Apocalypse Monster

Apocalypse Monster
Chapter 154: Wight Wave

Natan had obtained the information he wanted to know at a price that was quite expensive for others, but for him, it was nothing because the information obtained was very important, and indeed worth keeping secret.

He only hoped that the Skull Guild would not find the Human Summoning Scroll, as the summoned people were almost the same as those in the Armonia Guild.

Fearing, he would kill a human from the White World who turned out to have a relationship with a human living in the Armonia Guild. It would be troublesome if he obtained the Human Summoning Scroll, but when he was about to summon, it turned out that the people related to the Armonia Guild were hard to kill before being summoned.

...

"Natan, quickly kill monsters and level up, so you can marry me!"

Natan was sitting on the third floor balcony, and heard a familiar voice; she had often heard that voice, and sometimes wanted to keep her mouth shut. With a sigh and without turning his head, he asked, "Can you not appear all of a sudden?"

Ainsley, revealing the head covering, revealed her beautiful face with an annoyed expression as she looked at Natan from the side while sitting on the balcony railing. "If you can reach level six hundred, I'll let you kiss my lips."

Natan turned to the left looking at Ainsley who looked very proud of being noticed, but instead of being happy, Natan turned her head back to the front and indifferently said, "Then I don't want to level up."

Ainsley was stunned, the proud beautiful smile on her face froze; not expecting this. "Damn it!"

Natan lowered her head while massaging her forehead. "Listen, you're an Elf. Can't Elves and humans not marry? Some even say that Elves hate humans."

"Who said?" Ainsley immediately replied to him by asking and looked furious. "You read too many stories! Some of the worlds the Guard guarded, there were many Elves who married humans. They even have many descendants!"

Natan was a little surprised, though it was immediately calm. He looked at Ainsley with a deep look. "Do you have a problem? Usually you look calm, now, you seem to be in a hurry and not thinking about it carefully."

Ainsley was stunned, then she no longer spoke and simply lowered her head.

Natan was also silent without saying a word, making the atmosphere become silent, only the sound of small insects around them could be heard.

After quite a while, maybe about ten minutes, Natan finally opened his mouth again. "What do you think if I bring everyone in the Polish Shelter? Naturally, in the form of an Alliance, and let them pay some money."

Ainsley looked up; no longer like a teenager, her expression looked cold like she had never met Natan. "Think for yourself. If you always ask for our opinion, the Guard doesn't need to sacrifice a lot of strength to help humans, and isn't it better to help his own subordinates? Guards do wish that humans could help, but you have to take your own path in order to thrive."

Although it looks cold, but still as usual—much talk.

Natan fell silent, feeling annoyed, but it was actually true as well. He sighed and shook his head slowly, then again asked, "It's out of topic, and I've been wanting to feel it for a very long time. Can I touch your ears?"

Nathan raised his hand; stretched it out to Ainsley's left ear.

Plaque!

Ainsley brushed off Natan's hand by slapping him. "Touching the ears of Elves who are not family or spouse ..." He lowered his head and his voice sounded soft as he added, "If you don't have a relationship .. it's the same as the application process."

"Eh?!"

Ainsley covered his face with both hands, then jumped down.

Natan stood up, trying to chase after Ainsley who jumped from the third floor, but saw that Ainsley had already disappeared from his sight. However, he suddenly felt the temperature began to decline, although not too pronounced, but still the temperature changes in the present were very influential.

He raised his head, and looked at the snow crystal that was starting to fall like a drizzle. But, with just a few tens of minutes, the snow was falling like rain.

"How's it?" Nathan opened his eyes wide. Just last day it was very hot like in the desert, a lot of ground cracked and even some of it melted, but it was snowing tonight.

Natan leapt up onto the balcony railing and held the wood on it, then she swung which made her land on the roof of the inn. He looked back, towards the south.

Natan opens the interface screen, sending a message to the Skeleton Commander who has brought the Message Receiver Magic Item. "Snowstorms fall over you with lightning. You're all down there, keep waiting until the storm's over ..."

Natan was silent for a moment, thinking of a better way. "No! The Skeleton Earth Mage will lead you all the way to the Polish Shelter from underground."

After giving the message, he removed the interface screen and returned looking far in front of his eyes. Suddenly, he saw a wave like a dust storm, but this was snow and faintly his ears caught a huge amount of footsteps to the point of causing tremors, as well as soul-piercing hoarse sounds.

Red dots could be seen within the blizzard, then it continued to grow from dozens, tens, hundreds to thousands.

When the snow wave stopped, he could see the dried corpse that was walking valiantly. Wear a leg, shoulder and chest protector made of black iron armor. They were withered and dull white-haired, having small red eyes within a large cavity.

They carried two-handed swords, but some were only clad in dull white cloth torn with sharp clawed hands, others wear dull orange robes and emit a red glow in both hands.

Some are sitting on a dry horse whose legs give off red or blue fire.

Natan who saw that, felt very lucky to be able to find Point Exp and level up. Not because he wanted to kiss Ainsley's lips, but because he purely wanted to level up.

Suddenly... The sound of the siren alarm rang until it could be heard all over the Polish Shelter, and the magic-magic with Light Element was directed towards the south.

"All the Archers and Witches, come to the south wall!"

The sound of the notification echoed and came from the center of the city, where tall buildings like towers were located.

"For the inhabitants..."

Natan ignored his next appeal and focused only on the Wight Waves attacking within about two kilometers of the Polish Shelter from the south.

With his current state, he could not deploy the Skeleton Squad to deal with the Wight Waves, as it could lead to mistakes; just as people thought that he was the mastermind behind the Wight Waves.

"Close distance? It's the same as suicide. Where's the TRG Sako?"

Natan pondered while rubbing his chin. Then he shook his head. "No! I'll watch him for a minute. If I were to directly use the Mana TRG Sako, the people here would be suspicious upon seeing the shotgun without bullets and be able to fire freely."

If the Polish Shelter has the same technology, then Natan will take out the Sako TRG Mana and open fire freely without worry.

Natan lowered her head, seeing that she had only eaten the towel coat after taking a bath, not even wearing an interior. Finally, he turned around and jumped down to enter his room again.

Upon entering the room, he found the three still asleep, but there was nothing strange, as it was still three in the morning. Moreover, they did not do it, so the three went to bed early.

Nathan closed the window, then he put on all his usual gear, which had reached level 550. And even wearing a mask and head cover.

"I don't know yet what the boss is thinking here, it's better to hide the identity."

After saying that, Natan turned into a black fog that disappeared, and darted through the darkness of the night through the roofs of the buildings without causing the slightest sound.
