You're My Antidote
Tombs

"So, why did the King come home so quickly?" rani asked when they had sat on the bed after her husband changed clothes and decided not to go back to the office.

"I wanted to take you to the tomb. After the meeting outside, I don't have a schedule to meet anyone anymore. And the other work I've brought home for me to do tonight. But it turns out it's raining."

"Well, how is dong? or later wait for the rain to subside and we immediately leave?"

Rani is very enthusiastic. Means the King's intention to recover from trauma is not playful. Her husband has a strong desire to heal. Because otherwise, it is impossible for the King to risk the possibility of his trauma will get worse when they come to the grave.

"No need. We'll set another time. You just healed. And the air after the rain is pretty cold. I don't want you to get back sick." But it turned out that the King shook his head and was still worried about his condition.

"But Rani is okay, brother. Or let brother Raja believe, Rani would really wear clothes berlapirs plus a jacket."

The king was doubtful. "We'll see." said the King at last. "But keep your word to wear upholstered clothes and jackets."

Rani whines and nods.

"Good girl's. You're getting pretty if you think like this."

Rani was still unfamiliar with the soft and sweet words that King had spoken lately. Makes him unable to ask. "Kok kak Raja so sweet gini by the way? how often to call Rani, baby, again."

The king smiled and rubbed his forehead which was covered in bangs that began to lengthen. "Why? don't you like it?" ask her husband who immediately made Rani's hand move in denial.

"Where is possible." she argued. "Rani likes. Rani likes Raja to call Rani dear."

"I'm not a romantic guy. I cannot express my love. But I also don't want you to feel uncomfortable with my cold attitude."

"Although it is a little strange that the King's brother remains cold to Rani, but Rani will not feel like it sis. Because Rani knew Raja from childhood. And the King's brother is like this. Stiff." half-joking.

"Then, may I wait for you to call me with something similar?"

"Ma-call what?"

"You must know what I mean." King's lips. "Adit even Rere you call with 'Sister'. So how different am I from them."

"Emm a minute, brother. I forgot one downstairs. King take a shower first." Rani decides to run away before Rani presses her.

To be honest, it was never thought to call the King by any other name even though the man was already her husband. Although he knows, between husband and wife will definitely call with a friendly call in general. But Rani has not prepared for that. So instead of the disappointed King, he better escape for a moment.

***

As the King promised his wife, when the afternoon and the rain stopped, she took the wife to the tomb where her parents rested in peace.

Luckily the rain did not fall too long, they could reach Bogor before dark.

Wet and moist grass welcomes them to the cemetery area. Shandika family's private cemetery. Where great-grandfathers, papa brothers and relatives of Shandika who had been buried there before.

The king got down and stood by the side of the car that afternoon he chose to use the driver. If if he is in bad condition, Rani does not have to bother taking care of it.

Even papa sent some men to escort them when the King expressed his intention to visit the tomb that he had not visited for a dozen years.

A small grip on his fingers made the King aware of the presence of the wife who had moved by his side.

"Sister King is strong?" Rani asks worried for him. Either his face looks pale, or his body is leaning on the body of the car to support so as not to be dazed.

Once again the King stared at the green grass that stretched before him which was divided into several fields. A land area of one hectare neatly arranged for family funerals. Actually the car lane can reach the deepest area. So that when they make a pilgrimage, there is no need to walk too far. But now the King actually went down in the outer area of the tomb. Convince himself once again that he is capable of.

"You're strong if we walk from here?" asked the King back to the wife who was still observing his expression.

Not answering, Rani actually took his arm and took him to walk.

Some of the men behind them carried baskets of roses and some Lilly flowers which they would share with each rosebud in each tomb. At the request of his father-Rasya. And Lilly flowers are special to her great-grandmother Rasya and her father's twin sisters. She likes Lilly more than roses.

The king clasped the wife's hand tighter as they got closer to their destination. His heart is beating fast. Cold sweat started to appear. His feet even felt weak.

No. gabe. He did not want to faint and make his wife worried. Until the king decided to stop.

"Sir King wants to get here?" asked Rani who since they entered the tomb did not look at her face.

King nodded. He didn't want to cover it up. He was not that strong to be able to reach the tomb of his parents.

The shadow of that terrible night grew even more in his head. Bibi's screams, sirens and lightning bolts made her ears feel pained.

He can't lie. He's ill. He's not strong anymore.

"Sister King wait here is okay? Greet them and send them a prayer."

Again the King nodded. His throat even felt choked just to make a sound.

"Sister King drink first." Rani picks up a mineral bottle that they deliberately carry in the woman's bag. "The seat is sir." asked Rani to the person who brought them the folding chair.

King according. Sit on a chair and drink to the toilet. Try to catch your breath and breathe it out slowly. Convince himself if now he is near Rani. Not that terrible night it happened. Near Rani who rubbed and gave a soft pat on her back.

"Fin' there." The king turned his head when he felt he was beginning to calm down. "Third grave from the right. Just find the Queen and Rafa."

Rani follows the direction she points to and nods when the woman's gaze returns to her.

"Sir King sure it's okay?"

King nodded. Trying to be as convincing as possible. "Someone will accompany me if anything happens. Let the driver accompany you there."

Rani smiled and kissed her forehead before blurring with a quick step towards the direction she pointed.

That short kiss, brought a little sense of calm in his heart. It slightly reduced the fear he was harboring. Because the kiss was quite rare Rani gave if not he who asked.
