CHAPTRE. 12 - SHU YE'S

”He was wounded in the forest and out of pity, you brought him here?” asked Shin Buyen after he listened to the entire explanation.

Shin Yixuan then nodded her head and said, ”Let him stay here for a while. Shu Ye could not remember the incident she had experienced earlier. And also, she has no place to stay.”

Shin Buyen sighed. He felt that Shin Yixuan's existence always brought others into his life. Not long ago, he brought home a Wolf demon into his house. And now, he's bringing a boy who's been experiencing memory loss. Shu Ye reasoned that he had forgotten about the incident that had happened to him. However, that reason did not make Shin Buyen stop being vigilant and continue to pay attention to his movements considering the events that also recently happened to Shin Yixuan to make him almost dead.

”Good. And make sure this time there are no problems that worry me. Never go out with that kid. You got it?” said it.

Shin Yixuan then nodded her head again and after that, Shin Buyen finally left her room together with Shu Ye who still looked confused.

”Sorry. Did I trouble you to the extent that your mother forbade me to stay here?” asked Shu Ye who looked down.

”No problem. Mother is indeed a strict person but, she is quite a loving person. Maybe you are afraid that bad events will happen to me again.” replied Shin Yixuan.

Shu Ye was speechless with her confused look. Shortly after, he curled a smile on his lips and said, ”You are so good. Although I have never seen you, I already know that you will not be evil despite your urgent circumstances.”

Shin Yixuan was shocked and sculpted for a while. Having never spoken to anyone his age, Shin Yixuan was at a loss as to how to answer them and what answers a child his age usually answered. At night, the atmosphere again happened. Shin Yixuan walked out of her room to wash her face. It seemed that it was already very dark and Shin Buyen had also fallen asleep in his room as well as Shu Ye who was hitching a ride in his house for a while.

”How dare you set foot in my house!” shouted Shin Buyen who instantly moved quickly towards the two remaining youths. However, the moment these two young men wanted to launch their attacks, their movements instantly came to a halt and froze as another snake bit his leg.

In the end, a sword slashed their flesh and skin until blood did not stop splashing everywhere. Shin Yixuan who was standing at the same spot was also hit by their blood splashes. Even so, he still looked calm because he was used to all this.

”How do you know I'm in danger?” asked the curious looking Shin Yixuan.

Shin Buyen smiled as she looked at him. He put his palm over Shin Yixuan's head and said, ”... The premonitions I experienced were sharper and always tested when I had something to protect. Next time never go out alone like this.” he said while pulling Shin Yixuan into his house.

On the other hand, not far from the forest where their house was. There were dozens of dead bodies as hundreds of poisonous snakes bit them. In fact they were all instantly eaten by the snake and then, their corpses disappeared as if nothing had ever happened here. So too with the bodies in their homes. Everything disappeared and only traces of their blood remained.
