CHAPTRE. 51 - NIGHT WIND

The sound of a bang like a falling meteor was heard everywhere. The ground they were stepping on right now had been burned by the flames until it turned black. Fortunately, none of the residents lived there. However, the destruction in that place was really severe and made anyone horrified to see it.

Luo Hein stood between the burning fire and the rain trying to extinguish the entire fire. He wiped the blood that flowed out from his mouth. His attention continued to stare intently at Lu Yuan who was already aggravating his situation. He did not even know why Lu Yuan hated him so much that he did this to him.

A sword of light shot towards him very quickly like a fighter that was dropping its attack. Luo Hein immediately dodged the attack and went towards a valley to rest for a while. He felt tired even though he knew that now was not the right time to lay down his body.

Luo Hein looked around and began to look up. Sure enough, again the sword of light reappeared and destroyed some of the cliffs that stood watching him. Luo Hein flicked his finger then, appeared a three-headed black wolf that instantly blew away the entire attack using its tail.

Just like Shin Yixuan's darkest side, he could also replicate some of the attacks coming from his opponent but, he would find it very difficult if forced to imitate the moves of the other six Demon Lords.

Lu Yuan laughed loosely and sneered, ”Try to seek refuge? Let's see if you can really fight my attack on this one?” he said loudly and then, lightning raged from above the sky and struck all the places there and blew it up.

Luo Hein moved away from the attack. However, when the three-headed wolf tried to resist, it was instead hit by his attack and then crushed into pieces of meat. ”... Absolutely dangerous!”

Luo Hein directly slammed forward to make a deep basin of soil and rocks. Previously, he was unaware of the existence of Lu Yuan who was already waiting for him there. If it were not for his age that was getting older, he might have been able to defeat him very easily.

”I didn't think you'd be this weak. What happened to the former seventh Demon King? You don't reason that you're so old?” lu Yuan said as he trampled on Luo Hein's body and grinned in satisfaction from seeing him.

Luo Hein fell silent as if letting his body be trampled like this. Shortly after, he flicked his finger again then, a spear of light appeared that directly pounced on Lu Yuan!

The moment it happened, Lu Yuan quickly dodged it and jumped away from it. However, as the spear attack disappeared, Luo Hein also disappeared along with his attack. He was upset at letting her go. But what can he do now? His body was already weakened and in a moment, he would also die.

”Heh! What are you doing out here? Want to make yourself catch a cold like yesterday?” shu Ye asked who was walking towards Shin Yixuan while she was sitting in the backyard while watching a calm looking pond with some koi fish inside.

Shin Yixuan was stunned. He quickly looked at her for a while and turned her attention back. He was silent without a wiggle. His gaze looked sad as if he had just lost something important to him.

To comfort her, Shu Ye sat down next to her and asked, ”What's with that bitter expression of yours? You look ten times uglier than usual.”

”Yes! It all makes your face look old because of a lot of thinking!” chirps Shu Ye. ”... You were so mysterious and kept a lot of secrets. In fact, you can hold a mountain with just your hands without relying on someone else's hands or maybe you can make a bridge by just relying on your strength alone? Even if it works, you'll feel very exhausted. It's different if there are some people moving with you. What do you think so many humans would have created if you would have held it yourself in the end?”

Shin Yixuan was stunned and silent for a while. He looked at her for a while and looked back at the pool. Sometimes he counted how many koi fish were swimming freely.

”There are some things I must keep secret from the world. I don't have to tell you everything because I'm the only one who understands. Right now, I don't have anything to tell you. If there is something that baffles my mind, I have said it since then.” replied Shin Yixuan while looking down.

Shu Ye was speechless with her astonished face. Before long, he sighed and said, ”... Look at me!”

And with his leisure, Shu Ye replied, ”Making that unsettling thought fall out of your head. Hurry inside if you don't want to get sick like yesterday! If it repeats itself, I'll be bothered!” he answered while walking into the room.

Shin Yixuan was made to be silent by him. Usually only Luo Hein would often nudge his forehead when he was five years old. But, why did Shu Ye also do the same to him? Is the habit of rubbing the forehead a contagious disease?

As Shu Ye went deeper and left her in the middle of the still-blowing silence of the night, Shin Yixuan began to feel that something was approaching her. ”... Her strength is so weak! That guy must be hurt!” inner Shin Yixuan was watching him.

His steps moved on their own towards someone who was walking towards him in limping steps. He stepped into a forest that was quite dark and difficult to see with the naked eye when the moon was covered overcast. And when the moon reappeared a few seconds later, he saw the figure of Luo Hein holding on to a tree.

Once conscious, he immediately ran up to her for fear that something had happened to her. But, when it was only halfway through, he suddenly stopped once he felt something strange in Luo Hein.

”Do not approach it!” said a voice buzzing in his ear.

But the warning was too late to tell him. As he stopped not far in front of him, Luo Hein suddenly darted towards him and immediately strangled his neck until it slammed backwards.

With all his might, Shin Yixuan tried to release the grip of Luo Hein's hand that was so strong as to want to kill him within seconds. His breath began to falter and his face slowly turned blue. ”Dad! Aware!” shouted Shin Yixuan who directly slapped Luo Hein's face firmly.

His face was filled with not a bit of blood and his two eyes shone like red lights at the crossroads and ferocious beasts were about to pounce on his prey. A few seconds after receiving the slap, Luo Hein instantly regained his senses and both of his eyes turned back to blue like the noon sky. But, along with that, he immediately fell down and hit Shin Yixuan who was below him.
