The king had to refrain from taking his wife directly to the hospital. He still had to be patient until lunch time arrived because Rani forced him to want lunch at the orphanage. Though the King was very eager to know the condition of his wife's pregnancy. Moreover, Rani just recovered from her illness and cried until she did not sleep. The king is afraid that it will affect the content of Rani.

Until the food they ordered came, and the meal together was over. The king immediately invited Rani to say goodbye to the mother of the orphanage.
