A few hours later, I got dressed and got ready for my wedding. We have decided to hold a non-religious marriage, because we prefer to keep things simple rather than dogmatic religion.Spectacular has led to endless segregation, and conflict throughout the history of mankind. Therefore, we do not want to involve religious matters on our wedding day.
Moreover, although I have long heard of her True Creator in my head, I have other reasons not to marry Alex under the religion of Terran. The God, who has reborn me, is the maker of the True, the creator of him the Universe. But no religion on Earth recognizes a True Creator, so it makes no sense to marry under the religious beliefs of Terran.
We exchanged our wedding vows in front of 500 people in beautiful and serene Lyne Park on a sunny day in March. The sun reflects beautifully in Sydney's crystal-clear waters, and it's the perfect temperature for a fun event. I wondered if the True Maker was watching me to make my marriage memorable. I concluded that that was not the case. The Creator of the Almighty universe has better things to do than manipulate the weather for my enjoyment, or so I thought.
"Yes" I told the marriage officer. Then I turned to Alex and kissed him.
As we walked between the beautiful locations for the wedding photos, Alex turned to me and smiled. "You look amazing today" he said.
"I'm better; otherwise, three hours of makeup and wearing this impractical white dress won't mean anything, ” I replied, and winked at Alex. “I can't wait to help you take it off! ” H e responds flirtatious, slow snoring. “It makes it both of us. But believe it or not, I have a better gift for you tonight! ” I announce. " Are you maybe having a twin brother?" Alex asked in jest. I looked at Alex angrily, and he quickly retreated. "Just kidding, Boss! " He apologized, a silly grin on his face. "good. I don't like to share with others. But I will share our present marriage with the world. Let's go to the reception, it's about to start. ” Answer me.
The wedding reception went well. The food and drinks were all delicious, but unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy them, as I wanted to avoid going to the bathroom in my impractical clothes. After the main course, we danced the wedding wals, which we have practiced a lot. Dancing is one of the better ways for couples to stay fit together, while also building a closer bond.
When I finished speaking, Dr. Tony Phillips walked in with a marine prototype built like a vacuum sucker, packed with tentacles like underwater tubes. He gave a presentation on how the machines would slowly clean up the ocean, by sucking up plastic and trash, to protect marine life. After the show, we drank and celebrated all night, before we finally boarded the limousine to the hotel room we had booked for the night.
When we reached our hotel room, Alex looked at me drunk and spoke. " Hey baby, you don't want to wear this dress anymore, do you?"
“No, of course not, I'll never get married again, you silly darling. Why are you asking? " I answered with laughter and a quick burst.
“ Because today is our special day. I feel like a kid who just got his first bike. I want to tear off my gift wrap, ” replied Alex cheerfully while kissing me gently. I nodded and smiled at Alex and said, "Please, husband, enjoy your gift." "It is with pleasure, my beautiful wife" he replied.
After that, we had a long and passionate night. We rejoice that the peer pressure to please everyone on our wedding day is over, so we can enjoy each other's company without interruption!
