Chapter 143: Monster Tree Change
The Monster Tree continued to get significant injuries from the barrage of attacks. But, because Natan felt a sudden danger. He asked the Giant Castle to retreat a few kilometers— keep the distance and create a barrier with a wall several tens of meters high, with hundreds of layers in front.

Natan was used to being underestimated like this by the monsters he was fighting against, even humans underestimated him even though their level was far below him.
Natan arrived beside the Spirit Forest after manifesting her body which had previously turned into a black shadow. He came not in a standing position, he came like he was pushing up in the air with his right hand carrying a sword.
With a slash, a black shadow was left behind the sword.
The Forest Spirit remained silent without moving other than glancing. "Such a weak attack, do you think it could hurt—" He suddenly stopped when he felt an extremely strong aura above his head. Without thinking for a long time, the Forest Spirit took a step back.
Swooshes!
Nathan's sword slash successfully avoided the Forest Spirit, but the Forest Spirit looked different from before, his facial expression grim.
Natan's slash that looked simple, actually caused a gust of wind to be around within five meters. It explained that the slash was so powerful that it was able to blow the air apart while splitting it.

The eight Ice Mage Skeletons also acted, they raised both hands that were pointing forward. Their hands let out an extremely cold frost, making the windstorm noticeably slow down with the frozen leaves and falling from the sky.
Seeing that, the Forest Spirit was speechless. Although he had seen everything when the Monster Tree was misformed, he did not take it seriously because at that time he was just silent and became an easy target. But, even his air attacks could be stopped.

The Spirit of the Forest came to a realization when it sensed the coming danger. He could see a small object darting towards him and leaving a trajectory behind him.
"Gravel?" In his confusion, the Forest Spirit raised his left hand like it was about to catch a bullet coming towards him.
His hands that looked like humans, underwent a change. It started out as a tree bark, and its fingers were seen fused together, then changed shape into a shield.

The bullet struck the shield made by the Forest Spirit, and there was a crack forming a spider web in the middle.
But it wasn't over, there were aftershots until the shield broke like glass.
When the shield broke, Rou Forest widened his eyes wide and out of when Natan had arrived in front of him.
Natan swung his sword vertically using his right hand, and his left hand was seen clenched at the waist.
Without doubting Natan's actions, the Sword Spirit raised both of his hands to resist the attack rather than flee.
Natan smiled as he continued to swing his sword, but when the sword almost hit the hand of the Forest Spirit, it disappeared and appeared in his left hand. He stored and took it out of the Inventory in the blink of an eye.
Jem!
The sword in Natan's left hand pierced the chest of the Forest Spirit, even though it was only a few inches.
Then, Natan lowered her sword which made the Forest Spirit slightly descend. Then, Natan raised her left leg and kicked the stomach of the Forest Spirit.
Whoooooooshes! Boom up!
The Forest Spirit shot down from the sky like a meteor, then struck the ground which gave off a loud sound with huge cracks. Some zombies in the vicinity were affected and eventually killed.
