CHAPTER 43. ARIMBI SLAPS REZA
Although Arimbi's voice sounded soft and spoiled but the Emir could feel some reluctance in his voice, “If you make me happy, I'll take you to eat at The Palm Bliss Hotel restaurant and stay in the most luxurious room there and enjoy their best service every day. How?” The Emir tried to offer something that he was sure would interest Arimbi. But there was actually a purpose behind the Emir's words.

“Emir? Did you say before 1? Is it still early?” his protest.
“Can you walk home? If you can't you better go home now. I will cut all your hair if you are late.” Emir said again.
“Huh! Basic chameleon!” his grumbling with anger.
“What did you call me just now?”
“Emir dear, I said you are very handsome and my love for you is like an endless ocean, it will never end!” arimbi replied teasing him.
“Arimbi!” suddenly, Reza's voice interrupted the couple's conversation.
Arimbi turned his head and saw the man carrying a bouquet of flowers while walking towards him. He ignores Yadid's secretary while the secretary tries to stop him. Across the phone, the Emir heard Reza's voice and got angry and hung up.
“Emir? You hung up on me again! Just look at me next time I'll hang up! Huh!” snarl. He put his phone in his pocket and turned to face Reza who was approaching him.
“Arimbi?” Reza called out to her with a smile and gave her a bouquet of flowers. But Arimbi did not take the bouquet.
“Why are you here?” ask Arimbi ketus.
“I miss you so I came to see you.” Reza looked at him affectionately and smiled. Seeing the expression on Reza's face made Arimbi yaris clap for her impeccable acting. It's obvious Reza doesn't love her, but she still pretends to love Arimbi so much and has managed to trick him in his previous life.
“Master Kanchana! I think you should give the flower to the person you should be giving it to! Not me.” he said then walked past Reza about to leave.
“Arimbi!” Reza called him and chased after him and was about to grab his hand to hold but before his hand could reach Arimbi's hand, his face was slapped. The slap was very strong and felt hot.
THE PLAQUE!
The slap shocked the secretary and left Reza dumbfounded. Spontaneous hand touched his face that Arimbi slapped and looked at him in shock. As she feels Arimbi dodging and being cold to her, Reza doesn't care because she thinks maybe Arimbi is mad at her for not visiting her.
And Reza thought he would get Arimbi back by persuading him and he would go back to the woman who always flattered and licked him and obeyed his every command. But one thing Reza doesn't know is that Arimbi has been reborn and he's not the Arimbi he once was.
“Arimbi? Why did you slap me?”
“Considered? If you try to touch me again I won't ask you again! I might do something worse than just slap you!” arimbi warned with an ice-cold expression.
Arimbi rushes back to his father's work and only meets Amanda who just got out of there. “Arimbi! As for what happened yesterday.I'm sorry I did because I acted too impulsively. Please don't you put it in your heart huh?”
“What would you do if I said that I really put it to heart?”
Arimbi's reply surprised Amanda and she sneered and walked past Amanda by deliberately nudging her shoulders.
As Amanda turned her head, she saw that Arimbi had entered her father's office and was talking spoiledly to her parents and looking at each other with affection.
The scene was like three happy families. Jealousy and envy instantly filled Amanda's heart at the sight. Her hands clenched tightly, before Arimbi's return to her biological family, Amanda was the beloved daughter of her parents who had all their love.
But now the three of them were an actual family whereas he was just a mere adopted son! Amanda's biological parents are not rich people arguably mediocre economic life, if Amanda returns to them then her biological parents will not be able to help her, they even drop her image! She did not want that, she wanted to remain a rich princess from a wealthy family like the Rafaldi family!
