An Inner Lent to My Wife's Cousin

An Inner Lent to My Wife's Cousin
The End of Their Story

Nana had prepared the belongings of herself, her husband, and Nizam to carry into the bag and suitcase. Nana has agreed to Dana's decision to take her to live in Kalimantan rather than divorce. After all, living here is no longer safe for Nana. There have been many people who are suspicious about the rumors circulating about him relating to Herman.

When Nana submitted her resignation at the village hall, one of her friends asked about the rumors. However, as much as possible Nana looking for reasons does not justify the gossip. There are those who look at themselves with a view that Nana herself is difficult to interpret. However, the moment Nana looked back, the person immediately threw a face away. Really, Nana was not made comfortable to live in the village this time.

"Everything ready, Na?" Nana turned her head and found her mother standing at the door of the room.

"Already, Mom. Nizam's stuff has been put in a suitcase."

"Have you asked for a transfer letter from Nizam's school?"

"It was yesterday, Mom."

Bu Asih nodded and helped Nana fold the clothes scattered on the bed. Suddenly, Dana enters the room with two plastic bags in her hand.

"What is that, Dan?" ask Bu Asih after Dana put the plastic bag on the floor.

"It's the same layer of cake, ma'am. It's the same Mr. Hasan just now."

"All that?" dana asked Nana to look at the items that had been arranged neatly along with one large suitcase.

Nana nodded. "Only clothes are the same as Nizam's school equipment later there."

"What time are you leaving?" ask Bu Asih.

Dana glanced at the clock on the wall which now showed at 12 p.m. "Four 3pm when to leave, ma'am. Maybe the car will pick up 2 later."

Bu Asih nodded and turned towards his daughter. "Aren't you going to apologize to Yani?"

Nana was a little surprised when her mother mentioned Yani's name. He thought that the problems that occurred would not be discussed again on the way to his departure. However, it seems that her mother wants to make Nana have to meet Yani and apologize for her mistakes.

"Yes, after all you have become a thorn in Yani's household. At least come to his house and apologize sincerely to him," continued Dana agreed to the words of her mother-in-law.

"Yes, Mom, Bang. Later Nana will come to Yani to apologize," replied Nana resignedly. To be honest Nana felt prestige and had no face to come before Yani after what he did with Herman. I don't know, his sense of prestige is too high just to apologize even though he had wrongly hurt his cousin.

"Mom, are you sure you want to come with me?" ask Dinda who suddenly went into the room.

"Yes, Son. Mama Sama Nizam will follow Papa to Kalimantan," replied Nana.

"Keep me the same way? Died by both?" tanya Dinda looked at her parents.

Nana approached Dinda and led her to sit on the edge of the bed. "Son, didn't Papa tell you yesterday. Mama's coming with Papa because of pity with Papa no one's guarding him there. If Papa is sick, who will take care of him. All this time Papa'kan if sick he himself who takes care of it. No one can take care of papa" explained Nana a little lie. There is no way she explained her original intention to follow her husband to Kalimantan.

"Mama didn't leave because of the rumors, did she? Who says mom has a relationship with Nadia's dad?" ask Dinda to make the people there surprised.

"Why do you know where, son?" nana asked nervously.

"From Dinda's friends at school. They heard that Om Herman and Mama had a relationship. Is that true?" insist Dinda. In the child's mind he felt embarrassed if asked like that by his friends. Although the news they know is not accurate, but if asked like that Dinda will feel pain when she hears her mother has an affair with another man. Especially with her father Nadia.

"Lagian Dinda' will have warned Mama not to be close to Om Herman. Now Mama's gossip is the same as Om Herman, right?"

Nana is being interrogated by her daughter. He glanced at the husband who was now looking at him sharply. Nana swallowed her saliva for fear of being stared at like that.

"No, Son. That's not true. Mama and Om Herman have nothing to do. Same mom Om Herman is one family. There's no way your mom would act like that" Dana explained, persuading her daughter to believe. In her mind Dana wonders since when did her daughter find out traces of her mother and Herman's relationship.

"Seriously Mama and Om Herman have nothing to do? So the news isn't true?" ask Dinda again.

"Yes, Son. The news is not true. Mama Sama Om you are close because there is business with the construction of the second floor of your room. So you can't have any thoughts about your mother" said Dana stroking her daughter's hair.

"There are grandmothers, grandfathers, Riski, your cousins here who will accompany you. You know, if there's anything you can ask Grandpa and Grandma for help, huh?"

Dinda nodded then hugged her mother who was about to part with her soon.

...~~~...

Yani, Herman, and their children were having lunch together in front of the television. With the sound of television and Arham who sometimes like noise stirring his spoon into their melody while eating. In the kitchen they do not have a dining table because the kitchen space at home Yani and Herman is so narrow to put a dining table and chairs. After all, they prefer to eat while watching television shows so that their eating shows are not too bored and there is entertainment in front of them.

"Ma, Nizam said he wanted to follow his father away" Arham told his parents.

Yani grinned confusedly as well as Herman. "Nizam who? Nizam's your cousin?" ask Yani. In this village there are two Nizam names that are the same but with different ages.

"Who else is Arham's friend besides Nizam."

"Will he come to Kalimantan?" ask Yani again.

Arham nodded. "Yes, Aunt Nana is also coming" he said."

