The sun rose in the eastern horizon, warmth began to be felt. The morning dew slowly disappeared, the chickens began crowing the sign of a very bright morning. But behind such clear weather. The Chief of the Federation Military looked at the clear blue sky. He then saw countless soldiers marching on the vast prairie. They are the Imperial army.
The Federation Military Chief sighed, “is today going to be the end of this city?” he said while staring at the troops from the Empire.
During the day, bright blue skies decorate the sky. The weather was very supportive of the Empire side to carry out attacks. But this will not happen because Prince Louis is discussing with four eyes together with the Head of the Military Federation. The two of them sat face to face in luxurious chairs with padded red pads.
Prince Louis was acting very calm, he slowly picked up the tea that had been served on the table. The atmosphere was so cold that it made the Military Chief afraid to start a conversation.
“Military Chief, if you had told the waiter to poison this tea then by this time I would have been dead,” Prince Louis said staring at the water in the tea. “This is one proof that the pro Empire faction is more numerous than the pro war faction. At least inside this city” he said as he looked at the Military Chief with a fake smile.
“What do you mean, Prince. Tell me directly your purpose towards this city,” said the Military Chief with a wrinkled face sign he was anxious and worried.
“Give up, I don't want any bloodshed to go to waste. This city will be part of the Empire,” Prince Louis said with a flat expression.
“I did not expect that this city would fall in this close time. How do you get in? How did you know that there are pro war factions and pro Empire factions?” asked the Military Chief curiously.
“Funny once” said Prince Louis smiling. “Don't the Federation itself provide their source of information? Princess Mitia is still alive.” Prince Louis said as he stood and looked at the sky in the window. “Military Chief, I didn't know you were part of the Empire faction or not. You have two choices over this City, surrender to the Empire and I will spare you including this city or I will have to kill you here and in the end this city will fall into the hands of the Empire.”
I didn't know that Mitia's daughter was alive. The United City has been in a precarious state. General Leo and Lieutenant Wein were part of the Empire's pro faction. Previously they both forced the Chief of Military to meet with Prince Louis in one eye.
“Our daughter is still alive?” muttered the Military Chief doubtfully. “Do you have any proof??”
Prince Louis throws an envelope paper containing a letter to General Leo written by Princess Mitia. After reading carefully, the Military Chief smiled, he grew even more anxious and worried. He really had no idea that the Federation Party was making a conspiracy over Princess Mitia's death.
“I surrender,” said the resigned Military Chief.
“Good decision,” Prince Louis smiled.

The flag of the union city on the walls of the fort was replaced with a white color. Seeing that the white flag was fluttering, the Imperial army shouted and cheered together as the United city had surrendered to the Empire. That same afternoon, some of the troops into the city were led by Princess Mitia. The townspeople seemed worried about their fate. But when they saw Princess Mitia standing up and waving from her carriage, all that anxiety and worry disappeared instantly.
“Princess Mitia! Long live Princess Mitia!” cheers of the town.
It's lucky that the guild city is a pro Empire city, I'm very grateful that the townspeople welcomed the arrival of the Empire.
Princess Mitia became a symbol and hope for the citizens of the Union city to be part of the Empire officially and not become its colony city. “Citizens, I am here as the Princess of the Federation will guarantee your safety!” said Princess Mitia while waving her hand.
Among those cheers, several spies from the Federation rushed back to their main forces. General Viktor and the spy went through the back gate. They were in a hurry, because the information they had seen was absolutely impossible, at least for General Viktor.
There is no way, why Princess Mitia is still alive. Did the Federation lie to their own generals!
General Viktor prepared with five others, they were on horseback. “Come go!” said General Viktor.
But after they started moving, one of the spies was hit by an arrow and fell off his horse. “Sial, they already know our motions, let's split!” said General Viktor. The four spies went in different directions to confuse the archery.
The rain of arrows pointed towards the four spies. In the end, only General Viktor survived and continued to move with his horse.
“Sorry Lieutenant General Wein. We can't hit General Viktor” said one of the soldiers.
Lieutenant General Wein had been waiting for the arrival of the people who were about to leave from the United city to pass on the information regarding the United City. “It's okay, he's a General. It's only natural that you won't hit it, after all I did intend to release it” Lieutenant General Wein smiled.

At full speed, by night, General Viktor had reached the Federation's main army encampment. He went to the army leader's tent and relayed what the guild city was going through and the information regarding Princess Mitia. In the tent there were only a few generals along with their respective Lieutenant Generals. Most of the generals were in their tents.
“Are you sure of what you saw General Viktor?” general Hans said as he took the map of the war that was on the table. “Can the Empire use others as Princess Mitia so they can manipulate the Federation?” ask General Hans.
“I'm not wrong anymore, she is Princess Mitia. From the voice, handwriting and even his face are all similar”, General Viktor assured General Hans. “It is not wrong that she is Princess Mitia!”
“As soon as you are, General Hans walks behind General Viktor.”Do you know the General. Federation has pro war faction?”
I just remembered that most of the Generals were part of the pro-war faction. I was stupid to come to their nest!
There was the sound of a sword being plucked from its sheath. The head of General Viktor was lying on the ground. General Hans smiled then showed a location to everyone. “Since the previous military chief has betrayed the Empire, then as the second most senior General, I will become the Military Chief of the Federation!” general Hans said seriously. “Prepare because we will fight in canae hill!”
General Viktor's death is a secret, he is rumored to have officially died because the Empire gave him poison.
After capturing the city of the Union. The area around the Federation city was quickly overrun by the Imperial army, the surrounding villages were given resources to farm and produce food. The Empire also provided manpower to help the development of the village. The Empire had to immediately prepare all of that because they knew that the war against the Federation would last a long time.
The canae hill was a vast territory that separated the Federation's major cities with the border town, the union city. These hills were vast, the Federation had built several defensive towers on those hills. They had prepared to face the Imperial forces that would arrive in the next few weeks.
