Apocalypse Monster
Chapter 155: The King of Wight

Nathan jumped from one roof to the other and headed south. He had already left several skeletons to guard the room, so there was no need to worry about all of them being in the inn.

He could see many people running on the main road or the small road to go south. They carry weapons of different sizes and types.

Nathan, Marksman. He can use a firearm or an ordinary bow, given his previous ability to be an Archer before evolving into a Marksman.

No one was aware of his existence, even his footsteps were not heard due to his excellent ability at sniffing around.

With his speed, it did not take long, just a few minutes to get above the city wall after leaping tens of meters from the roof of the house.

Natan landed with both feet; her gaze was fixed on the extremely powerful and terrifying Wight Wave, carrying a strange aura that made her back feel cold. It was as if a death scythe was lurking behind, and lives were at stake.

When it had arrived, he eliminated his ability, and made it receive attention even though it was only a moment before everyone returned to look at the Wight Wave.

"You're here?"

At this moment, a voice that sounded a little familiar could be heard. Natan turned to the right, looking at Bendetto who had previously taken her from the gate to the Information and Identity Office.

Natan nodded her head. "Yes, I've been here long enough, and the Wight Waves brought Point Exp, so there's no harm in fighting them ..."

Natan paused for a moment before continuing, "By the way, I didn't expect that you'd be here."

The previous and present Bendetto looks different. It now wore a silver iron armor that looked heavy, but was actually quite light and easy to move, as well as carrying a spear with a one-eyed sword eye. His spear eyes were quite long, about half a meter and the length of the spear in total was up to two meters.

Bendetto smiled faintly and said, "I'm under the Commander, and doubles up into several positions in the Polish Shelter. Therefore, I should be here when there are monsters, and as you said, they are all Point Exp."

Nathan nodded, then turned his face to look at the Wight Waves. "They are many, are you sure you will attack directly with a spear?"

"sure." Bendetto nodded her head with a stern look full of emotion. "We have a Paladin, so there's no need to worry."

Natan followed Bendetto's gaze, looking at the intended Paladin. Unlike the Erina Paladin, they were too simple and their abilities were only on defense. Erina, now able to provide healing, pulled all the injuries from her teammates, and even resurrected the dead comrades.

Bendetto saw Nathan from top to bottom. "You're undercover, but your presence is clear. The equipment you have is also high."

Natan was stunned with her body stiffened; forgetting that she was in disguise, but had instead deliberately released a bit of Mana and eliminated Stealth. In fact, he returned Bendetto's call.

Natan sighed and patted his forehead. "Truly stupid."

"I use a bow and arrow, I can attack him from here." Nathan took the bow on his back.

Right now there was still no one to unleash an attack because the Wight Waves were too far away from the wall. But with Natan's ability, he could reach it easily, let alone this bow was the artificial bow that Vely used.

Many were stored in the Inventory Guild, and he took them with the highest level as well as dozens of arrows.

"Are you able to reach it?" Bendetto felt another aura from Natan, it was different from the day before when coming here.

Natan felt Bendetto's gaze and ignored him. He raised the bow with his left hand, put the arrow on the rope and pulled it until it made a rattling sound.

He adjusted his breathing and drained Mana on his left hand as well as arrows. The arrow began to emit rays with a blue light, and there was faintly a mist coming out of it.

With confidence, Natan released an arrow. It streaked like a comet splitting the air with a tail of blue light at night. The snow it passed through was scattered when it was exposed to the pressure of the strong wind like a tornado in a horizontal position crashing towards the Wight Wave.

When only a few tens of meters remained, the blue arrow shone even brighter before it doubled.

Nothing special with the ability to add arrows, most Archers can do it. It was just that, they could not fire that shot over 200 meters away. At least for now.

"Your ability is not biduk, but it is very difficult to face them—"

The bendetto stops with its mouth open, even a whole egg can be put in its mouth when it sees an exploding arrow. The gigantic mushroom fire arrow burned the monsters in an instant, the temperature rose sharply and its heat wave swept through the snow along with the storm around.

Nathan did not stop. In everyone's shock, he ran over the wall and continued shooting arrows.

Cooldown not too long after doing repeated training, even under ten seconds could already unleash Bullet Rain or Arrow Rain.

There were a total of 66 explosions in one minute, the flames burning were as massive as missile blasts capable of scorching the village.

Then, Natan jumped down from the wall while keeping the bow.

"He disappeared? Where is he?"

"I don't know! I saw him standing there and jumping, how could he instantly disappear in front of us?"

A commotion ensued when he saw Natan suddenly disappear right before their current eyes.

Since the snow-covered road had opened, Natan could walk freely without worrying about leaving a trace, although his footsteps would not leave a trace on the surface of the snow.

Natan jumped into the thick smoke that was still hot and even the flames were still burning burning Wight Waves.

"Graah! Fucking humans! I will kill all of you as a sacrifice to the Monster Ancestors!"

Nathan, who had just entered, suddenly stopped. He looked around, no Wight felt capable of speaking in human language, not even English.

"Wait!" Natan lowered her head, then jumped back to come out from within the puff of smoke as she saw the ground beneath her begin to crack.

Wussh...

The wind blew fiercely, splitting the smoke forming a ring that spread out in all directions.

Then, there was a giant hand that smashed the ground from within. It resulted in a fairly strong earthquake with large rocks that shot into the air.

Natan instantly spun in direction, turning into a black fog that again rose above the wall.

"It seems like there's a powerful enemy coming."

"Whoah!" Bendetto shouted loudly in shock upon hearing the voice beside him, and saw that it was Natan.

"You .. earlier, that ..." Bendetto was unable to speak properly as his hands pointed to the right and left, where Natan had previously been and now.

"It's nothing, just a little trick." Nathan shrugged, as if nothing special.

Bendetto was silent for a moment, and as he wanted to open his mouth, suddenly an angry roar came back.

Everyone trembled in fear when they saw what was there.

It was a Wight of a larger size, the top of its head was as high as a wall, its skin was grayish blue. Wearing complete black armor with no signs of damage, and carrying a large sword in his hand.

His hair was dull white, his eyes were fiery red and exuded a violent aura that made everyone feel death before their eyes.

Unlike the others, the Wight was emitting a red aura like a blazing Mana. The ground beneath it cracked and hollowed out, forming a pond within a radius of 50 meters.

"The King of Wight..." Natan muttered softly when he saw the newly appeared monster. It was weaker than the Monster Tree and the Kraken, but with the Wight awakening ability, it was quite troublesome.

Moreover, with the extremely weak Polish Shelter comrades, it was extremely difficult to kill a King Wight with his abilities held back.

"Have you never fought such a monster?" ask Natan to be curious.

Bendetto shook his head as his gaze blanked. "Never. My current level is only four hundred, one of the highest. And, I don't think it's a match for him."

Natan pondered, thinking about whether to summon the Giant Knight or not. If it calls them, it is very easy to kill it.
