Thomas suddenly stopped Anna's hand and shook his head lightly.
Anna Caspian could not see it, but was Thomas Mayo not? The phone call was useless other than to increase Ollie Gadsden's arrogance, so it wasn't necessary.

"Our Stellar jewelry is one of the top three jewelry companies in the world."
"Our company provides over 80% sponsorship for your New Year's Eve concert. If you lose our support, then Scott's Memorial Cultural Arts Entertainment will collapse and go bankrupt after this concert."
"Are you aware of the gravity of this?"
Thomas Mayo nodded.
He reached into his pocket and touched the gold card symbolizing the members of the Stellar Jewellers family. He never expected a meeting in Milan to be useful here.
"I'll also give you 20 minutes" Thomas spoke.

Anna and Ollie both turned to look at Thomas, unsure of what he was going to say.
They only heard Thomas speak in a low voice, "In 20 minutes, did you add 30 million more to the sponsorship fee of Scott's Cultural Arts Memorial Entertainment or did you take the blame and resign yourself."

Ollie Gadsden looked at Thomas Mayo like he was a madman. What kind of joke is he making?

Anna approached Thomas and whispered in his ear, "Master Mayo, I know that you will never submit to anyone, but this has to do with the future of Scott's Memorial Cultural Arts Entertainment, so I beg of you to bow your head just once? Or else, Scott's Memorial Cultural Arts Entertainment will be over!"
Thomas's face was completely flat.
He sighed softly, leaned against the back of his chair, and started the 20-minute countdown timer.
"The countdown starts now" Thomas said slowly. "Ollie Gadsden, I suggest you hurry. Because if the number of sponsors does not increase by $30 million after 20 minutes, your position will be taken by someone else."
"Ha ha ha!!! Oh, come on, Thomas Mayo, do you really believe I'm gonna be so scared that easily?" Ollie Gadsden spoke in a cynical tone. "I want to see you try to get me off my chair."
"Also, let me tell you that there's no need to wait 20 minutes. I can tell you right now that Stellar Jewellers won't be sponsoring this New Year's Eve concert. "
