Rachel handed over the file she had brought to Albert,
"Sir, I have discussed the project that we will be working on together with Liam's Group, following the rules. Looks like he agreed to it".
Albert took the file and opened it,
"But he is not one who easily decides on something like this. I thought he would be angry, because it was not me who came directly. It was magical that he agreed to it".
Rachel took a breath, though,
"Take it's our lucky day, sir. Excuse me first, I have a lot of work to do".
Just as the girl turned around and stepped on her feet, Albert immediately called out to her.
"Ra, I'll have lunch later. Tired of eating alone".
Albert grinned, Rachel rolled her eyeballs,
"alright".
The man always had a way, to get them tied up in togetherness. Rachel continued her work, she tried to concentrate on what she was doing.
But again his mind floated far away, how he did not expect the departure of grandfather Liam felt like a dream. The naughty tears again wanted to spill, but quickly in his cauldron violently.
So many pairs of eyes that can currently see it, he does not want to be the center of attention just because of ridiculous things. The girl glanced at the timepiece that was curled sweetly on her wrist, it was already lunch hour.
He felt so lazy when he had to pretend to be okay, again and again in front of Albert. The sense of loss he felt was so deep, that it seemed as if it required him to go all out in grief.
The girl felt so weak to start another activity, even if it was just lunch.
When he was engrossed with his daydreams, a hand gently patted his shoulder. Rachel was shocked and spontaneously looked back.
"Sir Albert".
The man pretended to cough,
"Dream again?".
Rachel immediately tidied up her desk, though,
"Sir, I'm ready. Can we go now?".
Albert nodded and let the girl walk in front of him. Some other employees looked at them with envy, but they knew the woman the employer liked was just the girl.
Rachel sat in her boss's car and stared straight ahead. The road was so quiet, only one or two vehicles could be seen passing by.
"Al, where are we going?"
Rachel started the conversation after they had been silent for quite a long time. The man remained focused on driving, though,
"Follow it, you'll know later".
Their car entered a large and spacious burial area. Rachel looked around with a confused look. He followed Albert's back, continuing to spread his gaze.
"We have arrived. Let's go over there".
Rachel stared at the tomb that was neatly lined up along the path they were walking along. There were so many questions in his head, yet he did not dare to ask.
"Wait here for a minute, Ra, I'll go there first".
His orders and Rachel nodded. From a distance, it was seen that the man sprinkled some fresh flowers that had been bought.
"Let's go. What do you want to eat?".
Albert looked at the girl with a smile. However, the look on his face looked very sad.
"I'll just come along".
Albert smiled then stepped towards his car.All along the way the man was silent, the mind was out of nowhere. Rachel occasionally looked at him, but did not dare to say anything.
He wanted to ask, but it was as if his courage had never been gained. Albert seems to be aware of that,
"Is there anything you want to ask Ra?. Just ask if I can answer, I will answer. If I can't answer it, I'll do the housework".
The man chuckled, realizing how ridiculous the words he had just said were. Rachel plays the end of her shirt,
"So whose tomb was Al?".
Albert took a breath, though,
'That's Mama's grave. Mama died a week after you worked at my company".
Rachel nodded. He remembered, Albert had not been to work for almost two weeks. For that reason, there are family problems.
At that time, he did not want to bother too much. Because he was busy learning, about how to work well, in the company of the man.
He looked at the man silently, and admired his figure who was so tough to face the problems of life. Unlike her who chose to leave, because she could not bear the burden of her life alone.
"Mama died suddenly Ra. To this day, I still try to convince myself that this is not a dream".
Albert stared at the street that felt a bit quiet. Rachel felt bad for her, but could do nothing.
"Mama wants me to marry Ra soon. It's just that up until now, I haven't been able to find someone I can take with me for that, except you".
Albert stopped his words, he took a breath trying to strengthen his heart.
"I'm sorry that this saying of mine makes you feel burdened".
Rachel nodded, not knowing what to do. On the one hand he had pity on the man, but on the other he had not been able to open his heart to the man.
Meanwhile, somewhere else. Ayud looked at the picture of the sweetly framed girl on the table. Several times he wiped his tears that came out suddenly.
After reading the file given by Huang's manager, Ayud really could not help his feelings. All this time he thought, the girl was just a burden in his life.
He was so unexpected, how many wounds that the girl had to feel because of him. Because of his ignorance, in understanding the girl's feelings.
He felt very sorry, when he remembered how he treated the girl so cruelly. However, all cannot be repeated. The girl must have been very hurt because of her attitude and treatment all along.
Several times he gritted his teeth. Albert, the girl's employer, apparently put the same feelings on Rachel, as she did.
He didn't want to let that happen. But he has no control over it. The girl was now a nobody anymore, especially after Liam's grandfather died.
The man looked up at the sky far up there which was orange. He misses what used to be something he doesn't like. He missed the moment when the girl came. With her innocent face, and smiling at him.
If time could be reworked.
