GIRL IN RED

GIRL IN RED
CHAPTERS 138. AMANDA'S PROVOCATION

“Go home Amanda. He just ate something he shouldn't and the doctor said he was okay. He will be sent home soon when he regains consciousness later.”

After a moment of silence, Amanda nodded, “I'll say goodbye to aunt first. Wait a minute ya.”

“Good.” Gio has always been meek in the face of Amanda's requests.

When Amanda returned to the treatment room, Jessi still sobbed. Seeing the girl coming Yessi immediately wiped away her tears. “Amanda, why hasn't he woken up yet?”

“Auntie, don't worry yes. Earlier the doctor said he was fine and would wake up soon.”

Yessi muttered in return and grumbled, “That boy better hide soon or I'll make him pay. Does she think she can still be Reza's wife after this?”

Amanda was silent for a moment before then venturing out to say, “Auntie, do you know who wants to marry Reza the most?”

“Arimbi Raphaldi! Yes it must be him! That shameless girl. How dare he plan something for my son? When Reza siuman later I will look for him tomorrow!” he was absolutely certain the culprit was Arimbi. He even confidently told Amanda too.

“Amanda, sorry yes I have put you in a difficult position. But I really can't accept this humiliation. Are you willing to see that shameless country girl get in the way of your love and Reza?”

“Auntie, I'm sure he acted without a second thought.” Amanda's provocation sentence further reinforces Yessi's accusations against Arimbi.

“Amanda, is there anything you're hiding? Is he really? Women have no shame! Reza promised to marry her, but she refused! Was it when I came to your family and discussed your marriage to Reza that upset her to do this to Reza?”

“Auntie, I think we should just get here because at least it didn't end badly tonight. In addition, Arimbi now lives with the Serkan family. Would aunt go there just to find him?”

The room was filled with silence for a moment, before long Yessi asked, “Tuan Emir is a good person, right?”

“Aibi, think about Reza and Kanchana Universe. We can't go to their place to find Arimbi in this way. Let's just wait till we get home. It was not too late to reply. I will hope that aunt can avenge Arimbi for what he did to Reza.” Amanda said. He is playing the role of a good man and letting the hands of others who are working to destroy Arimbi.

Thinking of the Emir with his extremely cruel demeanor, Yessi shuddered in fear. “Alright Amanda, We will do it as you plan.”

After that he clasped Amanda's hand, “Amanda, I'm sorry for everything. You really love us and Reza loves you very much. But.don't worry. You're the only daughter-in-law I've ever blessed. No one can take your place.”

Amanda sniffled, “Oh right! About what Reza did to Miss Ruby.?”.

“What's up? They didn't do anything, did they? Other than her clothes being torn, Ruby Zemina was not injured in the slightest. I'll give her a dress as an indemnity when the time comes.”

Yessi considers her son innocent because he did not have Ruby. Other than that the Zemina family was nothing compared to them.

“But there are many eyewitnesses. I'm afraid the Zemina Family will not let Reza off easily from this problem.” Amanda said.

“Although they are not comparable to us but they still have something to do with the Lavani Family. So, Lavani's family must be on their side. Now Reza has only two options, be the enemy of two families or make Ruby his wife.”.

Upon realizing that, Yessi's face paled. She had almost forgotten that Lady Zemina was the cousin of Lady Lavani. Even if the Kanchana could underestimate Zemina, they would not be able to offend the Lavani.

Reza once said that Amanda would persuade Miss Zivanna to help them. Everything instantly became more and more complicated. Thinking back to Arimbi who had troublemaked and messed things up made Yessi also ride apoplexy.

“Aibi, don't think too much. Let's wait until Reza siuman. I wanted to be with you but my father asked me to come home. Call me if anything happens yes.”

Although a little reluctant, Yessi still escorted him to the door. “Amanda, I know how great your sacrifice is for us. Can you help us this time too? You and Miss Zivanna are best friends. You can persuade him for you, we will accept any terms as long as it does not cross the line. One more thing, it's not marriage. You and Reza love each other and I can't keep you two apart. Once everything is in order, I will visit your family and propose on condition that you two never cover up your relationship again.”

Yessi no longer recognizes herself in the past, she who once underestimated Amanda just because of her foster child status. But today she finally realizes that Amanda is a observant and calm girl, who has the ability to help her son demand the right to inheritance.

“Auntie, let Reza decide everything.I'm willing to lose as long as she's okay.”

Even though Amanda's sentence was a lie, Yessi did not care anymore because she was really grateful to the girl.

“Auntie, I have to go now. I'll talk to Zivanna and explain everything to her. Hopefully he will understand and want to forget about this problem.

But Zivanna certainly won't be okay now that her birthday party's been ruined and thrown into chaos. When she remembered her friend's temperament, Amanda again felt sick. He must think of a way to comfort Zivanna and persuade her to forgive Reza. It's also for her own good that she can't let Reza marry another woman.

Meanwhile, Arimbi is of course unaware that Amanda has scapegoated him for what happened. Although, it wasn't entirely wrong as it was she and her husband who were avenging Reza by making the man eat his own bait. The sun was rising in the morning sky when he woke up.

As he fumbled around, he touched the Emir and shook his head in shock only to find that the man's eyes were staring intently at him.

“Honey, have we gone home?”

“If not, then where else is this?”

Arimbi blinked his eyes in confusion because the last thing he remembered, he was still sleeping in the car. “How can I be in the room?”

“You walk while you sleep. Even your mouth is as muzzle-monkey as a duck when walking.” replied the Emir of the sect.

With a smile, Arimbi crept over her husband's body and pinched his cheek gently.
