GPA CHAPTER XXV - Meeting Back -

Rachel rolled her eyeballs several times, she seemed to be trying to remember something. Several times he looked dreamy. And again, try to concentrate on what he is doing.

...Rachel POV's...

Liam's Group? Isn't that Liam's grandfather's company?. If that's true, will I be able to meet him now?. Considering it's been so long I left it. How is grandpa now?.

Does he remember me, does Grandpa eat well?. After I left about 5 months ago, I never contacted him. I promised to preach it often.

Albert smiled, his rabbit teeth added to his charm.

"It's okay, just I'm afraid my employees are in love".

Again, Albert pranks me. I hit him on the shoulder slowly and got out of the car,

"Sir is just the two of us who came to represent Mayora enterprise?. I don't see any other employees, where are they?".

I asked because I saw no one but the two of us,

"Yes, only the two of us will meet this time. Come on, let's go upstairs. The people of Liam's Group must have been waiting for us".

I nodded and showed my respect for him,

"Good sir".

I know, Albert likes me. He has shown this several times. But I couldn't give her any hope.

Opening my heart to a new relationship is hard, considering how my last relationship came to be. That trauma still haunts my dreams.

I realize it's unfair to blame all the men just because I failed in a relationship. I know Mr. Albert is different he's a very good man.

The arrival of Albert and Rachel is warmly welcomed by all office staff. They bowed respectfully. Rachel could feel the mischievous gazes of those women when she saw the handsome face of her master.

Albert has a very handsome face.His body is tall and strapping, making women like not blinking when looking at him. Some female employees even swallow saliva many times.

Rachel strode quickly after Albert while holding some documents in her chest. Being the center of attention is not so much fun. They looked at him with gazes wanting to swallow him alive.

As soon as they entered the meeting room, it appeared that a masculine man was sitting casually. Rachel soon realized who the man was. But for the sake of a professional attitude, Rachel mastered herself quickly.

During the meeting, Rachel looked slightly agitated while the male looked very calm. That afternoon, the meeting was successful and officially the company Liam's Group cooperated with Albert company.

After the meeting ended, Albert invited Rachel to lunch before they returned to the office. However, the girl refused.

"Sorry sir, I don't think I'm feeling well. I'm going home first, right?".

Albert frowned, astonished.

"The fondness of Mr Ayud until it managed to make you not feel well, my secretary?. It's really amazing huh".

Albert teased her again,

"Ah sir, I'm not in the mood to joke right now. I really don't feel well. Please let me go home now, sir".

The man patted Rachel's shoulder softly,

"alright. Then you won't have to come to the office. After this I take you straight home yes, rest and take medicine. Don't be sick for long, the office is quiet without you".

Rachel smiled, Albert was always successful in making her laugh even though the girl's feelings were bad. He then shook slowly,

"Thank you sir, but I can go home by myself. I still have a lot of business, I don't want to bother you. Besides, I don't feel good about the other guys. Come sir, I'm first".

Albert smiled as he waved his hand. The girl was still very affectionate towards him, always calling her father even though they were just the two of them. Albert murmured softly,

"Maybe, that girl really doesn't want to be involved in anything with me. He just wants a relationship between boss and employee".

Albert sighed, then went back to his new business partner. They seem to talk about the development of their respective businesses.

meanwhile, Rachel steps out of the Liam's Group company and stops a taxi. From his office, Ayud noticed the girl. He smiled, it turned out that the girl was living well and looked more and more mature.

In the future, there would be so many opportunities for him and the girl to meet. He does not need to rush, let fate bring them back together as it should be.

The universe seems to have deliberately created a fate line so beautiful for him and the girl. This time, the meeting took place without a plan. May this meeting bear sweet fruit, the inner man.

Not noticeably, two drops of tears just fell from the cheek of the man, he chose to let her. If Liam's grandfather were here, he would be very happy to see his favorite daughter-in-law's granddaughter.
