You're My Antidote

You're My Antidote
Nanny

Visits of family, relatives, colleagues and people they know come and go. Makes the King feel uncomfortable because his wife can not rest to the maximum.

On the second day, the king decided to bring his children and wife home. Of course, with the permission of the doctor who said the condition of Rani and her children in a healthy and stable condition until home care can be taken.

They brought two sisters to help care for their babies during Rani's recovery. Also to teach them how to take good care of the baby.

"Behind a lot of what, mas?" the voice of the wife welcomed her who had just finished bathing. He approached his three loved ones on the bed.

The kids were just bathed in the next room. The special room he provided. And now Rani is breastfeeding one of them while her little whiz is given a bottle containing ASIP.

The king replaces Rani's hand holding a milk bottle. Raised his little son into a sling.

Today's the last nurse to help them. Both of them were ready after bathing the little one earlier. They can't work outside the hospital for long. So now Raja and Rani are really taking care of their own child.

"The Master." replied the King. "I want to build a small house on the leftover land behind for a housekeeper who wants to stay overnight. Also looks like we need a baby sitter."

The king had already discussed the matter of the nanny with his wife. But at that time Rani refused and wanted to take care of their two children with her own hands. Rani says she can take care of two babies at once.

But now the King is not. With his help alone, they were still often overwhelmed. What else if his wife misses both alone.

"Kan Rani said it could be alone, ma'am."

The king nodded firmly. "See these few days? are you willing to do everything yourself? and I have to go back to the office on Monday after naming the kids."

Either the King who spoke less subtle or Rani who was still sensitive after giving birth, until his wife looked down after he saw the eyes glazed over.

"Rani can be.. Lots of mbak by noon. So you don't have to worry."

"But they have their own duties" said the King began to be frustrated how to convince his wife. Not that he doesn't believe in his wife's abilities. Instead, he does not want his wife to bother herself.

Rani is still recovering. Not good for the health of the wife if exhausted. Doctor Fani has even warned her to make sure Rani can rest enough.

"You need time to take a shower. To the toilet. And the children must be there to keep" he said more gently, rubbing his wife's head. "If you are busy again? do you want to go to the toilet? if you are hungry? can you hold it if both are fussy? you need to eat enough if you don't want your kids to drink formula."

Rani is still looking down on their sleeping daughter.

"Darling.." call him. Pulling the chin of the wife gently until their eyes meet. "With or without a baby sitter, children will stay close to you. You are still the best mother for them. Nothing will replace your place in their hearts."

"But if the children are closer to the nanny how, mas?" Rani started crying. Is the new mother giving birth this sensitive?

"No, baby.. You are always at home. Always there for them. The babysitter just helps you look after her. Not to take your place as his mother."

"Are you sure?"

The king nodded and took his wife into the deck with one hand. Sprinkle a kiss on the temples of the eyes. "You can prove it later."

***

After giving birth, there are many things that Rani fears. Fear of not being a good mother. Fear of being wrong in caring for and educating their children. Fear of neglect in maintaining the safety of both. To fear that if children are held by others, they will stay away from it.

Either all the mothers feel what they feel or not. Or just his feelings are too much.

It is not easy to keep two babies at once. When one sleeps, one cries. Or even sometimes crying both that makes him and the King panic.

Not to mention when he was in the bathroom and heard their cries, it felt like Rani was not calm and could not linger in the bathroom. Whether the bath is one week back clean or not. She only attaches importance to the two babies calm in her arms.

All the hassles of the past week are still Rani lived with the help of two hospital sisters and the King. And there is no harm if the King wants to use the services of a nanny. Because seeing their hassles a few days back. Until Rani who was initially afraid to agree even though there is still doubt.

"What the King said. Later there are lo who are sick if maxain take care of themselves." said Rere who that afternoon visited with his little daughter who was healthy like other normal babies.

His son's a henchman in Rere's arms. While Bia in her nanny's car.

"Gue aja one child can be stunted if you take care of yourself. Not to mention having to change diapers every few hours. Not if it hurts anymore. Stress Ran, if you take care of yourself."

"Yes brother.. I also agree. We again selection first candidates that fit the criteria we want. Horrified also can be wrong that the same child. Duuh I can't shadow my children in the torture of the same nanny."

"Let's take care!" decak Rere's. "Gue aja that Malvin already believes very much the same mbaknya Bia, I keep. I stay in the toilet to take a shower. We don't know the people we trust can also be reckless."

Rani nodded in agreement. He thought so too. He will remain by the children's side unless he goes to the bathroom.

Like what the king said. Caregivers only help her duties, not replace her role as a mother.

"Are you ready to meet Papi?"

Rani was silent for a while when she was reminded of this. Remind? there are many things that Rani fears after her children are born. Including meeting his biological father's family.

"When, brother." delayed again. "I'm not ready yet. The kids will be bigger."

Luckily Rere appreciated his decision and did not insist. Although the King once said, his father probably already knew of his whereabouts. I don't know what he's waiting for until he hasn't seen her.

But Rani was grateful because her father did not force her. Give him time to be ready.
