang. They knew the wind was bothering their enemies.

Then the strong wind gathered in one place and manifested into someone Xika knew.

"Older Fen?" The frown on Xika's forehead deepened.

"Hahahaha....why are you so surprised son?" elder Fen said as if what Xika said was funny.

Xika simply looked at Elder Fen in silence. Elder Fen stared back at him for a while, then turned his eyes and gave a sharp look at the Green Viper girls, the man blocking Shu Mang, and the girl blocking Xingli.

One by one those whom Elder Fen stared at left with a tangled face disliked but had no other choice.

"Hey, Son! I just saved you, there's no need to be so vigilant."

Xika did not know what to do for a while, then nodded and thanked him.

"Ah, yes. Thank you for the help. Excuse me first."

"Hey, hey! I just saved you, you know!"

"I've been thanking you. What more do you want?" xika said with a frown that shriveled back.

"Come here. Just hang with me for a second." Elder Fen embraced Xika's shoulder, paying no heed to Xika's distracted gaze, then took her walking away from the others.

They walked towards a deserted alley until there was no one at all. Elder Fen looked around before making sure no one was listening.

"Son, did you know you were just in trouble?"

"Eitherway. I've been in a lot of trouble. Which one are you talking about?"

"Before you beat four children with fire elements, right?"

"They? I was just helping my friend. The rest he's done."

Elder Fen looked as if he briefly remembered who Xika was talking about. "He, yeah.......If I'm not mistaken, your friend is from the Divine Array Clan, right?"

Xika nodded in confirming.

"The four children that your friend had beaten up were previously from the Burning Abyss Sect."

"So you mean, the higher-ups of the Burning Abyss Sect are angry that their members lost. This time it was Xika's turn to be surprised. He did not at all think that Elder Fen would think about it until such time. After all he had only met Elder Fen a few times, why would he be willing to do this for Xika? After a moment of silence, Xika smiled.

"Older, I thank you for your goodwill. But the Head of the Academy won't hand me over" Xika said giving a confident smile.

"How can you be sure?" Elder Fen turned around a few times, waiting for the guards to catch Xika.

"Because I am the only hope of the Head of the Academy." His confident smile still hung on Xika's face.

"Well. I think I'm overreacting. I'd better go now."

"Older Fen, thank you." Xika smiled sincerely this time. Now he knew that Elder Fen was a person worthy of trust. Her relaxed attitude made her more trustworthy than Jing Wei who always gave a smile but always hid something.

"God." Elder Fen also gave his smile. "Ah, yes. One over. I hope you don't hold much grudge against Elder Lan, and Lu Bei too of course."

He considered Lu Bei as his own son. Lu Bei who did not have any parents even considered Elder Lan as his own mother. The relationship went well until Lu Bei put his heart in the wrong place.

After the various persuasions, entertainment, and advice Elder Lan gave, Lu Bei finally walked out of his room. But it became so different. The smile that had always adorned his face, now disappeared replaced by a smile full of vengeance.

Lu Bei cut ties with Elder Lan after that and disappeared. The Green Viper helped Lu Bei get his revenge, despite the failure. The man had incredible strength as well.

The man's fight with Lu Bei and the Green Viper lasted quite a long time. Lu Bei destroyed many of the academy buildings and inflicted heavy injuries on many disciples. Despite having aided the Green Viper, Lu Bei still lost to the man.

Lu Bei should have been severely punished, for destroying the Academy property and injuring fellow students for no apparent reason, and for starting the fight. But Elder Lan tried hard to protect him. He had a long argument with the Head of the Academy before the man finally decided not to take Lu Bei out and just give him a punishment.

After that Lu Bei and Elder Lan's relationship never improved. Despite that, Elder Lan still kept a close eye on Lu Bei and helped him in case of difficulties. Lu Bei knew about it, and he made use of it. He went around looking for girls with his fate to strengthen the Green Viper, so he could avenge him.

There are other reasons too. That is to satisfy his hateful desires in men by helping poor girls, especially when the girl has great abilities. Also to reply to the Green Viper. After all, the Green Viper had contributed greatly to him. He was determined to return the favor to the Green Viper."

"So therefore he immediately rushed over when he heard about Xingli."

"Yes, now you know why. Elder Lan actually had no ill intentions. He only tried to resuscitate Lu Bei, but it hasn't worked until now."

"What's wrong?" huo Bing asked.

"It's not important. Just telling a sad story so that I don't kill someone, but take it easy I'll still kill him." Xika waved her hand.

Shu Mang put on a clueless face while Huo Bing did not care. Then the bird suddenly grinned.

"Hey, Xika. You're gonna be competing soon, aren't you? You need practice."

"Yes, that's it. Why the hell?" Xika looked at Huo Bing suspiciously. The bird's grin gave him a bad feeling.

"That, your training has come." point Huo Bing out using her chin.

Xika turned her head and found a 'exercise' called Huo Bing. A few meters away from him, three men with incredible auras came closer. It's clear what they want to do.
