Chapter 099: The Zombie Wave
"I haven't felt this way in a long time."
Natan Alexander walked on the stone ruins that blocked the road. He wore a mask that covered half of his face, not only to dispel dust, the edges also hid his identity.
Although, it is very striking. There was a Sniper Rifle and Lightning Spear crisscrossing on the back. The Black Dragon Sword was behind his waist, and now he was carrying a short knife in his right hand with a gun in his left hand.

The interface screen appeared in front of him continuously without stopping, there was a message from Calista who was upset because he was left alone without saying goodbye.
Natan smiled faintly while replying to all the messages with just one word 'Sorry'. He wanted to ignore all of the Armonia Guild's problems, unless there was an important matter that risked the Armonia Guild's survival.
"Point Exp's. Only I got it, probably because I was separated from the team over a hundred kilometers." Natan observed the Point Exp he had gotten all along.
"But, I still got Point Exp from the NPCs who killed."
Currently Natan is in the Tongliang District, 75 kilometers from Chongqing City. He deliberately did not go directly to the city to go to the shelter, he wanted to get more experience by killing monsters while on the way.
It might take a long time, but it's all worth it.
Nathan, who was already standing on top of the ruins, jumped down into the street full of holes and cracks. He looked around, there was not a single aura of life, either from monsters or humans within a radius of 250 meters. But even so, he did not loosen his vigilance, but rather strengthened the guard.

The Kobold Knight raised his left hand about to attack Natan. He did not have time to take his sword because of Natan's very fast movements and had arrived in front of him, so he only used his hands.
Nathan is still waiting for the right time. As the Kobold Knight's hand was about to hit him, he raised his right hand while pushing aside, thrusting the military knife into the Kobold Knight's lower arm.
"Brach!" The Kobold Knight was in pain as his left arm was hit by a knife. He had already drawn his sword from the sheath that was on his waist. He raised his right hand to attack Nathan.
Natan took a quick glance, raised his left hand and fired a shot from the Mana Pistol.
Dorr!
That fierce shot pierced through the Kobold Knight's shoulder, making him lose the strength to raise his arm.
Natan pushed his right hand, injuring the Kobold Knight's arm to the limit of the shoulder. Not stopping there, he turned his knife which opened even bigger wounds, until the flesh was twisted because of the knife.
He pulled out the knife he held, then attacked the Kobold Knight cross-leggedly injuring both his chest and stomach. "Dead!" Natan thrust his knife at the Kobold Knight's neck, which he then turned and retracted.
The dorrr! Zraash!
His shot hit the forehead of the monster he was fighting, smashing his head into flesh that exploded with blood spurting out in all directions.
No booty fell on the streets after the Kobold Knight was killed and disappeared, as the items obtained were directly stored in the Inventory List.
Natan who now did not care much about the booty he got. He only focused on how to fight like the beginning, when he was still alone who had gained a fighting style. He realized that his fighting style had not been like him since the Armonia Guild was formed.
"It's a satisfying feeling. Lately I've been just waiting for the results, allowing NPCs to attack or Skeleton Squad."
Nathan took the red cloth from the Inventory List, then cleaned the knife full of blood and his hands.
"If one hour travels three kilometers, and one day only moves for eight hours. It will take at least three days."
Natan looked up at the state of the damaged and deserted roads, cars scattered on the streets, many upside down and collapsed buildings. Seeing this, he shook his head, feeling that the time it took to get to Chongqing City would be longer, let alone when meeting monsters on the way later.
"I'd better run." Natan leaped over the chunk of rock that blocked the path in front of him.
Many personal messages came in, messages from his partner who was upset about being left behind, even though he had apologized. Then, when he saw the Friend List, Major Arief's name was blackened, which meant he was dead out there.
Natan felt a little sad, because Major Arief had been considered as his own uncle. But, after what treatment Ayumi received at the Military Base, she threw away the thoughts of Major Arief.
When the Sun is overhead, it shines on the land with its heat. Natan decides to rest behind a collapsed building and leaves only a two-meter-high wall, enough to hide from the scorching sun.
Not carrying supplies and not having the skills to cook, Natan only ate snacks and a bottle of sugar water to fill his stamina which was quite drained due to the hot sun.
Nathan, who was sitting leaning against the wall, stood up slightly as he turned around. He could see the Zombie Waves blocking the main road, Zombies, Mutant Zombies, Zombie Soldier, Licker.
Natan sat back leaning back, seeing how many monsters were through Mapping.
Damn, I did fight against the Zombie Wave in the room three times three. But, it was only a few hundred, and now there were more than ten thousand.
If using the Skeleton Giant Crocodile and the Giant Knight, I can win easily. But, there is no sensation.
Nathan looked to his right when he saw a little mouse. Without further ado, he stabbed the little mouse to death. He raised the rat to be one of his troops, but only for a while.
He put a hand grenade on the rat he just woke up. He pulled the grenade guard, then let the rat go.
Natan stood up revealing his whereabouts, carrying the Black Dragon Sword and Black Katana. "All of you, come!" He shouted while pointing his sword forward.
This cry of Natan caught the attention of all the monsters present, who then started running towards him.
Natan smiled while counting the time. Until finally, there was a very loud explosion with a burning fire, the fire soared high, burning all the monsters in the back row.
"Finally!" Natan again shouted out loud, feeling happy after a long wait. "I'm leveling up!"
"There are nine thousand five hundred and seventy-three. There's plenty, but no problem." Natan grinned coldly, then pressed his feet on the ground as a foothold, then darted sharply at the Zombie Wave.
There is no fear, only happiness and adrenaline rises. He was very happy after a long time not to find a situation like this.
