We finally turned around. Even after escorting Roni, this time to his office, Alex was still in a sleeping position. Positively the man would still be sleeping in the next thirty minutes, I decided to head straight to the house. I think there is no point in inviting him to eat outside if the one who wants to be invited is still like this.
The car is parked in front of the garage and Alex is still asleep. Sleeps like the dead. I put this information in a file called "All Things About Alex" which is not the case since when it was in my head.
He slept well.
He's stubborn.
He likes to work.
He likes photography.
He likes to walk.
Her blue eyes are beautiful and expressive.
He's protective.
He can also be very annoying.
Five minutes later, I finally managed to gather enough heart to wake Alex up. I pat her shoulders gently while saying “Lex, wake up” several times. “Lex, come on. Wake up.”
I don't know after how many times Alex started moaning and wriggling in his chair. His eyes opened a little, then closed again because it was still heavy. Tired still tangled in those long eyelids. He then rubbed his eyes. The eye opened again, a little while this time, before it flickered, rubbed again, and met my eyes that were busy watching it from earlier.
I can't hide my smile. He was very funny with a new face waking up and a confused and flexible look.
It looks too adorable for a grown man.
Alex then straightened his body and looked around. His forehead is shriveling. “Oh, my God, Kay! Where are we?” ask her with a hoarse voice. He cleared his throat.
I took one bottle of mineral water that I always prepared in the cup holder between our seats and gave the bottle to her.
Alex finished half the bottle in an instant.
“We've arrived home again, Sleepyhead,” Candaku.
Alex's eyes suddenly widened. “At home? Seriously you? ****! What about meeting with Mr Ramilanya? Ffff-fudge! Why don't you wake me up?” his pedicab. The fingers meant for tidying the hair were now holding the hairs tightly, as if he wanted to strip them off his head. This shows how frustrated Alex is.
I laughed, just this time I saw a big boss kid frustrated by overslept. “Hey, calm down. It’s okay.” I'm convincing. “Pas we got there, it turns out Mr. Ramli's son-in-law just finished giving birth last night. So today he wants to take care of his grandson first. He wants us back tomorrow. Or when Mr. Ramli can. He promised to confirm again later.”
Hearing my explanation, the tension on Alex's face suddenly evaporated. “Thank God.” He took a long breath. Her hands went down, this time to rub her face, before going back up to comb her hair. This time really intends to tidy up the light brown hair that is rather wavy it “So, we have reached home again now.” She's saying.
“Yup.”
Alex shakes. “Sorry, Kay. I'm so sorry.”
I chuckle. “It’s okay. I'm not angry,” I replied casually. “Everything worked out just fine in the end. But,” I then looked at Alex, “I'd be mad if you didn't get out of the car in five seconds. I'm so hungry, Lex.”
Not only did I finish expressing my wish, Andrew had already flown out of my car.
Duh, really, really, Alex is full of surprises.

Mr. Ramli confirmed his time availability for us tomorrow morning. As we were leaving the next day, Genta somehow wanted to come with me until she cried to be invited away. Finally we brought the eighteen-month-old baby with various needs that have been prepared by Uni Cya; some bottles of standby ASI supplies in the cooler box, diaper, blanket, and small pillows, also some change of clothes. And since this was just a meeting with Mr. Ramli, Alex and I decided not to wear our work suits.
I have also prepared a gift for Mr. Ramli's son-in-law and grandson to give later.
With Genta in my arms and Alex driving, we headed to Roni's house. We reached Roni's house who was stunned to see two bags in the back seat. “Don't tell me that you guys abis kidnap people's kids and plan to run away?” Roni taunted me when I got in the car.
I raised Genta so Roni could see it. “Include Om Roni, I'm Genta. His nephew is Aunt Kayra," I said in a voice I made shrill. I sat Genta again on the lap before turning to the thick-bodied man sitting in the passenger seat. "Some if you kidnap, where maybe all the same as the need is that, ha?"
Roni looks satisfied because it has upset me with his jokes. He really liked to bother me a long time ago during college. "Be te we, don't sleep anymore, sir?" This time he aimed his attack at Alex.
I glared at him from my seat. Sometimes they like these creatures.
Alex's ears turned red, but he managed to gain control of himself and tried to respond to Roni's temptation casually. "The RS Group guy is also a man of the times, Ron. It looks super. We also need to sleep to know."
Well, he can also laugh it out. Or more into joking while boasting, anyway. However, it's okay. Which can obviously silence Roni's big mouth.

Mr. Ramli came out from inside his house just as Andrew parked the car under the same tree. I got out of the car holding Genta. “Aduh, son Kayra, how cute is your baby?”
"Eh, bu–"
“And this must be the papa, yes?” cetus Mr. Ramli when he saw Alex approaching while carrying a bag on his broad shoulders.
Roni tried to hold back the laughter behind me.
The talking Alex just smiled while replying to the middle-aged man's helping hand.
While I stammered explaining. “Ah, no, Sir. Nope. This is my nephew.” I fixed the position of Genta who was holding the rubber teeth in my sling. “And this is my boss. Son of the owner of RS Group.” I nodded towards Alex.
Mr. Ramli laughed. “Oooh. You apologise. All right then. Inside there are two Notary/PPAT office employees my acquaintances who have been waiting,” he continued while inviting us to enter.
****
“Alright, sir, means everything is done. After the signing of this deed of sale and purchase, it means the transfer of land rights that originally belonged to the Father is legal. Now, the land already belongs to the foundation represented by Mr. Alex. And, all costs incurred by this deal will be borne by the foundation.” One of the Notary/PPAT office employees gave an explanation to Mr. Ramli.
Mr. Ramli nodded in understanding.
While making the transaction, Genta fell asleep in my arms after drinking milk.
While doing the transaction, the Notary/PPAT office employee who is busy stealing the view and attracting the attention of the guy who is interesting.
And I really didn't like the look she was looking at the man sitting next to me. It is an unprofessional attitude. Tease clients during working hours.
Fortunately Alex was not tempted. Never once did he return the gaze of the woman sitting opposite him.
Ughhhh!
****
The signing of the deal and the necessary deed went quickly. We didn't feel like we were on our way home anymore. “It looks like you are very suitable to be a mother you know, Kay. Wait what else, anyway?” Roni opened her voice.
Whats? What the fuck, man, this Roni? Why is he saying that now? In front of Alex who practically strangers again.
I stared at him before looking back ahead. We were in the car on our way home. “Wait for the right time. And the right person.” I answered the origin.
“Later if you want to be alone, you know. Gini girl period nobody wants, anyway? Or are you too choosy?” Roni was chattering behind my back.
Genta was playing with his doll in my lap.
Alex is concentrating on driving, I hope that he chooses not to ignore our conversation.
And me?
I'm trying to control myself. “Roni, you know me. You know the answer to your own question.” I answered short.
Roni was on campus with me, and she automatically knew a little bit about me and my story on campus.
“Yes, yes, I know. But, sooner or later you have to learn to open your heart again, Kay. Not all dick boys are like those two.”
Roni has talked too much.
I looked back at him sharply, hoping he understood with my cue, before facing forward again.
Too much, Ron, Too Much Freaking Information that no one else needs to know anymore here as know as Alex.
I glanced at Alex who was still watching the road with a frown. Did he listen to this conversation? Or that frown on his forehead was really due to concentrating on the streets?
“Iya, Roni. I understand. I get it.”
And now shut your bucket. For the love of God, shut the fudge up, please!
