"This is your part."

Mr. Yanto threw fifty million in cash onto the table, which Rudi immediately took away with gusto.

He put the money in a large black bag. That tens of millions of dollars is more than enough to pay the already mounting online gambling debt. After the debt is paid off, the debt collector with the face of the rogue will never again pursue him.

"This is a check worth a hundred million" said Mr. Yanto, showing a signed check. "If you can help me get Agus' wife's fetus, then this check will be yours."

Rudi's eyes blinked. He gulped and stared at the check with sparkling eyes. The hundred million money could realize his dream to marry Evi, the village flower.

Some time ago Rudi had said he wanted to propose to the beautiful ayu girl. However, because so many people also wanted to propose to Evi, then his parents decided the man with the most dowry would be accepted.

Rudi planned to use fifty million as dowry, and fifty million more for the capital to open a business. With that kind of money, Evi's parents wouldn't be able to resist. He will live happily with the beautiful Evi, and no need to be a pelvic coolie again for good.

Rudi stroked the check with so many zeros written on it. Like a magnet, the check made Rudi want to have it immediately.

"Pak Yanto just calm down. I'll do whatever you want."

At lunchtime, Agus sat alone under a guava tree. His resting hours he used to be alone on the banks of the river. Agus has not even touched the provisions he brought.

The sudden death of the Priest made him sad. Agus really wanted to serve, but the store had already appointed Rudi and Mamat to go on behalf. As a result, Agus could only deposit condolences to be handed over to the family of the late Imam.

Agus rested his head on the tree trunk. Still remembered the Imam's words yesterday afternoon as they chatted at the shop gate. The poor man had expressed his intention that finished Maghrib, he would come to Agus' house. The priest wanted to talk about something important that he could not say in the store.

To be honest, Agus felt a little guilty. Had the Imam not insisted on staying at his house in heavy rain, he might not have died in a tree, and now they could still work together.

Agus propped up his chin with his right hand, busy guessing. What important thing does the Imam want to talk about?

"May I sit here?"

Agus looked up when someone was talking to him. The sweet black man nodded, and allowed the man to sit down with him.

"Don't be dumb, a ghost will appear waiting for the guava tree," joked the man without awkward even though they don't know each other.

"Bengong. Just sad again, Bang. Imam, my coworker, just died last night." Agus looked down lethargic. Secretly rubbed clear water that appears in the eye fertilizer.

The man next to Agus just nodded slowly. "Unnatural death, huh?"

Agus flinched, looking at the man fixedly. "Common can talk like that? I haven't told you anything."

Agus looked at the man in astonishment. Honestly since Agus moved to this village, he had never seen it.

"Whose brother's name, by the way? I'm Agus." Agus introduced himself while extending a hand.

The man immediately greeted her warmly. "I'm Junaidi."

"Abang Junaidi lives where? I've never met my brother before."

"I used to live in this village for a while. After that, I went to my parents' village. It's been years gone, I've finally come back here. Now, I live in that little cottage." Junaidi pointed to a small cottage not far by the river.

Agus narrowed his eyes looking at the wooden house. He had often come to the river, but he was only now aware of the existence of the house. Maybe because of its location surrounded by trees make Agus used to not see Junaidi's house. Moreover, it had been left uninhabited long enough, making the wooden building even more unattractive.

"Oh, yeah Bang. Excuse me first, yeah. Lunch break will soon be over. I have to go back to work."

"Yes, Gus. If you ever need help or talk, come here, yeah."

"Yes, Bang. I'm back at work, yeah." Agus put the drinking bottle and the uneaten provisions into the bag. He stood up and held the bag.

"Gus," call Junaidi when Agus just walked a few steps. "You work careful, yeah. If possible while thinking. Today, many people have evil intentions. I know you're a good man, Gus. But it makes you use it a lot."

Agus gawked at the advice of Junaidi. He had just met this man, but somehow they felt close. Junaidi seemed to know the personality of Agus and knew all the problems that had recently happened to him.

"Yeah, Bang. Thanks advice. My brother is a good man."

Agus smiled and stepped back towards the shop. When he arrived at the end of the road, he took the opportunity to look at the guava tree where Junaidi was leaning. However, there was no one else there. Junaidi may have returned home.

To be honest, the presence of Junaidi raises a big question mark in Agus' mind.

"Why did Bang Junaidi say the death of the Imam was unnatural, huh?"
