The Future of Princess Sabina
Chapter 73: Attending Dr. Tony Phillips UN Environment Prize Ceremony.

A few months later, Alex and I attended the United Nations Environment Ceremony in New York, to see Dr. Tony Phillips receive a prize for developing an automated solar-powered ocean liner, which we mean to clean up the ocean. When I first learned about the award, I experienced a brief period of jealousy.

I was the one who had given the prototype to Dr. Phillips, through my past life experiences when I was a very capable person, and I feel that I deserve to be appreciated and to get recognition for my efforts. After a short hiss, Alex calmed me down. What is important is that the automated marine cleaning project receives recognition and funding from around the world to achieve our goals. My ego is under-noticed. Moreover, I do not blame Tony for not mentioning my contribution to the committee. I was in a coma, and it was impossible to wake up, when Tony was nominated. It made sense for him not to share his glory with a "brain-dead" woman".

We witnessed Tony's thanks, and I was thrilled when he repeatedly mentioned our name and our project to clean up the Pacific Ocean. Despite losing my power, there is still hope for us to build a better and cleaner world.

After the presentation, there was a press conference where Alex and I also took part. Usually, I don't speak much in public. I prefer le ave that part to Alex, and I was surprised when I received a question addressed directly to me, “Miss Hines. Do you have any comments regarding your involvement in the rising Concave Pyramid and after the tsunami that killed 32 people in the village of Ambo, Kiribati?”

I looked at the journalist. Her name tag says that her name is Elenoa Mariwati and that she is reporting for Micronesian news. I was a little panicked to feel that everyone was staring at me. After a little pause, I responded. “Miss Mariwati, I was one of the people injured in the tragedy. Besides I don't understand your question. "

“Oke, I repeat. Did you make the pyramids rise from the bottom of the sea, causing a tsunami that destroyed my village? " Elenoa said firmly.

I panicked and felt guilty, knowing that I was the one who caused it, but I realized that for everyone, the accusations of Elenoa must have seemed far-fetched and absurd. Before I have time to answer, Dr. Tony Phillips interrupts. "Don't be silly. There is no technology available to lift the pyramid from the bottom of the ocean. What happened at the Concave Pyramid of Kiribati was a natural disaster caused by earth's tectonic activity. God's action if you want. "

I learned Elenoa. He made a note but did not seem to want to give up. “I have one more question, if I might ask?” she said.

"Indeed!" I retaliated.

"When do you intend to visit the village of Ambo and see the damage directly?" Elenoa asked.

"If this is important to you, I am happy to go to Kiribati directly after this summit, "I replied.

"Very good. See you in Kiribati, Miss Hines. " Said Elenoa.

“ The Elenoa Woman. He's very strange. He knew that I caused a tsunami and the pyramid rose from the bottom of the sea. " I said confusedly.

"Don't worry about that. No one believes him. You'll be fine." Alex answers.

" Well, of course I did cause the pyramid to rise, accidentally killing those people, "I said with a sigh.

“This is wrong Martin Al-Sham. You have no choice but to leave. Don't blame yourself. ” Alex said well.

“I do not blame myself, but I know that I have to go to Kiribati to investigate further, ” I concluded. "Of course, honey. Let's go to bed and fly there in a few days. ” Alex said, and we went to bed together.
