Chapter 74: Revelation of Elenoa.

A few days later, I sat at the airport waiting to leave Kiribati. It wasn't a worthwhile goal, and I haven't learned anything worthwhile. The pyramid was still sealed off by several international agents after its bizarre and sudden appearance a year ago. While it was interesting to visit the pyramid it was interesting, we did not have permission to enter, and I no longer had the empathetic power to convince someone to give us access.

We also visited the village of Ambo, and for the first time since losing the ability, I am happy that I no longer have it. My ex would cringe and feel bad to experience all the suffering, knowing that my actions had caused it. But my new jaded personality didn't feel much regret, it didn't feel like a big deal. After checking the damage, I wrote a check and tried to leave everything behind me.

We decided that we did not want to spend more time than necessary in Kiribati, and after a mandatory press conference and public media announcement, we decided, we are happy to return to the airport for our private jet back to Australia.

Just before I boarded the flight, I was approached by Elenoa at the airport. "Mauri and Kiribati!" Elenoa greeted me kindly.

"Actually, we just left," I replied annoyed.

"But you just got here?" Elenoa.

"Well, I would have stayed longer if you had extended an invitation to me, instead of persuading me to come, by harassing me with baseless accusations at the press conference." I snapped at Elenoa. “I'm sorry if you feel that way. That's not what I mean, and I'm a big fan of the work you do in the Pacific. " Elenoa said apologetically.

“I get paid to do it. I got my visa, press accreditation, and travel expenses all paid for by a mysterious wealthy white man. The only condition is that I ask you these questions,” Elenoa disclosed.

"Oh really. What's he like? " I asked worriedly.

“He is very tall, at least 190 centimeters. Blond, in her 50s and she has a mask that covers half her face. " Elenoa revealed.

"A mask? How strange! ” I said.

“ Yes, but he's a good old man, and he helped us rebuild our village after the tsunami. He seemed to be mourning for someone, or at least, he looked very lonely, ” recalls Elenoa.

“Well, thank you for your help, Elenoa. I will make sure to stay longer on my next visit. " I said, and I rushed to my private jet.

The revelation of Elenoa scares me. Martin Al-Sham is still alive, and he has lured me to Kiribati so I will see the damage caused by the tsunami. He was clear after the revenge, but I had no idea what would happen with my future, and who else I was fighting. I am no longer a woman with supernatural abilities, I am just a normal human being, full of worries and worries. I called Alex on his phone and urged him to hurry, I don't want to stay here any minute!
