Tough Widow

Tough Widow
Wejangan for the Ikram

"You should introspect yourself, Mas. Wife is not something you can exchange or throw away after getting better. Or you'll leave him if he has a mistake. Just like Rani did today. But he is a man you must guide. If he did something wrong, it doesn't mean you're divorcing him right away, but find out first why he could do something like that. I don't entirely blame Rani, because the humans are wrong and wrong."

Ayu stopped her speech for a moment to take a deep breath.

Sounds menohok but it is a warning for Ikram who often think short and take decisions unilaterally.

"Are you sure after getting divorced from Rani you'll get a better wife?" coined.

Ikram. Looking at Ayu who looked serious. It made no difference that the woman was then and now, remaining beautiful despite having three children. The more assertive in his words. Not easy to shake even if the storm hit.

"not necessarily. For the good of a person will not be seen if it is covered with evil. I just want to give you some advice, please think about it again. Marriage is not only a promise spoken by mouth, but also by heart. You dare to promise but why do you easily deny. Give Rani time to change her life. Give the most comfortable place so that he does not do strange things," said Ayu at length.

"Don't be like me, because of the busy caring for children I forgot there was you who needed me. And when you decide to choose Rani, that's where I think that everything we think is good is not necessarily the same as our partner. I don't blame Rani completely either, but it's all my fault that can't take good care of you." Ayu's eyes started to glaze over.

Completely peel what has been the cause of divorce. Although it is not entirely like that, he is still the guilty one.

Ikram shook his head quickly. His hand raised stopped Ayu's speech.

"I'm sorry, Yu. It's not all your fault, it's my fault. I'm not grateful to have a wife like you. I am selfish and more concerned with others than our family. Now I know who I'm supposed to defend and I'm loose. But all that is no use anymore" said Ikram feeling guilty.

Rubbing his face violently considering Ayu's words are indeed a fact.

"Now go home! Think about it again. Don't choose wrongly, because happiness is not measured by the beauty or goodness of a person, but how we accept and thank him."

Ayu stood up first and put her bag in the back seat.

"Where are you going?" tanya Ikram who followed her from behind.

"I want to move. From today, me and the kids will be staying in the shophouse. If you want to see them come. If not, then not papa. The children keep eating and school without your help" Ayu sneered.

There's-there's, married divorcees marry divorcees like cows, Ayu grousers in the heart.

Ikram approached Ayu." Yu, do you want to think of me as a brother."

Ayu turned her head towards Ikram who was standing next to his motorbike. Look at it from top to bottom. Nothing has changed, but a handsome Ikram with a dazzling style. However, his speech was gentle and not like in general.

"What do you mean?" tanya Ayu made sure.

"I mean we are on good terms like brother and sister" Ikram explained.

Ayu suddenly got nervous. Not because of a shocking confession but because of that status. Because, at this time he must think of Angga who might be jealous to see his closeness to Ikram.

Ayu let out a long breath and then ruffled her waist.

"I think about it later," Ayu answered hurriedly wearing her helmet. Say hello and run the bike.

Small smiley cream. When the state of his heart is confused, it is Ayu's anger that makes her calmer.

As he promised Angga, Ayu would often visit the house to see the woman and would make sure of her condition.

"Come grandma huh!" ayu whispered in Alifa's ear as they got off the bike.

Instilling good habits in children to be closer to the Angga family, especially in Bu Winda.

Ayu took her food from the seat, while Alifa went in first.

"Grandmother," cried Alifa running towards Bu Winda who was sitting relaxed in the living room.

Miss Winda smiled spread out her hands. Ready to welcome the boy. There is no happiness beyond seeing the arrival of Ayu and her children.

"Grandmother's granddaughter is home?" her question kissed Alifa's forehead gently.

Alifa nodded silently, looking at Ayu who had just opened the door.

"Assalamualaikum, Aunt. How are you?" tanya Ayu approached Bu Winda and placed her food on the table. Hugged the woman like Alfah did.

"Okay, Yu. Just not eating today, same thoughts Angga." The face of Missa's mother is slightly dim if you remember about her only son who is now far in the eye.

"Auntie can call him. If you don't want to, let me talk to Angga to contact, Auntie."  Ayu took her food and brought it to the back. Set it up at the dinner table with the help of aunt.

Then call Missa and invite her to eat.

"I'll definitely be here every day. But the time is uncertain, depending on the busyness."

Miss Winda breathed a sigh of relief, at least there is Ayu who is now an entertainer when lonely. Because, Elisha and Surya rarely come home because they are busy with their respective jobs.

''Would you not sleep here?'' haggar Bu Winda for the umpteenth time

Ayu shakes. Pull up a chair and sit down. Staring at bu Winda with a stick.

''I will stay here sometime. But not a promise, too, Auntie. There were customers in the store, and now I live there. At night, I also have another job that cannot be left."

Miss Winda understood. Not wanting to force Ayu to fulfill her request.

''Then what are your plans after Angga comes home later?'' asked Miss Winda on the sidelines to eat.

Ayu blushed in embarrassment. If he says the plan is drawn up, then marriage is the answer. However, Ayu did not want to be too hasty and follow the flow that runs. Do not want to expect fear of disappointment if God does not meridhoi.

''I am following God. Aunty is the best.''

Ayu continued eating, not wanting to discuss things that had not happened in the future and will focus on his current efforts.
