Chapter 28: The Unexpected

They decided to visit a family restaurant serving seafood, where various dishes such as shellfish, shrimp, crab, octopus and squid were placed in front of them in a mountainous manner with sauces smeared on it.

Pricil ate the shrimp with a happy face.

"It's so good, I can't stop eating."

"Meow, meow," her cat follows in a language that is difficult for anyone other than her to understand.

Nina extended her hand to Riki.

"It's delicious, especially this squid... Riki open your mouth. You gotta try it?"

"All right."

Luis who was watching with Pricil looked strangely smiling.

"Don't tell me you two are dating?"

Riki spouted food from his mouth, while Pricil elbowed Luis' stomach, as his powerful strength made him groan in pain.

"It hurts a lot."

"Don't disturb their romantic moments, after all even though Nina's appearance is small she is older than Riki."

"Huh? You serious?"

Pricil nodded a few times until Riki only put on a troubled face.

"Now Riki, bribe me too."

She thought Nina was just trying to tease her so Riki just followed what Nina wanted even though she now paled because Nina unhesitatingly licked the finger of her arm.

"It's so bad."

"Now I'm sure he's an adult."

"Allowed."

Nina cleared her throat once before turning her eyes towards Luis, it was true that Nina could know anyone who had spiritual power even so she could not be sure with certainty what kind of power they had because of that, she still had to ask him directly.

"By the way Luis, besides being able to see through, are you hiding your other powers?"

"Actually I can use telekenesis."

Luis stretched out his hand making the nearby spoon float and bent himself.

"It's easy, like," he said.

"With your power you can become a magician" Pricil added after Nina's statement which was later continued by Riki.

"So in that alley, you made yourself fly."

"True, beta rarely uses this kind of strength because sometimes if beta uses it too often it makes beta heads dizzy."

"There's an effect like that too."

"Compared to that your penetrating eye is more useful."

"True you understand Riki too, I can guess whatever lingerie I meet."

All of a sudden either Nina or Pricil put their hands on Luis' shoulder with murderous gazes.

"I'm sure you're not too stupid to do that to us, are you" threatened Nina, followed by Pricil's threat, which further strengthens her grip.

"Well, lately I haven't hit anyone. I hope he won't die if I accidentally do it."

While Riki was smiling bitterly, Luis looked trembling.

"Meta understands please sit down."

For the first time he finally learns about a hierarchy where the girls are always at the top.

After his turn everyone began to take turns showing each of his strength before finally a commotion made them turn their eyes out the window.

"Please."

Someone just got dropped by a lion demon. Riki pulled the gun in his hand then fired his weapon until the creature immediately covered his face.

"Even in a place like this there are demons."

"I'll also move forward."

Pricil ran through the window and then slammed himself into the body of the lion which made him thrown far into the road barrier.

Seeing how the window shattered, it was enough to make the manager of the restaurant owner paled until Nina coolly placed a wad of money on the table

"Don't worry we'll pay the loss, Luis you're moving forward too."

"Eh, I'm just joining."

They approached the figure of Pricil and saw how the lion demon was trying to get back up.