Yani takes a quick glance at Herman who is now listening to his son's talk. 'Did Bang Herman know if Nana was with her husband?' inner Yani wondered.

"When does he leave?"

"The same race Dinda invited too?" ask Yani on Citra.

"No, only Nizam was invited."

Yani nodded. "So you're going to Abis' house?" Citra and Arham simply nodded in response.

...~~~...

After the departure of their children after lunch, Yani is now in the kitchen washing dishes. Suddenly Herman appeared and crouched down to see Yani washing dishes near the door. The dishwasher in Yani's house is not like a sink, but just a small place where children usually pee there with water faucets provided.

"Mom" call Herman.

Yani looks back briefly and then goes back to washing her dishes, not knowing the call or whereabouts of her husband behind her.

"Father wants to know how Mom's decision. You're curious about the path you'll take after that."

A few seconds later there was no response from Yani. Herman sighed to see the reaction of his wife who had now ignored him since their conversation the other day. Herman had tried to get Yani to talk and discuss anything so that his wife would react or reply. However, Herman only got an answer in the form of a skirt or a nod of the head from his wife. Or not Yani just let out a 'hmm' sound to answer the questions. Really, seeing Yani ignore herself made her mind feel tormented.

"Mom, please don't ask for a divorce. I don't want to be separated from my mother or my children. You'll do anything you can to forgive your mistakes and start over."

Herman has changed. He will do anything to make Yani trust him again as long as it is not by divorce. Herman won't play with fire behind Yani at any time. That was Herman's promise in his life.

"Mother just wants you to be out of touch with Nana" Yani replied after she finished washing dishes.

Herman gasped when he heard Yani answer him. "What did your mom say?"

Yani stood up and turned to look at her husband. "Mom just asked me not to have any more contact with Nana. Whether it's communicating via message or meeting in person."

Herman stood up. "So you want to accept your father again? Don't want to ask for a divorce from you?" herman asked as if he knew what Yani meant.

"Yes, as long as Mother's request was able to grant."

Herman immediately nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, Mom. Herman promised not to be in touch with Nana again, "he replied and immediately hugged Yani with a feeling of pleasure. Happy that Yani gave her a second chance and did not ask for a divorce.

Yani has decided to accept back and forgive her husband's mistakes. He cannot be selfish about his feelings if he decides to part with Herman. There was a feeling of his three children that he had to take care of. He did not want to make his three children sad when he found out if his mother and father separated someday.

Again just the reason Yani's son survived with Herman. If it wasn't for the children, perhaps Yani would have chosen to end her household story with Herman.

...~~~...

The car that picked up Dana and Nana had stayed in front of their house. The stuff was put in the back of the car earlier. Nana and Dana are now on a good-bye note with her parents, Dinda, and Aras.

"You've apologized to Yani, son?" asked Mr. Tanto to Nana while they were in the living room.

Nana nodded. "Already, Sir. But over the phone."

"Good, take care of our family's rope. Don't break up" advised Mr. Tanto who answered a nod from Nana.

Dinda and Aras from earlier cried while driving her mother and father away. This time his parents had to go to Kalimantan and leave him alone with his grandparents.

"Please keep Dinda as Aras, ma'am." Nana spoke to her mother while stroking her daughter's back in her arms. Just like Dana who is now hugging Aras calms the teenage boy.

"You take it easy, mom and dad will take good care of Aras and Dinda here. If there's anything with both of them we'll tell you."

Everyone gets out of the house, driving Dana, Nana and Nizam to the car. Nizam's friends were also present to take Nizam away on the terrace of the house. Not to forget also Dana and Nana convey wise messages to Aras and Dinda and give some pocket money to them before leaving. Dana also gave money to Bu Asih as a living for Aras and Dinda later.

They got into the car after saying goodbye. The engine was run and left their loved ones behind the car. For Nana, she will start a new life with her husband and youngest child in Kalimantan. Forgetting about his forbidden relationship with Herman.

Drrt! Drrt!

Nana's phone suddenly vibrates, making the owner take the phone from her bag.

Bang Herman's

[May you be happy with your husband there and start a new life. Brother is also like you who will start everything from the beginning with Yani. Forgive the brother who has brought you into trouble. Pray that you will be happy there.]

A message from Herman saying goodbye. The man seemed to have reneged on his promise this time to have no more contact with Nana. But Herman did it just as a farewell and an apology to Nana, no meaning whatsoever. After that he was determined to keep his promise no longer related to Nana.

Nana kept the phone back in her bag, not replying to the message. He looked at the trees and houses passing through the windshield of the car. Nana had not apologized or spoken to Yani for his actions. He lied if he had spoken and apologized to his cousin when questioned by his father. His sense of prestige was still too great to apologize. However, Nana hopes that over time Yani has forgiven herself and forgotten everything.

Season 1 IS OVER!

The story is not much different from other infidelity conflicts. But I dare not change the true story of the story. Everything happens according to the flow made. The author can add other stories so that the storyline is more beautiful like raids or Nana is pregnant. But once again I explained that in the real story they did have a safe relationship. The question of the secrets revealed was indeed the mistake of Herman himself who dismantled his affair with Nana.

So for the readers apologize once again if the storyline does not match your high expectations. Hopefully in season 2 later I will create a groove that is really full of fictional writing and more groove.

Don't forget to give support to this story guys!
