Chapter 27: Additional Members

This alley is narrow and also a dead end gang, it's strange that Luis's whereabouts are nowhere to be found. Riki checked inside the trash cans and the results were still non-existent.

"It's clear that Luis has two abilities, it could be the same power as Mai or breaking through walls."

How Nina said it sounded pretty cool.

"I guess we could try asking around here."

"There's no way around it anymore."

"By the way Pricil isn't it you can ask the cats to show you where Luis left?"

"The cats I met were all very selfish, they would show me the original way of providing fish stocks for a year" he replied grimly.

Riki chose not to ask again.

In the end they stopped a taxi and asked to be delivered to the hospital, it was quite far away but eventually they arrived too.

The hard part they had to do was only starting now.

Pricil asked towards the receptionist.

"We're looking for a dark man, apro hair and glasses, did he come here?"

"Ah, you mean Luis."

Everyone nodded at almost the same time and there was a feeling of relief they could feel.

"He used to come here to see his sister, I'm sure he just got here."

"We understand."

After thanking all three of them for entering, it was fortunate that this hospital allowed pets to enter as long as they were under the strict supervision of their owners.

"Here."

Riki opened the door and in the room looked Luis was sitting on a chair while holding the hand of his sister who was asleep on the bed.

In contrast to her appearance her sister is a beautiful girl with white skin, thin red lips as well as long black straight hair.

It was almost the opposite of Luis himself.

Is she a step-sister?

Everyone thinks so but no one dares to ask when the situation is like this, but instead Riki asks something different.

"You're not surprised that we came here?"

Luis turned his gaze towards his sister and continued.

"He's the only beta family, because that's how hard you guys force beta."

Nina frowned and said.

"Are you stupid?"

"Huh."

"If you come with us, your sister will also join us. Even our organization will finance her hospital treatment until she recovers, you will also have a place to stay."

"Beta can't believe it, are you trying to lie to beta?"

"You're this? For the government it's so easy, I'm gonna call my boss and if he's gonna do what I say, you have no reason to refuse anymore, okay."

Luis nods in response while Nina picks up the phone to contact Albert.

"Uncle Albert, it's me. There's something we want to discuss with you."

He explained the whole situation until after he finished giving the phone to Luis.

"I've heard you, if you join us there's no existence doing everything Nina says."

"Thank you very much."

"Then I wait for you all at headquarters."

The conversation ended and tears fell from Luis' face, a moment of silence enveloping the room until Nina cut in.

"Since you've officially joined then let's celebrate by eating ice cream."

Pricil refused first.

"I can't eat that anymore, let's eat different, right Riki?"

"Indeed, we've been too often, let's find something different."

"Bas a traitor, did you forget that we'd be living on ice cream every day."

"I don't remember saying that."

"You come with Luis too, hurry up."

Luis walked with the three outside the room, as he turned to his sister from behind the door he was about to close, he saw that his sister was smiling.
